Superb central location, exceptionally clean. Easy to check in and out as quick and simple. The Loft room we had had everything you would need, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, plenty of towels and even a fan for this hot weather Ireland has been experiencing. Lovely cafe downstairs. We will definitely be back.

There was a huge market going on , on the night we stayed .noise level was very high , if I had known this would have booked a different location. High volume of people, no parking. It would have been nice if owners had let us know this was happening. Kathy

Fantastic room. Way bigger than expected & a kitchenette! Cleanliness was on point/couldn't fault. Staff super friendly (even when we were 10 minutes checking out). Location was right in the middle & we ate our brunch downstairs everyday, which was amazing (certainly looked the best offer in town) would be our 1st choice to come back again. Thank you so much for having us. X

A gem of a place to stay when visiting the area. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location was great and it was just a short walk to the main street and the restaurants etc. Breakfast downstairs was also excellent and the staff were super friendly

All'arrivo stanza calda soffocante. Dalle finestre vista su tubazioni arrugginite, canne fumarie, che sarebbe bastato almeno nascondere in qualche modo (es cannucciato). Dalle canne fumarie del bar di sotto esce odore, che entra in stanza, visto che per il caldo si devono tenere le finestre aperte. Pessima insonorizzazione con le altre stanze, per cui si sentono tutti i rumori (le porte hanno qualche millimetro che non chiude, quindi entrano tutti i rumori)

I loved the independent feel of this location. Love that it’s above a breakfast shop. Right across from the cutest low waste grocery shop. Probably had everything you need for a short or extended stay. Fridge, microwave, tv, etc. I like the three windows for lots of fresh air. Free parking close. And a flowing river close by. Very very close walking distance to the whole town. The food in the restaurant was amazing too!!

We could hear the people above us walking around often.

Beautiful, clean , and well-appointed accommodations in the adorable town of Kenmare. Also, the restaurant downstairs was the breakfast we’ve eaten in Ireland!! Jimmy, Kristen, and Eamonn were the perfect hosts and treated us like family.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar, era luminoso y amplio, estaba bien localizado, la cama era cómoda, la ducha fantástica. Dormimos en un primer piso, hay que decir que tiene un tramo de escaleras algo complicado si tienes alguna pequeña limitación de movilidad, por lo demás, todo genial. Tambien sirven desayunos en el local bajo, que están muy buenos. Lamentablente solo pudimos desayunar un día, ya que al siguiente estaba cerrado.

Fantastic accommodation. The loft was spotless and so comfortable. The decor is also fab and a super location.

Best accommodation on my trip to Ireland! Easy, free parking with plenty of spaces so so close. Check in was also very easy. Stairs up to the room were wide so didn’t have to struggle with my case. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was also great and you get a discount when you stay!

Central location . Excellent contemporary style. Big room and good bathroom. Warm with electric radiator on (it was cold outside, in May!). Functional kitchenette as described. Comfortable large double bed and good bathroom facilities. Coffee/tea and snacks provided on arrival which was nice.

Didn't meet our hosts, which would have been welcoming. The room looked great, very stylish, but we had issues. No clothes drying rack for hand washed items. Needed to wash some small items and dry bath towels. We managed on the radiator. It was advertised as a kitchenette but we'd have liked a multi use microwave so we could cook meals. Both toaster and microwave were slow. Room 2 is under the roof and has a slanting ceiling on window side. Easy to hit head on that side of bed and by coffee table, which happened several times. We moved bed about 30cm, which helped. Not enough shelves for unpacking cases. Having said this it was a comfortable enough stay as we were out a lot.

Our room had awfull view of air-conditioning unit's, it was ok for us as it was not a long stay, however they have other rooms, which view onto a cute street

The location was perfect in the centre of Kenmare. The facilities were very high quality, strong power shower, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette. Located beside a great Cafe for a great breakfast. Very efficient check-in system. Everything was great.

Excellent location right in the heart of Kenmare. We had the Juliet room. Lovely street views. Beautiful decor. Everything you would need to be self sufficient. Excellent breakfast in cafe below. Best we had in Ireland.

Parking for us was fine due to it being early January, however imagine it could be challenging in peak times. There are quite a few stairs if that’s a problem, not for us.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was central to “downtown” Kenmare, the rooms were so large and spacious and two (of four) of them had BEAUTIFUL street views. I was so sad to only stay one night! And breakfast downstairs was also so delicious, highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rookery Lane! The room was spacious, very comfortable, extremely clean, and tucked just off the main street of Kenmare, so it was nice and quiet at night. Kristin was so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic (so good, in fact, that we had both breakfast and lunch there multiple times!) Highly recommend, and we'll definitely stay again when we're back in lovely Kenmare!

Clean and spacious

Bathroom was cold, heater kept switching off. No breakfast included in the price.

The room space and location. Easy access. Well appointed. Shower is great. Xmas decorations were nice extra touch. Host was very helpful and made us aware of the items we'd left behind and arranged to get them to us. Really appreciated that.

I struggled with the duvet being too hot. The blanket worked better but I would have appreciated a sheet to use under the blanket.

Beautiful one bed apartment in the heart of kenmare ,excellent facilities and very clean we loved everything about it and we will be back again.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

A sweet little place with a great kitchen, shower and bed. Nice windows for a breeze and a quick heater for the chill. Very nicely decorated, good view of the shops on the lane, close to everything you'd need.

The stairs were our only complaint. Maneuvering luggage was a bit tricky for us, but not a big deal.

Great location, close to town centre. Easy parking nearby. Room was warm & comfortable. Good flexibility on arrival time. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast in cafe downstairs was delicious & staff helpful.

Worth noting there's no hob or conventional oven. It didn't bother us, but there wasn't a scenic view from our particular room.

Great location, lovely studio flat, comfortable and very clean. Easy to access by door code. Although breakfast not included, there was a cafe downstairs and had a lovely breakfast there the next morning.

Only downside, footsteps from flat above were quite loud.

La posizione è ideale per esplorare il Ring of Kerry e godersi l’atmosfera locale, tra pub tradizionali, negozi caratteristici e paesaggi mozzafiato. L’appartamento è curato nei dettagli, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Un plus?
