Ostay Vermillion Namba

A very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel. Everything is nicely organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable as well. We also really enjoyed the spa facilities, which were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Early check-in before the official check-in time is unfortunately not possible, but this is completely understandable. The hotel is very popular and has many guests, so the staff need enough time to properly clean and prepare the rooms for arriving guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt comfortable throughout our time here. We would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Takayama.

Vi trivdes väldigt bra på Ostay Vermillion Namba. Läget kändes kanske lite i utkanten av Osaka, men samtidigt var det en lugn och trevlig plats att bo på, vilket vi verkligen uppskattade efter långa dagar i stan. Boendet var trevligt och vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse. Överlag är vi mycket nöjda och skulle gärna bo här igen!

Om jag ska nämna något som vi tyckte var lite mindre bra så var det tvättmaskinen. Eftersom vi var en stor familj blev det lite svårt i början att få tvätten riktigt ren, och det kändes som att kläderna inte blev helt rena. Senare upptäckte vi att det fungerade bättre om man tvättade mindre mängder åt gången. Vi insåg också att tvättmedel inte ingick, vilket såklart är helt okej – det hade bara varit bra att veta från början. I övrigt hade vi en väldigt trevlig vistelse och trivdes bra med boendet.

It’s a great hotel. Spacious and in a good location. There are plenty facilities in the room, with a kitchenette and utensils. Air conditioning in every room. Lawson is right in front and a train station 5 min walking.

お風呂の栓が上手く閉まっていなくて，初日にお湯をはる時に中々貯まらず,栓の所をしっかり手で押してやっとお湯が溜まりました。あと,少しバスマットの匂いが変でした。

色んな所へアクセスしやすくて良かった 2家族で泊まったが、寝室が2部屋あるし、コンビニも目の前にあって、駐車場も敷地内のコインパーキングが空いていて停められたので、すごく便利だった。

2連泊の時にタオルの補充をして欲しかった 2泊目に清掃が入ると部屋においてあるラミネートした紙に書いてあったので、2泊目に交換されると思っていだが、されてなかったので、もう少し分かりやすく書いて貰えたらと思う。

De locatie van dit appartement is okay: je loopt snel naar de metro en komt zo binnen 15min bij Namba station en de winkelstraten van Osaka. Het voordeel is dat je hierdoor niet in de drukte van de stad zit. De beheerder is goed te bereiken en helpt graag. De bedden waren erg comfortabel.

Weinig keukengerei om zelf te koken. In de receptie wordt in de avond de airco uitgedaan, wij wilden aan de grote tafel een spel spelen en in de middag kon dit maar in de avond was het te warm.

The property had everything we needed we were a family of 4 adults … was so roomy enough space for everyone had a kitchen , a massive bathroom , washing machine the beds were so comfortable had a/c had 2 massive balcony’s right across the road was a Lawson and 3 mins walk to a shopping centre and a very easy 5 min flat walk to the train station so convenient, quiet and very safe 10/10

Het ligt gunstig ten opzichte van zuid-Osaka. Als je van wandelen houdt kun je dit zonder metro af. Zuid Osaka is een heel levendig centrum. In de twee kamers staat in elk een ruim tweepersoonsbed. Het is nieuw en zeer proper.

Pour une famille de quatre il y avait beaucoup d’espace deux chambres avec deux grands lits chacune un petit gros salon et une petite cuisine juste pour réchauffer et boire un petit thé. L’emplacement est proche de station de métro à l’écart do Zaka du secteur touriste hyper calme à la Aussonne en bas où il y a tout bref au niveau rapport qualité prix, je recommande c’est un appart’ Hotel tout se fait à distance, récupération des codes pour la chambre et l’entrée de l’immeuble, la communication est très facile avec le propriétaire. Machine à laver sèche-linge, qui est en plus en ce mois d’août avec les chaleurs

Rooms are a bit small to open luggage but there is a living room that is spacious enough. No dining area, but it was fine for our short stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony was perfect for our family of four to wrap up our Japan trip. The kitchen was compact but more than enough for making quick breakfasts before heading out on our day trips. The nearest train station is just a 5 min walk away, and there’s a Lawson across the road, which was incredibly convenient. The station also has excellent connections to Namba, Umeda, and other parts of Osaka city.The airport limousines are just one train station away and was great to reach Kansai airport. The building isn’t staffed all the time, but it feels secure, and our requests were handled quickly. The host was also very responsive, replying promptly throughout our stay. The host allowed us to extend checkout by two hours since our flight was in the evening.

