スタッフの方がとても丁寧に街のことを教えてくれたり、サンセットの良いスポットやツアーなどを紹介してくれた。朝ごはんが美味しくて良かった。

Abbiamo soggiornato al Melina Hotel durante la nostra vacanza a Santorini e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Anche se la struttura non si affaccia direttamente sulla celebre caldera, le camere con balcone rialzato e vista mare offrono comunque un panorama molto piacevole. La stanza che abbiamo prenotato per me, mia madre e mia nonna era enorme, praticamente un piccolo appartamento: luminosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. All'esterno è presente una bella piscina con numerosi lettini a disposizione degli ospiti, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Anche la colazione merita una menzione speciale: abbondante, varia e davvero ottima. La posizione si è rivelata particolarmente comoda. Seguendo il sentiero verso il centro di Fira si raggiunge facilmente il grande parcheggio dei bus turistici privati, da cui partivano e arrivavano tutte le nostre escursioni. Per mia nonna è stato un enorme vantaggio, perché ha evitato lunghi spostamenti a piedi. Un altro aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stata la disponibilità del personale, che parla anche discretamente italiano. Questo ha permesso a mia nonna di sentirsi sempre coinvolta nelle conversazioni e di comunicare senza difficoltà. Il momento più bello, però, è stato quando uno dei proprietari si è ricordato del compleanno di mia madre: la mattina a colazione ci hanno fatto trovare alcune fette di torta riservate solo a noi tre, complete di candeline. Un gesto semplice ma incredibilmente premuroso, che ci ha lasciati davvero senza parole e che conserveremo come un bellissimo ricordo della vacanza.

L'unica nota da considerare è che l'hotel si trova nella parte bassa di Fira, in una zona secondaria rispetto all'affaccio sulla caldera. Di conseguenza, durante la notte può capitare di sentire qualche moto o veicolo particolarmente rumoroso. Tuttavia, non si tratta di un problema legato alla gestione dell'hotel. Nel complesso, un soggiorno eccellente che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una struttura accogliente, pulita, con personale attento e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo a Santorini.

Excellent location - under 5 mins to bus station, main shops and caldera. 2 mins from OK Supermarket. Private swimming pool area, sheltered and always sun loungers available. Very useful street map of Fira provided. Lovely bougainvillea around the property.

Be aware that it is situated by a large car park and day trip coaches park here all day, so can be dusty and smell of fumes on occasions when relaxing by pool. Also noisy traffic on road surrounding the hotel, but that tends to blend into the background. More fresh fruit (not tinned) available for breakfast.

Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo, molto disponibile e accogliente. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Fira e da lì si può girare comodamente tutto il paese senza bisogno di usare la macchina. La struttura è molto pulita e la colazione è buona.

L’unica vera pecca, per quanto riguarda la nostra esperienza, è stata la disposizione della stanza: il letto si trovava su un soppalco e per raggiungerlo bisognava salire e scendere ogni volta delle scale piuttosto strette, cosa che alla lunga risultava un po’ scomoda.

Our lovely host Melina welcomed us at the hotel after our late arrival. Full of warmth and information of beautiful Santorini. Every morning we were welcomed in the breakfast area by the friendly staff and a huge selection of food. A nice quiet hotel and perfect location to the bus stop, shops, bars and restaurants.

Such a cute boutique hotel with a great view of the ocean. Yiannis is a great manager. Friendly, kind and helpful. Fabulous location close to town, lots of shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast, and nice pool area to hang out and have a swim to cool down.

The bed was too firm and would be more comfortable with a mattress topper or a new mattress.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait, de la chambre à l’accueil. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et disponible. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout et très pratique pour visiter les alentours. La piscine est comme sur les photos. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

L’hôtel est très bien situé et la piscine est bien. Le centre et la gare routière sont à deux pas. L’accueil est chaleureux.

La chambre 5 est très petite et vieillotte, elle est humide et manque de rangements. Les serviettes étaient usées et certaines étaient tachées. La climatisation est difficile à régler et mal placée directement au-dessus du lit. Le petit déjeuner est varié, mais pas de muesli et le café n’est pas très bon. L’hôtel est situé le long d’une route passante.

В самый первый день, нас заселили в номер, который совсем не соответствует фотографиям, чемоданы заняли практически весь номер, мы попросили нам поменять номер и Мелина (хозяйка) пошла на встречу сразу же, спасибо большое. Она действительно заботится о гостях и мы были рады с ней познакомиться. В ночь отъезда, мы вернулись в номер и заметили что после уборки не было полотенец совсем, мы написали Мелине и она лично нам их принесла. Но потом я заметила что в наших чемоданах рылись, я за все дни ни разу не доставала выпрямитель для волос (брала у подруги), и когда я зашла в ванную я увидела, что мной выпрямитель в ванной без чехла и скручен провод очень странно. Соответственно я поняла что рылись в вещах, и потом пол ночи проверяла все ли ценные вещи на месте, мы очень сильно перенервничали из-за этой ситуации. Почувствовали себя не в безопасности

Melina è gentilissima, ci ha accolto e ci ha dato consigli sull’isola. Avevamo prenotato il transfer tramite l’hotel e ci attendeva con il suo dolcissimo cagnolino visto che arrivavamo dopo le 20 , ora di chiusura della reception. L’hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Fira in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo anche usato la piscina un pomeriggio e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Colazione buona , a buffet con dolce e salato .Pulizia ok, cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani.

