I love everything about this place, definitely coming back

I liked how cosy and comfortable it was. The location is very convenient, close to stores

Maybe having a microwave in the rooms would be nice but it's not a downgrade from everything else offered. Just for convenience especially for people who stay for longer durations.

The location is perfect. The room has basic necessities. My priority was seeing the ocean from my bed and I got that🙏🏾🥺

The TV has less than 10 channels. Bring your own digital entertainment. There’s no stove/plates/cups/bowls.

Your beds are not comfortable, I would like to advise you buy base covers for us not to get the idea of the condition of the bed TV channels are controlled at reception

The room and bathrooms are very nice, spacious and clean. I loved the location especially waking up to the view of the beach. The stuff was very helpful, and Friendly.

I wish there was a microwave to warm the food in the room, also cups to use when wanting to drink coffee.

Room service, the cleaners clean the room early around 10 in the Morning .

The Fan is Dusty cockroaches, and it was hard to close the balcony door

the sliding doors are not properly closed there is a lot of wind coming in affecting our nose at night. They need to fix those sliding doors.

The security guard was extremely drunk...the worst experience ever, we also had people stay right on top of our Room10 1st floor making lot of noise that we couldn't sleep until3am when they decided to sleep, complaining to a drunk security didn't help, also seeing a police in the property showd or proved that the drunk security was just a display.

There are no iron. There was no dishcloths. The cups were so tiny. The sliding door was super difficult to open and close.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked that on arrival there were no issues they just asked for my details and then my room keys were with me , it was just easy like that.

The room is so clean, spacious as well. Please try and have basic things in the rooms. Microwave, iron are basics no ways that when we want to warm food we must go down from the last floor to just warm up the food cz when I arrive to my room is cold again.

The was guests that was making so much noise there, singing so loudly if atleast you can manage the guests well when it comes to noise everything should be fine.

The room was not neat, it had cockroaches, please take a look at that, and also the bedding (sheet) in one of the beds was tear up or damaged.

When we complained about the fridge not working and that there was no remote control for the TV, the staff assisted us and wasted no time

The channels on the TV are very few they have about 6 channels. They don't have cartoon channels and no Mzansi Magic even Moja Love. They need to improve on that please

Most of things was broken like the shower, no globes in light fixtures, batroom door no lock

Good view by the beach and staff was friendly and gave me enough time to checkout

I've got a company that I booked on 2nd to the 3rd of February and you canceled my booking and I had to re booked my stay at the at Marine 14 at higher price 900 rand ZAR. I'm still waiting for refund from you.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Property was under renovation, so looking a bit unkept is understandable but the security and overall look of the property was a concern. There is not security guard or closed doors during the day. Anyone can walk in and walk past the reception. The receptionist is behind thick bars but customers are expected to stay in the place without any locked doors or security. There was a "security guard" at night. He was very friendly but did not look professional at all. I seemed to be the only person staying in the place. Also no aircon and a squeaky fan. Also no phone in the hotel rooms and the number to call is for the hotel next door. So not sure what one would do in an unsafe situation.
