dalle foto non avevamo capito che in tutte e tre le camere i letti erano dei grandi letti singoli (cm. 120) quindi per dormirci in due erano molto piccoli

letti molto piccoli, non veri letti matrimoniali ma da una piazza e mezzo. Va bene per una notte o due ma di più sarebbe stato scomodo

Ottima soluzione per famiglie. Grande appartamento, camere comode e spaziose ciascuna con bagno annesso, ampia cucina con living (sono gli alloggi degli studenti che durante l'estate vengono affittati ai turisti). Ottima posizione: con una bella camminata si può arrivare in centro oppure raggiungere la parte alta della città (chiesa di S. Anna e Prigione) oppure ancora arrivare nel vicino e grande parco che costeggia il fiume. Comodissimo parcheggio gratuito sotterraneo. Market e bar a due bassi. Consigliatissimo.

The number of beds and bathrooms was great. The whole family was able to be together in one area.

It was clean, the staff were very helpful, it’s within an easy reach of the centre (20 min walk or frequent buses), close to the river Lee for morning jog/walk, lovely coffee shop just over the road and groceries just round the corner X

The bed was just a little too small for two adults but manageable

I like the apartment, the floor that we stay in was very clean and quiet. There was every inside. We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was great, and the kitchen was all equipped TV working fine. It was really the best place to stay and it is affordable. Tea and coffee.

The only thing I didn't like was that we were given some towels for a family of 6 for just one day. And we were spending 3 days, so we went and bought some towels. We went to ask, they promised to bring it for us but never showed up till we left. Maybe they were not supposed to provide towels for the 3 days. I didn't know about that. All the same, it was a nice place to stay. Thanks ✨️

Parcheggio comodissimo, zona sicura e vicina al centro

Letti piccoli, struttura un po' vecchia. Purtroppo i 3 giorni precedenti siamo stati in un'accomodation Yugo a Dublino e non c'è confronto.

El alojamiento excepcional, cómodo y muy completo. El personal encantador, resolviendo dudas y accesible a cualquier necesidad en todo momento. Fácil para acceder a tu estancia y fácil para el check in y check out. LLegamos de madrugada, llamamos al teléfono facilitado y en dos minutos estaban atendiéndonos.

Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Każdy pokój miał do dyspozycji własną łazienkę. Pomimo odległości od centrum bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska.

La limpieza y el que cada habitación tuviera su propio cuarto de baño. También fue muy cómodo tener un parking cubierto gratuito.

Bed weren’t comfortable

With a whole apartment with 4 bedrooms with ensuite, the whole family had space and kids could spread out and have their own room. Towels, soaps, kitchen equipment provided. Supermarket near by. Half hour walk to main town centre of Cork. A cheaper alternative with plenty of space ...we were very pleased. Underground parking, laundrette on site.

It was half hour into Cork main shopping street but taxis were plentiful and easy to get, cost back to accommodation was around 11 to 13 euros. Otherwise nothing to complain about, would stay again.

Une découverte ce principe de loger dans une cité universitaire ! Le fait d’avoir un badge pour ouvrir chaque chambre est un peu déroutant mais on s’y fait rapidement. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Grand salon avec cuisine, meublé sommairement mais c’est parfait pour y dîner et dormir après sa journée d’excursion. Parking disponible.

Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Les couteaux méritent d’être aiguisés 😜

Had to move from first apt'mt, but both were very poor. Cleanliness was so poor, Sickly (food) stale smells in kitchen and in bedrooms. Broken and frosted Freezer drawer. Filthy shower tray/door (complained). Blocked sink with shaver head lodged and then loads of backed up body hairs... it made one reach! Poor utensil selection and broken ones included, no sharp/bread knife! spatula broken, frying pan warped, kettle was dirty. Stale smells remained a constant and rooms needed constant airing. TV signal remained constantly scrambled throughout, due to poor reception. Apt'mt required a deep clean but frankly it was all too late 4 days into a 7 day stay! - How/who/ when are fundamental checks made? Unfortunately, it was clear the facility was cleaned by a team of summer job students.... I don't blame them, but do blame the supervising management! I could share many pictures taken but i just want to forget the experience. Avoid this accommodation if you don't want a spoilt holiday, it was such a spectacular disappointment!

Couch peeling black material, worn out. Shampoo, soap basic little squares. No hairdryer in the room (ask reception). Mats/pillows not really comfortable. Fire-safety doors are not convenient with toddlers around, caught the fingers of my five year old. I don't recommend the place with children under teenage age. Fire doors shut loudly, could hear people on the floor going in and out their rooms, banging the doors due to the fire-safety system. Overall a pleasant stay, very basic for what we paid (double price due to bank holiday weekend).

