The place was very nice. The staff were amazing. Its in walking distance of the mall. The kids loved it

all went well, except the WIFI that was off for a couple of hours.

The feeling of your own apartment , private and secure. The view, the easy access to the centre.

The check in process was a bit difficult, since you need to get the keys at another location.

No proper heating in the apartment since it winter and cold at night, Recomendation put Air conditioning units to warm the apartment .

Just a suggestion to check the onsuite bathroom door. The guest bathroom door doesn't close unless you lock it and also the main entrance door doesn't keep close unless it is locked. This didn't change our stay it is just a suggestion.

Didn't like the fact that checkout was at 10am but staff was in the apartment already at 8am wanting to clean... So checkout felt a bit rushed...

The parking looks dodgy and scary and there's no reception

The property is close to the mall and to Grand West where we needed to be.

The bathrooms really need a revamp. Some areas look dirty and a bit outdated. The couch on the porch is not clean.

After the rainstorm, two of the excess point (doors) were NOT working - and within 5 days nothing changed; it was not repaired.

Since arriving we were guided and informed from the security at the gate until our room, checking in with a very helpful and amazing staff member Alfred. Room was beautifully, loved our viee

Dear Michael, this is Heather Crous but booking done under Stuart Crous apartment Lasafina no102 Following our call yesterday, I would like to formally share some feedback regarding our stay. As I mentioned, we were quite disappointed to find that the apartment provided was not up to the standard we expected when booking at Majorca. While I am not writing this to seek compensation or free services, I believe these points are critical for staff training and management oversight: Cleanliness Issues: The shower was visibly dirty upon arrival (as shown in the photos I sent), and we found a hand towel with what appeared to be makeup stains. This suggests a need for the cleaning manager to more closely inspect rooms before guest arrival. Missing Amenities: There was no fan in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Smoking Nuisance: We experienced the smell of marijuana coming into our apartment from another unit. This significantly impacted our stay, as the smoke was entering our living space and I thought that smoking in your apartments are forbidden Sleep Disruption: The outside light is exceptionally bright and prevented us from sleeping properly. Room Allocation: My husband specifically booked at Majorca, but we felt "shoved" into this particular unit simply because we arrived after 17:00. My goal in sharing this is to ensure that the cleaning staff receive the correct training and that the management team implements a more detailed checking process for all units. We value the property and hope these insights help you maintain the high standards Majorca is known for. Thank you for your time and for looking into these matters.

The view

Very poor and cheap decor, curtains were hanging off the rail, towels need to be replaced . Photos were very deceiving. Will not recommend.

Location in the island

Couple of the staff. Young girl saying we didn’t have a dedicated park spot when we found easy enough. When questioned they ignored me.

They should updgrade the beds. They are not comfortable at all.

I liked the location. It was central to where I wanted to be. The staff including security were very friendly & very helpful. After complaining about the cleanliness of the apartment, the manager came to see me & apologised, brought a new kettle, a box of chocolates, got someone else to clean the kitchen properly. Even though it looked better than before, it was still not cleaned properly but i appreciated the gesture. I am still waiting for my email with a discount for my next stay once the apartment has been revamped ;-)

The kitchen was filthy. The dishwasher inside was disgusting & not working (which was not mentioned) The kitchen cupboard doors & handles were sticky from the dirt. When I touched the top of the fridge, my hand was black from the dust. The previous people's food & drinks were still in the fridge. The kettle & toaster were beyond disgusting. The laminate floors looked like it has seen better days, scuffed & broken & so are the walls, in need of a serious clean & paint. Even the dining room chairs looked like it was standing outside & ruined by the sun & birds. The bedding was also dirty. The kitchen blinds had dirt caked on it as well as rust. The place is serviced every day, but not once was it dusted. I arrived late the evening, travelling with a 3-year-old & my elderly mother & was not happy walking into a place like this.

Convenient. Close to the Canal Walk Mall. Secure parking. House keeping every day. Nice to have a gym and swimming pool.

Die Lage der Apartments ist hervorragend, es sind nur sehr wenige Kilometer zu zentralen Straßen in alle Richtungen Punkt auch das Personal, welches die Eingänge bewacht, sind wirklich vertrauenswürdig. Wir hatten Besuch von Freunden erwartet und es wurde doppelt gegengecheckt, ob wir wirklich verabredet waren. Die Außenanlage lädt zum Spazieren gehen ein, der beheizte Innenpool war klasse zum richtigen schwimmen und nicht nur planschen. Auch die Ausstattung der Fitnessgeräte war toll. Zu Fuß in den kennelburg zu gehen ist natürlich von Vorteil, wenn man diese Art von Shopping Center mag. Unsere Terrasse war sehr groß, so dass wir auch im Freien sitzen konnten, ohne gesehen zu werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert, genauso auch die Rückgabe.

Wir waren zu zweit, hatten kein Frühstück oder sonst was gebucht. dDe Küche ist recht spärlich eingerichtet. Von allem Geschirr und Besteck jeweils nur exakt zwei Teile. Kochen wäre da etwas schwierig geworden. Das Mobiliar und auch die Fliesen im Bad sind durchaus in die Jahre gekommen, manches bräuchte mal eine Renovierung oder einen Austausch.

Rifqah, the rest at reception as well as the cleaning staff was competent , hospitable n responded efficiently even before we arrived they checked on us, which is rare. Kudos to the staff at Mojarca Apartments. Will definitely return. Very centrally located to all major tourist sites

No Aircon in the bedrooms

Good location right next to Century City Mall that has so many options for dining and shopping and the view was good over the the little rivers throughout the complex

The apartments was not what we expected as does not meet the photos on website. Stains on carpets and bedding, terrible pillows and beds, stained cups, furniture was old and damaged. Booked as a family of 7 and we got split into 2 apartments in different buildings which was very disappointing and they would not offer us something closer together until I complained and it was half way through our stay already.

Very disappointing stay. The level of hygiene was clearly below standard, with a strong urine smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was no toilet paper upon arrival, and the shower area was overflowing, which made the experience quite unpleasant. This is especially disappointing as my two previous stays, although slightly cheaper, were far more enjoyable and significantly cleaner. I had previously appreciated the in-room amenities and the basic services provided. That being said, I would like to acknowledge that the staff responded quickly to our concerns. Unfortunately, despite their responsiveness, I would not return.