Il materasso un po scomodo per me, chiaro si tratta di una cosa soggettiva. Nella camera dove alloggiavamo il Wi-Fi non prendeva molto bene , ma eravamo di fronte alla piscina per cui compensava.

Soggiorno semplicemente fantastico! L’hotel è bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e in una posizione davvero splendida. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità da tutto lo staff, sempre sorridente, professionale e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. La camera era pulitissima, confortevole e molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche l’atmosfera dell’hotel, tranquilla e piacevole. Una menzione speciale va sicuramente allo staff, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più bella: ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e a casa. Consigliatissimo! Todo. El hotel es precioso y se respira calma y tranquilidad. La propietaria, Melina, fantástica. Nos recibió y nos acogió con gran amabilidad y cariño. Nos dio información muy práctica sobre lo que hacer y visitar. Me ayudó en la contratación de un coche de alquiler para un momento en el que no había disponibles en la isla. Cabe decir que Cristo, el chico que me alquiló el coche , me enseñó a conducir un coche automático que era el único disponible. Su amabilidad y gran ayuda fue elogiable. El personal del hotel es muy amable. La limpieza es de diez. La piscina fantástica. La ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno , muy rico. Y añadir que tienen un perrito que es como sus dueños, un encanto. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. Sin duda, su vuelvo me alojaré aquí.

Coup de coeur pour ce charmant hotel géré PARFAITEMENT par IANNIS et MELINA ( frère et soeur ) , toujours disponibles sourire aux lèvres ,.Emplacement parfait ( 5 min à pied du centre de FIRA , parking privé ( gros plus car les parkings publics voisins sont bondés ) , station centrale de bus ( aéroport ;port; plages) é 5 min é pied aussi , belle piscine , très bon petit déjeunés ( très varié , sucré et salé ) , chambre très confortable ( chambre triple pour nous ) ( clim, tv, coffre fort, wifi et meme coiffeuse pour les dames ) ,ménage effectué tous les jours , vraiment rien à redire de cet hotel .Idéal pour un séjour sur SANTORIN . Mon adresse favorite si je reviens sur FIRA.

Situated in a quiet street, a few minutes' walk from the busy Fira centre, which was ideal. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, although we didn't use it much. There is plenty of parking space in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was fresh every day. Melina went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay. We will definitely come back.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro, cuenta con estacionamiento, que en Santorini es muy valorable. El desayuno muy bien, abunadante y de buena calidad. La piscina limpia y oredenada. Todo muy bien en general, pero lo más destacable es la atención de Melina que siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte.

Melina te tratará como un amigo. Te dará información "no turística" muy interesante. Está a cinco minutos de verdad de la estación de autobuses. Tienes tu neverita para tus cosas. Entras a tu "departamento" independientemente, sin pasar pr recepción. Melina, de tanto en tanto, hace pasteles para el desayuno.

The Melina Hotel exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, it was a 8 minute walk to the centre of Fira. Everything was walking distance. The local bus terminal was up the street. The hotel was impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily. Every inch of the hotel premises was clean. Not a thing out of place. The pool was clean. I was impressed how there was never any leaf or debris in the pool. The daily breakfast was amazing. Every day, there was a home cooked Greek dish. Melina, a beautiful lady, so sweet and accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room on the first day, and she immediately had us change rooms. I cannot say enough how much we loved staying at the Melina and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini, and if you don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel, Melina is highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly maintained, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. Their hospitality was exceptional and made our stay even more special. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the town center and the caldera, while still being peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh and tasty options every morning. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Santorini. La gentillesse de Yanis à l accueil. Petit déjeuner au top et superbe piscine qui change des « piscines baignoires » de Thira.

The property was near the main road and transport and city. Very clean.

The room was very small I barely even could walk. Bathroom was clean but slo very small and it’s not for the big people.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum nach Fira. Die Zimmer sehr einfach und etwas veraltet. Die Matratze liegt auf einem Betonsockel und ist dadurch ziemlich hart. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr einfach, gefehlt hat uns z.B. das Gemüse. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß, allerdings ist die Poollandschaft sehr lieblos gestaltet und lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein.

Lage 10min. zu Fuß bis zum Weltbekannten Sonnenuntergang von Fira. Frühstück für 3* ist Ok

Nichts, ein sehr schönes Liebevoll geführtes kleines 3* Hotel mit freundlichen zuvorkommenden Personal und Hoteleigentümer.

O banheiro é muito pequeno, ao tomar banho, molha todo o chão e o vaso sanitário, não tem box e sim uma cortina de pano, local do chuveiro é minúsculo, volume da água boa e quente, mas se abrir muito , molha tudo. Não tem apoio para colocar shampoo, condicionador, sabonete.