Our stay at University Hall – UCC Summer Beds wasn’t quite what we expected. It was my mistake booking it for a family — it’s more suited to groups of friends or students. The accommodation was basic and functional, but not ideal for a family stay. Still, it could work well for the right kind of group.

Reservé para 5 adultos y el alojamiento que ellos mismos me recomendaron fue un apartamento de tres habitaciones. Cuando llego las camas son de 1,20. Incómodas para compartir dos adultos. Los utensilios y el mobiliario de cocina era para tres y sobre las camas solo nos dejaron tres juegos de toalla. Todo mal. Me quejé y su contestación fue que tendría que haber reservado otro apartamento (cuando reservé el que ellos mismos me recomendaron) y que si necesitaba más tazas o sillas o toallas que las pidiera. Muy poco profesionales.

Very, very noisy, main road outside our windows (B block). Small doubles, really shouldn’t be allowed to book for two people to share, they are too small for two adults. We had no daily housekeeping at all, although it’s listed as a service.

El apartamento está muy bien. Las distancias son razonables y hay buenos medios de comunicación, aunque por nuestras condiciones familiares necesitamos ir muchas veces en taxi -que llegaban en poco tiempo-. Excelente el parque que hay cerca, para poder ir con los niños un rato, que se agradece. La atención de las personas de recepción muy buena. Hasta nos prestaron un adaptador, que se nos había olvidado.

Las puertas son demasiado pesadas y era casi inevitable hacer ruido con ellas. Eramos 4 personas adultas y dos niños, pero solo había sillas, cubiertos, platos ... para cuatro personas.

Ideal for our family to stay two nights. Facilities to cook breakfast.

The staff are fantastic.... That's honest truth... From the reception too security guard... Lovely people... I had a 4 room booked And it was very handy for everyone having their own space and a common area which only you will be using. Easy check in easy check out.. centra shop literally next door... The security is on extra alert... Not that they need to be... They just are..

Can't fault much too be honest...tiny issue first night which was dealt with Immediately by the security man who I can't say enough about... Honestly... What a guy 👍.

TV station’s had interference nothing major just annoying

Nice and clean, at first beds seems too small for two people but after all it was kinda comfortable. Another thing that we were given towels for 4 people for 4 rooms, but we were group of 7. We managed but we thought it was weird, like it was originaly made for 4 people max.

The doors were incredibly loud.

Extrem dreckig und ekelerregend. Durchfallflecken der Vorgänger wurden einfach mit einem frischen Lacken überdeckt, aber nicht geputzt. Überall Flecken auch auf Lacken. Als wir das nach dem Aufschlagen der Betten entdeckten wechselten wir um 12 Uhr nachts noch das Hotel und konnten nur noch in ein dopelt so teures ausweichen. Immerhin erhielten wir am nächsten Tag nach Reklamation wenigstens die Übernachtungsgebühren der Halls zurück.

The apartment was roomy, quiet and comfortable. The location was good. There is a market right next door with food basics. Overall is was a great base for our family to explore Cork and the surrounding area.

The building address on Booking is too vague. We stopped at three different buildings before we found the right one. The staff were always friendly, but a little more orientation at check-in would have been helpful, especially how to turn off the automatic lock on the bedroom doors.

One room for each one of us. Kitchen was fully equipped but without any salt, pepper, etc.

Un sitio muy tranquilo

Se trata de una residencia de estudiantes de la UCC que usan en verano para alquilar apartamentos enteros (en nuestro caso 4 habitaciónes cada una con su baño + salón/cocina. Bien ubicado. Personal amable. Apartamentos amplios para 4 personas. Parking gratuito incluido.

Limpieza mejorable. Horario escaso de recepción. Si viajas con niños, debes tener en cuenta que cada puerta de habitación tiene una apertura con tarjeta y sistema de retorno de puerta para que se cierre sola. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar topes y ponerlos.

Habitaciones de estudiantes individuales con su cuarto de baño. Cocina y sala de estar a compartir entre todas las habitaciones. Nosotros tuvimos suerte y al ser 5 la cocina y salón era para nosotras solas y teníamos cada una nuestra propia habitación y baño. Todo estaba muy limpio. Parking gratuito en el mismo apartamento.

Almohadas muy finas y está a más de media hora andando del centro de Cork

Lovely spacious modern apartment. Comfortable beds and nice en suite. Suited our purposes perfectly. Underground car park made it easy to leave car behind and walk to the University and city.

When you get the lift down to the car park the area directly outside the lift is a bit grim. But it's a small detail and didn't impact on us.
