Great location. Near both the Keihan line from the airport and the subway system. Great place to stay when first stepping off the plane. In Namba Gardens which is both quiet and pretty but also good for shopping. Nice free drinks like coffee and chocolates both hot and iced, and softdrinks in the afternoon and early evening. They put our rooms together as requested. Cute and comfy robes. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

當我使用自助Check in機台，服務人員就離開，語言不通的狀況下，服務人員也沒有很積極想要協助，也沒有講隔天是否有早餐這些內容都沒講，體驗上不是很好

É uma boa opção em Osaka, principalmente pela localização. Fica próximo da estação de Namba e de diversos restaurantes, lojas e centros comerciais, facilitando bastante os deslocamentos pela cidade. A rua dá praticamente direto no Namba Parks, com fácil acesso a lojas, restaurantes e serviços. O café da manhã foge um pouco do padrão tradicional, pois é servido em um restaurante italiano e inclui inclusive opções de massas pela manhã. Os quartos são confortáveis, modernos, bem equipados e limpos. Outro ponto positivo são as comodidades oferecidas, como lavanderia, academia, vending machines, máquina de gelo e área de amenities. No geral, é uma hospedagem confortável, prática e com boa localização.

A única observação é que a entrada do hotel é um pouco escondida e pode não ser tão fácil de identificar na primeira chegada, especialmente para quem está com malas. O google maps também não nos ajudou muito a achar a entrada.

Great location, with Dotonbori, Kuromon Market and Namba Shrine all within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and the property was convenient for exploring Osaka. I also loved having the complimentary Starbucks coffee machine available to use each day — such a nice touch!

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The food was often cold, so I was glad we had only selected breakfast for two days.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The location is abit far from everything but it’s definitely still comfortable

J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Il n’était pas excessivement cher et pourtant il était très confortable. Son emplacement est parfait ! À 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Namba, à 15 minutes de Dotonbori, tout était accessible c’était super. L’hôtel est propre, accueillant et confortable. Le personnel est très gentil. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Les lits n’étaient pas très confortable mais ce n’est pas grand chose.

半年內回訪第二次的原因： 1.因為地理位置方便（往返機場便利） 2.靠窗戶的房型都可觀望各式各樣的電車通過。 3.二樓大廳還有知名咖啡（STARBUCKS)可以享用

Where to begin??!!?? They had Refa shower heads and Refa hairdryers in the room. There was a Lawson right at the lobby area and there’s a Starbucks drink machine at the lobby where you can get complimentary Starbucks coffee. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfy and the breakfast buffet had great food and selections. A 10min walk from Namba station and 15min walk to Dotonbori. Will probably stay here everytime I go to Osaka!

Probabilmente causa navigatore italiano, la struttura ci risultava difficile da trovare ogni volta, essendo dentro un complesso commerciale molto grande.

Hotelkamer was erg stoffig, daarna een melding gedaan en ze zouden het oplossen maar bij terugkomst nog steeds erg stoffig. Check in en out is via een automaat, dat vond ik erg onpersoonlijk.

Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to the namba train station, great shopping facilities and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Would 100% stay here again, felt like a home away from home. Had good amenities and supplies on the second floor and the breakfast onsite made mornings so much easier with little kids.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was really good and this will probably be my favorite hotel in Osaka.

The location is a bit from Namba station which is good if you don’t have big suitcases.

有一日清潔完房間後員工忘記把門關好，幸好沒有遺失物品，所以沒有追究！

Th Starbucks coffee and soft drink for free each day was a bonus. The area downstairs was also inviting and comfortable to sit at and lounge instead of being up in the room. The room was spacious and cleaners done a great job each day with tidying the room. Pillows were also nice and soft!

大阪観光するのに、とても便利な場所でした。荷物を運んでいても、広い歩道が駅から続いてるので子供を連れて歩くのに助かりました。

L’hotel è molto curato, e le stanze con i giusti spazi. All’ingresso della struttura ci sono le macchinette per le bevande calde e fredde di Starbucks, è un servizio che abbiamo gradito molto, comodo anche per la mattina. Inoltre la posizione è accanto ad un centro commerciale molto grande, ha un konbini proprio accanto e a piedi in 15/20 minuti si arriva in tutte le principali attrazioni.

Almost everything! Very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing shower, close to a big train station, waling distance of amazing Osaka downtown, staff very helpful! I wish I could have stayed longer 😊

The breakfast is a little funny, I don’t really understood the concept of mixing italian pasta with japanese things, but it is fine, you can find the basics of you are annoying like me 🤪

Pensábamos que estaba más cerca de la estación de Namba.

