What’s not to love about this property! It’s so central to everything. The check-in process and communication of the hostess is so seamless. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best you’ll eat anywhere.

A bit creaky upstairs movements but it’s an old building, also a little noisy in the street oustside, to be expoing town centre on a weekend.

The room was lovely, the location was excellent and Lucy looked after us superbly.

The breakfast was amazing. So much choice rom the buffet and main menu. Large portions. You could tell the ingredients were locally sourced. Brilliant location in the centre of town. The decor was quirky and comfortable. We found a free parking spot right outside the townhouse. Lucy gave good recommendations on where to eat & drink in the town centre.

In the morning there was some noise from cars & lorries but it reduced when we shut the windows.

Lovely hotel in the middle of town. Room was lovely, stylish and spacious. Breakfasts were amazing and best we had in Ireland (which is a high bar). Staff were warm and helpful. And all at a very reasonable price.

Host Lucy was a lovely lady. Location was excellent and breakfast was beautiful lots of choices available. This was our 2nd time staying there n we fully intend to return again soon.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was very central. Lucy was an excellent host. The rooms were very comfortable and they had a quirky feel to them. Lots of homebaked goods. Maybe a choice of apple and cranberry juice instead of just orange and brown bread or croissants would be a nice touch

Great location, short walk to restaurants & shops. Easy check in, free parking at back of accommodation. Comfortable double room with kettle, tea & coffee. Breakfast was very good..great choice of hot food, fresh fruit, homemade cakes. Lucy was very welcoming, highly recommend her place.

An absolutely lovely property - the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The property was very conveniently located in Kenmare with ample options for parking nearby. The host, Lucy, is incredibly attentive and has loads of advice regarding the surrounding area. And the breakfast was very good. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic location, stunning decor & superb breakfast

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, free parking. The breakfast options were great: fry up, pancakes, eggs, cereals, fruit, pastries, etc. The bedroom and en suite was clean and included soap, towels, hairdryer, and an iron. Lucy and the team were very friendly also. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very generous breakfast, all needs well catered for. You certainly wont leave hungry! Location is superb, right in the heart of Kenmare, but nice and quiet by night. Lucy is an excellent hostess!

We loved our spacious, characterful room with its view over the town. The location could not have been better. Breakfasts were delicious. Lucy's infectious enthusiasm for and depth of knowledge of her town and region, and her suggestions about what to do during our stay, were a fantastic bonus.

Our room was lovely, the town is very charming and the surroundings are rush and stunning. Lucy is a wealth of information, witty and chatty! She prepares an exceptional breakfast. Everything is very tastefully presented.

Check-in was super easy and breakfast was really delicious it tasted like home-made. Location is very centric.