La ubicación es estupenda, fuera del centro y la multitud, pero a dos minutos de todo y muy cerca del bus público. Habitación muy cómoda para tres con todo lo imprescindible. Un poco ruidosa porque está al lado de un aparcamiento, pero no en exceso. El desayuno es excepcional como lo es también la amabilidad del personal. Recomendaciones muy buenas tanto de la puesta de sol como del restaurante. Salimos encantados.

Melina Hotel tiene una ubicación muy cómoda: cerca de la estación de bus, mercados y centro. Su dueña Melina es muy amable y atenta. Todo muy prolijo y limpio.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato súper cercano y agradable de Mamá Melina y su hermano (+ Bisou, su perrita, que es adorable). Nos hicieron todo tipo de recomendaciones, tanto culinarias como turísticas, que nos facilitaron mucho la estancia en Santorini. Al hacer el check-out, apreciamos mucho que se quedasen con las maletas y nos dejasen pasar tiempo en las instalaciones del hotel (piscina, etc). El desayuno es bastante completo y de muy buena calidad en formato buffet. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y representan mucho el ambiente griego. La piscina y alrededores espectaculares.

Personalmente, podría mejorar la calidad de las almohadas (ejemplo bisco).

위치가 피라 버스 터미널에서 가까워 공항에서 오거나 갈때 편리하고 이아마을이나 다른 곳으로 이동하기 편하다. 무릎이 아파 계단 오르기가 힘들었는데 처음 배정된 방이 계단이 있는 방이라 방을 바꿔달라고 했는데 바로 바꾸어 주었고. 호텔 사장님 부부로 생각 되는데 남편 분이 무거운 캐리어 두개를 옮겨 주어 감사하게 생각한다

The owner/host was very helpful, always available, informative and kind. The breakfast was delicious and filling to begin a day of sightseeing. The property is very close to the main bus terminal (as we went to and from Oía and Akrotiri/Red Beach. The pool was so nice to have after a hot day sightseeing. Because of the location, the pool was much bigger than the pools on the caldera.

Hotel mały, rodzinny, bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa codziennie sprząta i zmienia ręczniki. Śniadania powtarzalne, bardziej na słodko - ciastka, croissanty itp, chociaż wędlina, ser i omlet też były. Bardzo brakowało jakiś warzyw, choćby pomidorów. Hotel położony jest nieopodal centrum Firy, dosłownie wystarczy przejść przez parking i jest się obok dworca autobusowego. Na pewno jest to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całej Santorini. Na terenie jest basen, ale tutaj brakowało parasoli żeby schronić się na leżaku przed słońcem. No i otrzymaliśmy pokój niestety z hałasem ulicznym. Są inne pokoje, więc od razu radzę pytać się od te oddalone od ulicy. A jeżeli chodzi o pobyt na Santorini, to warto zwiedzić całą wyspę - choćby Perissię, Kamari, plaże czerwoną i białą no i oczywiście Oię. A tam polecam przejść się grzbietem górskim. Szlak zaczyna się za Fiostefani. Ale - ludzi w Oia jest masa więc dlatego polecam tam chociaż jeden-dwa noclegi dla porannego spaceru po mieście bez turystów. Można dojść bez problemu do słynnych trzech niebieskich kopułek. A sama Fira - jest ładna jednak na jeden spacer. Ale widziałem tam chyba najpiękniejszy zachód słońca na pewnym małym, zapomnianym skwerku siedząc wygodnie na ławce. Polecam znaleźć to miejsce, bo nie było tam w ogóle ludzi.

Mimo wymienionych wcześniej kilku wad pobyt wspominam bardzo miło

Nous avons beaucoup voyage,c est pourquoi nous mettons un 10 à tout,que ce soit pour l accueil par les proprietaires que l hébergement, l emplacement ,la securite des lieux,les petits déjeuners ,le cadre ,c était parfait.

Die Lage ist zentral. Das Haus liegt allerdings an einer frequentierten Straße. Die Inhaberin, Melina, war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tips gegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Lovely owners - spent some time orienting us to the area, explaining the bus times and must sees etc. Generous breakfast with lots of choices. Nice pool area. Easy few minute walk into the main town and Caldera. Highly recommended.

Balcony over road - can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper - but not a problem for us. There are pool view rooms that might be better for some

La struttura era vicina alla fermata degli autobus e al centro, pertanto abbiamo girato l'isola senza problemi. C'è una bella piscina mai affollata e la colazione è soddisfacente. Le camere venivano pulite tutti i giorni e il personale era gentile. Struttura assolutamente consigliata.

La strada che collega l'hotel al centro non ha il marciapiede pertanto conviene percorrere una strada secondaria dal retro dell'hotel che è più sicura.

El personal muy atento. El desayuno estuvo bien. La ubicacion muy buena.

Melina is an excellent host, breakfast was fabulous, everything was wonderful, great location, she gace such a good introduction with maps and showed everything to do and not to do i loved it and her Husband fab as well, will defo be going back thank you all at Hotel Melina xx