Very good location near the station. The hotel is modern and lively, with free coffees and soft drinks but we particularly liked the room. We had 3 single beds and although no room in between there was enough for a couple of nights. And great value for money.

Check in was a little strange as they ask you to self check in but then the receptionist does it for you and you wonder why they bother trying to make us do it.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, just steps away from the subway and a shopping mall. The location makes exploring the city incredibly fast and convenient. If you want a well-connected, lively base to explore on foot.

ハリウッドツインはお部屋が普通のツインより広くて、ゆったり出来ました

洗濯機がたくさんあるからか、少し水回りの臭いが気になるような気がします。排水口などこまめに掃除された方が良さそうです。 夕方になるとウェルカムドリンクのゴミ箱が紙コップで溢れていますが、スタッフさんもスルーされるので、部屋に持ち帰って部屋のゴミ箱に捨てました

Está al lado de las vías del tren. Nuestra habitación estaba justo a la altura de las vías y se escuchaba el ruido. Habíamos reservado con prácticamente un año de antelación. Podían habernos asignado una habitación con vistas a la otra parte.

We booked this hotel for it's convenient location to the airport train, but it's actually not as near to the station as we thought it was, because the train gate nearer to the hotel is not open during certain hours, so we had to walk a lot further. Nonetheless, it's a good choice for a night's sleep before catching an early morning flight. They have a free starbucks machine at the lobby for guests which many seem to enjoy.

Staff was very nice. They kept my luggage after we checked out, booked taxi for us The location is good. (The best way to get to the hotel is via namba park). I booked a family room, it is spacious for 4 adults. Free drink and coffee are very nice

Todo: la habitación de 4, INCREIBLE. La ubicación, perfecta. Las amenities de 10. Si hasta tenían pastillas monodosis para la lavadora!. Por no hablar de la calidad de las amenities, que eran excelentes. La habitación ha sido, sin dudarlo, la mejor de todas las que hemos estado en nuestro viaje en Japón.

Por ponerle un "pero", el desayuno era poco variado, sobre todo el del estilo "occidental"

Location is very nice.. Breakfast was okay on the first day but less choice on the next day.. Amenities are from a good brand! They use Kosé and has Refa hairdryer too!

Nella hall è possibile accedere a bevande e drink. Possibilità di fare late checkout (massimo 2 ore e a pagamento). La posizione consentiva di raggiungere a piedi in poco tempo Dotonbori e altre attrazioni principali di Osaka

La pulizia: tutto era impolverato, le superfici sembravano non essere mai pulite. Abbiamo dovuto pulire noi ricevendo dallo staff alcool e panni, dato che ci hanno segnalato che essendo il personale di pulizia non presente non potevano fare nulla. Lo staff sosteneva che le macchie fossero normali segni lasciati dal detergente della pulizia, cosa che si è rivelata non vera quando abbiamo provveduto noi con la pulizia. Camera piccola.

La posizione, i servizi

Alcuni mobili della stanza (esempio la sedia) andrebbero rinnovati.Da migliorare la pulizia , in quanto nelle lenzuola, che in teoria dovevano essere lavate pulite , abbiamo trovato numerosi peli.

Very convenient location. There are lot of different cafes and restaurants near it. Namba station in 5 mins walk. I booked two rooms, one with 2 single beds and one with one bed. The room with 2 beds are bigger, in the second room there no enough space for 2 suitcases.

The hotel was at a excellent location, within 10 lin walk to Airport train. Rooms are clean with good amenities. We especially live the Starbucks coffee machine they have available for guests, saved us lots of money each day. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay.

The pillows are paper thin, found myself pretty much sleeping with nothing to support my head each time I woke up. Also the room faced directly at the train tracks, could be a huge issue for those light sleepers

Accommodation was great, quiet area but walking distance to great restaurants, train and shops. Highly recommend it. Had the interconnecting rooms, love that I could have space from my children but yet be so close. Had free umbrella, coffee machine tasted great.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was small, but that is expected for Japan and was perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When we needed a taxi, they immediately offered to call one for us, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with the train station, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Another nice bonus was the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offered great value, a convenient location, and excellent service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Es moderno, esta en una zona con tiendas y restaurantes.Las camas eran comodas.

El desayuno podria ser mejor y mi habitacion daba a las vias de los trenes. No llego a molestar mucho pero se escucha.

Great location. Easy to get to station or walk to local shops & attractions. Good amenities and room had everything you needed.

Rooms were compact but not uncomfortable. Staff weren’t very personable.