有小廚房、基本廚具，自己煮飯蠻方便。 有一間房間的冷氣會有聲音，影響睡覺。 四人家庭房，四張雙人床，床很大很好睡，床墊軟硬個人覺得剛剛好。 有洗衣機，但少了烘衣機，不方便。 只有一張小沙發，沒椅子，茶几又矮，只能坐地板吃飯了。

洗手台一直有臭味，入住4晚快瘋了～ 桌子太低了～其中一床床單上有髒髒的～ 離車站太遠～

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Osaka. We were a family of four (two adults and two teenagers) and stayed for five nights. The location was excellent, with train stations and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient for getting around and picking up essentials. Despite being close to everything, the apartment was in a quiet area. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, offering lots of great dining options. The hosts were fantastic and responded to our questions very quickly throughout our stay. We booked a two-bedroom apartment and found it very spacious for our family. It was especially nice to have a separate living area from the bedrooms, which gave everyone extra space to relax. The apartment also included a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Although we mostly ate out, it would have been easy to prepare meals if needed. The bathroom was excellent, with two separate basins, and the washing machine was very useful during our stay. One feature we particularly appreciated was the drying room. It worked exceptionally well for drying our clothes and was also perfect for drying our shoes after getting caught in the rain, as we visited during the rainy season. The apartment and building were spotless, and everything was clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, this was an outstanding place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again.

El apartamento esta bien, no esta lejos de la estación del tren y se puede utilizar como base para hacer turismo en Osaka. Tiene lo justo para cocinar alguna cosa (no para ser masterchef) un cazo una sarten una espátula y cubiertos .... esta limpio y se duerme bien. La comunicación con los dueños por mensajería es perfecta.

Spacious rooms that fit us well. Location is little bit far from the center but understandable given the big room you get. 10-15 minutes taxi ride get you to the center.

It worked well for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Close to the train station, Lawsons was right next door. Great value for money. We requested a late check out to work in with our itinerary and they were very accommodating.

The apartment was roomy and had 2 large beds. There was a small kitchenette and a washing machine which was very handy. The staff and host were very nice and responsive

The bed was comfortable and the bedrooms, kitchen , lounge room was clean. Lawsons next door very convenient.

The location is away from everything and there is no resteraunts close by. The hallways stink so badly of mould and dampness. When we went out for the day and came home, the place smelt like sewage very strongly. We put the vent on and open the doors and it went away, but it would happen every time we went out. The veranda was dirty. There was no pegs to hang the clothes up, but there is a washing machine. I asked for a refund because we had to book another hotel but they said no. We left after 3 days of a 7 day stay.

The property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious and the rooms contained two double beds each. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and vanity. We took advantage of the kitchen and lounge spaces multiple times throughout our visit. Having the washing machine in the room was very useful to and we were able utilise the balcony space to hang our washing out. There is a Lawsons located directly over the road and the Imamiya train station less than a 10 minute walk away allowed for quick travel (1 stop) into Osaka. The check in process was very straightforward with comprehensive instructions provides on how to access the building and room. We opted to request a late check-out which was very easy to organise communicate and organise. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip to Japan!

The apartment is setup nicely for a family stay. There are two bedrooms, a living space, a bathing space, sink space, a separate toilet room, a washing machine, a small kitchen space and a small entry space. We enjoyed the short walk to the metro and the convenience of a small store across the street from the property (a Lawsons). The bath and shower space was quite a bit larger than other places we've stayed in Japan and separated by a door from the sink space and toilets, so this was very nice. We loved that there was a clothes washing machine in the apartment and were able to dry our items on the line on the balcony or by hanging in the bathroom (the bath space has a "room dryer" which works very well). The apartment is convenient to the Red Loop metro line and offered convenience for exploring Osaka.

The kitchen had all the tools we'd need, including pots, pans, utensils and silverware, but no oils or salt/pepper.

Came back again and just love the location and space you get. Two bedrooms with two queen beds each and a night stand with charging ports. The bathroom has two sinks. Fridge with a freezer. Love the balcony.

The only complaint I have is in the living room right by the coffee table there was scratches on the floor as if somebody was trying to dig their way out.

The apartment was super clean and beds were very comfy. It was spacious and had everything that we needed! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Train station is pretty close, Metro is a little further but is in a walkable distance. Namba station (Dotonburi) is just one Metro station away.

We’ve stayed in many apartment hotels around the world and this one is exceptional. Quiet, safe, comfortable, convenient location, well equipped. We appreciated the full bottles of laundry and dishwasher detergent, two balconies for drying clothes, small vacuum cleaner, separate toilet room and shower room, hot water and pressure, gas stovetop, large freezer, microwave, two bedrooms, closet space, and easy check in and out. The convenience store outside the front door was heaven.

The sliding screen door was torn and tossed in the balcony. My daughter and I made a temporary fix to the screen door and hung it again so the mosquitos wouldn't get in.
