部屋に明らか使用済みのバスタオルが干してあったり、ゴミ箱に自分たちが捨てたゴミではないものが入っていたりほんとに清掃に入ったのか？って思うところがありました。しかし、自分がチェックインより1時間ほど早くいったからかもしれないので、チェックイン時間は早めにするのがいいです

①チェックアウトの時間に掃除が始まってしまうので、一つしかないエレベーターが混んで混んで非常に不快です。掃除を始めるのは結構なのですが、エレベーターを清掃で使うのはチェックアウト時間10時の後にしてほしいです。 ②他の部屋はそうでもないのですが、ベッドルームの臭いが臭くて、消臭剤をまいてもずっと臭かったです。 ③お風呂場のロールスクリーンがカビつていました。ちょっと不快でした。

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026De accommodatie was schoon en het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren ruim en van alles voorzien. Je kon er zelfs op de kamer koken. Ook in de badkamer waren alle benodigde artikelen aanwezig. De service was heel goed. Kleine extra’s, zoals paraplu’s die je gratis kon meenemen, gratis wasmiddel dat je bij de receptie kon ophalen en onbeperkt koffie, maakten het verblijf extra prettig.
Niks. Een klein aanbeveling : de check-in is vanaf 15.00 uur en de check-out is om 10.00 uur. Het zou fijn zijn als de check-out vanaf 11.00 uur mogelijk is, zodat je ’s ochtends iets meer tijd hebt om rustig te vertrekken.

Geralmente ficamos em hotéis tradicionais e dessa vez, por uma indicação de uma amiga, escolhemos esta acomodação. Gostamos muito da experiência e com certeza vamos repetir e recomendar também. Apesar de ser apartamento, há uma recepção, serviço de quarto até as 19:00h e um numero de telefone para emergêcnias. Os funcionários são muito solicitos e sempre sorridentes.
Seria legal se tivessem bicicletas para aluguel. Também poderia ter panfletos com informações de restaurantes que entregam na região ou até mesmo um informativo sobre o UBER EATS.

Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал, Расположение удобное, минут 7-10 медленным шагом до пляжа, Все что нужно для проживания семьи было в номере, кухня с оборудованием, стиральная машина, в замечательно! Завтрак по желанию в номер или в кафе при гостинице - очень удобно!
Номеру нужен легкий косметический ремонт после сезона отпусков, обновить футоны, и попробовать разнообразить меню завтраков

Letti molto comodi, balcone esterno davvero molto utile. La palazzina è molto bella e confortevole e tutto sommato vicina a piedi sia al mare sia al supermercato aperto 24/24.
Unico difetto erano i vetri delle finestre molto sporchi e anche il vetro del balcone: un vero peccato per potersi godere la vista fuori. Il paese è piccolo e con servizi limitati, ma perfetto per godersi il mare anche senza auto. Ascensore in alcuni orari difficile da prendere

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The facilities were modern and excellent and included a washing/drying machine. There was a good view of the ocean which could be even enjoyed from the bath! Breakfast was reasonable and could be enjoyed in the cafe or in your unit. Some good local restaurants including 九十九 (99) and 喜楽 (Kiraku).
The staff were a little careless in their undertakings and explanations, although everything worked out well in the end. An iron and board would have been useful for us.

Location: it is a bit of a walk to the beach (about 10min) downhill. The uphill return can feel tiring after a full day at the beach. It is not a deal breaker but it is good to know especially if you travel with very young children or have low mobility.

The bathtub told me I need to pay for the bath, and it counted the water I used. 1. It is not a hotel 2. The bus station is far, but the beach is close. I will give them this credit. 3. It's easy to get sandy on the beach. But the experience of cleaning up is not good. 4. Not worth the value. 5. They only have a tiny elevator shared by staff. 6. Checkout time is 10:00am. No way to get down with the elevator.

Breakfast in the apartment is delivered. You get the same thing every day, no variation. It happened to us that they brought us breakfast that included jams, but they forgot to bring pastries. Dinner is organized in such a way that you are given a pan with ingredients and it is up to you to prepare them.

Il est très bien équipé tant au niveau cuisine qu au niveau salle de bains c’était propre très calme et a 10 mn de la plage de shirahama on descendait à pied en longeant devant le temple puis l’arrivée est rapide les restaurants et commerces sont aussi côté plage franchement chouette, c’est une autre facette du Japon par contre pour s’y rendre il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi entre la gare et la résidence il faut compter 2000yens mais c’est aussi possible en bus mais avec des valises il y a des montées et peu de trottoirs Le personnel s’adapte et est à disposition si besoin très chaleureux Vraiment je recommande après un passage dans des villes comme Tokyo Osaka Kyoto …. C’est vraiment reposant La météo n’était pas super mais il faisait chaud et il est possible de faire des balades avec le bus à partir de shirahama .

Unico piccolo limite i 700 metri dal mare, se ci fosse stata la navetta per spiaggia sarebbe stato da 11! in ogni caso se stanchi si può prendere un taxi che con meno di 5 euro copre il tragitto.

Il y a avait une odeur d'égout à notre arrivée. Nous avons mis du sent-bon qui était disponible et la situation s'est résorbée.
