Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Fue un placer regresar nuevamente al Hotel Sanrakuso! Nos quedamos en una habitación tradicional muy amplia, con una impresionante vista al mar. El desayuno es excelente y variado. El personal es extremadamente amable y logran que las estadías sean perfectas. La playa se encuentra justo frente al hotel, y se pueden alquilar sombrillas y reposeras. La arena es blanca y suave, el agua transparente. Recomendamos llevar goggles para poder apreciar los peces (y fundas impermeables para fotografiarlos), especialmente junto a las rocas a la izquierda de la bahía. Valoramos mucho que Shirahama sea una localidad tranquila, fuera del circuito usual del turismo extranjero.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026息子と２人でお泊りしたのですが、オーシャンビューで海まですぐそこという場所がとても良かったです。 スタッフさん達も、笑顔で対応してすごく感じ良かったです。 ご飯は２人で食べ過ぎてしまうくらい、とても美味しくて大満足です。
お風呂が浴槽が2つしかなく、もうちょっと広くいくつか浴槽があってくつろげる感じなら文句なしです。 他は自分は特にないです。 息子は、また泊まりたいね！って言ってましたので、来年花火の日に海の見える部屋を予約できたらと思います。

Também gostamos muito da localização e da estrutura do hotel. Foi uma experiência muito agradável para toda a família.
Não tivemos nenhum problema importante durante a nossa estadia. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The room was exceptionally good, looking at the Shirarahama beach with a stunning view. Though the onsen is small and indoor with no outdoor onsen area, it is clean and quiet. We particularly like the breakfast, lots of food choices and very nice staff. The hotel is close to the Shirarahama beach, which is very nice. We had an enjoyable stay.
The onsen is too small and there is no outdoor onsen. The swimming pool is only for young children because it is very tiny.

海から戻って、シャワーが使えたりタオルを使えるのはとても良かったが、部屋にバスタオルを取りに行ってから大浴場に行くため、バスタオルや浴衣が部屋の入り口にあると嬉しかった。荷物も部屋の奥ではなく、入り口に置いてあると濡れたまま、部屋に入らずに済むのになぁと思いました。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Персонал очень отзывчивый, возникла проблема с такси в утреннее время, все машины были заняты, помогли добраться до жд станции в 6 утра, за что им очень благодарны. Вид из номера умопомрачительный.
Нет такого. Ну разве что завтраки могли бы быть более разнообразными и включать блюда не только азиатской кухни.

We had japanese-style room with a tiny bathroom which for 4 days stay was ok, but the space is comparable to airplace lavatory :). Hotel might seem outdate but the location and staff are making up for it 100%

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location was convenient, as was the parking area right in front of the hotel. We stayed in a room that had been recently renovated: it was reasonably spacious and quite well designed, with a good view of the ocean.
Despite enjoying Japanese food, my past experience has been that breakfast buffets in larger hotels usually include some Western-style options, such as a selection of breads. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you don’t appreciate starting off the day with rice and traditional Japanese dishes.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026なんと言っても海が近く、水着のままホテルをいききできること。そして、宿泊者であれば、チェックイン前でも、着替えの場所を提供してもらえます。本当に助かりました。また、浜水晶という8階には、露天風呂つき、リファのドライヤー付きの部屋があり、お部屋で源泉掛け流しのお風呂にゆったりと入れる、本当に贅沢な時間でした。食事は、個室でゆっくりコースでした。繊細な料理で味、見た目と食欲をそそりました。２度目の宿泊でしたが、また来年も来よう！と主人と話しています。
湯上がりどころの、ドリンクサービスですが、小さな子も喜びそうなソフトドリンク、例えばヤクルトなどもあると嬉しいです。

Reviewed May 13, 2026Piękne widoki na plaże Shirahama. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna, plaża zaraz po 2 stronie ulicy, przystanek autobusowy pod hotelem. Dużo knajpek i sklepików w oklicy. Pyszne śniadania z dużym woborem dań japońskich. Bardzo miły personel. Onsen z wodami leczniczymi z naturalnych źródeł. Pokój przestronny (tradycyjny pokój japoński z łóżkami europejskimi), dobrze wyposażony, z yukatami oraz kapciami dla każdego gościa (dla dzieci yukatu dostępne przy onsenie). W hotelu strefa zabaw dla dzieci.

Das Hotel ist ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch gut unterhalten einziger Minuspunkt ist der Zugang zum Hotel für Fussgänger über die relativ steile Autoeinfahrtsrampe

Reviewed May 6, 2026白浜の真っ白な海辺が眼下に見えてとても素晴らしかったです。浜辺が近いので朝早くの散歩も叶いました。 夕食のバイキングはひとつひとつの食べ物の量が食べやすい大きさなので、少しずつたくさんの種類の和歌山の特別な食事をすることが出来ました。

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026スタッフの方は親切で丁寧で、気持ちのいい接客でした。お部屋もキレイでした。お風呂は１度試してみたかったシャワーがミラバスなのも嬉しかったです。お布団のマットも枕も凄く良い物を使ってたので、気持ちよく寝れました。
部屋がすごく乾燥しており、空気がパキパキでしんどかった。空気清浄機は置いていたけど、加湿器も欲しかった。夕食の鯛のカブト煮がお料理の最後に出てきて、もうその時点でおなかいっぱいだったので、ほとんど食べられなかった。出る順番がもっと早ければ良かったなと思いました。6歳の子供の夕食が多すぎてけっこう残しました。あの半分の量でいいと思います。その分、お値段お安くしてくれたらいいなと思いました。

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026We loved our stay here. The hotel has a wonderful, authentic charm that shows you exactly how Japanese people enjoy their holidays. The breakfast was perfect with an incredible variety of choices. Most importantly, the service was amazing: even though we had to leave one day early and didn't ask for a refund, the hotel was kind enough to refund our last night anyway. This level of honesty and kindness is rare. Highly recommended for an authentic Japanese experience!
The only minor downside was that the bed was quite hard for our personal taste.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026朝ごはんのバイキングの料理が美味しくて良かったと思いす。 ホテルからの景色が綺麗で良かったです。 ホテル前の浜辺が美し過ぎて感動しました。
大浴場のお風呂が小さく感じた。 晩御飯の鍋料理が残念なものだった。 ロビーのお土産コーナーが残念でした。

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026受付の時点で来て良かったと思いました。 会うホテルの方が全員、挨拶して下さり、気を使っていただいて気持ちの良い旅行が出来ました☺ 料理も美味しい温泉も最高、館内も綺麗で部屋から見えるロケーションは最高！ リピート確定です☺
私は全然気にしなかったのですが、 部屋の壁の上の方にカメムシが引っかかっており お亡くなりになられていました。 全然取りましたが 虫が苦手な人が居たら少し大変かもしれません💦 同室の人が解決すると思いますが😊

大浴場に置いてある綿棒が個包装だったら良かった。 夜中にお腹空いた時用に食べ物買う販売機や売店があれば良かった。

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026立地が非常に素晴らしく、周辺へのアクセスがとても便利でした。また、すべての客室がオーシャンビューで、部屋からの景色が本当に印象的でした。スタッフの皆様も大変親切で、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 さらに、バレーパーキングが無料で利用でき、しかも滞在中に車を自由に出し入れできた点はとても便利でした。館内の温泉大浴場も非常に素晴らしく、ゆっくりとリラックスすることができました。
一点だけ残念だったのは、到着初日にトイレから尿のような臭いがしたことです。ただし、翌日にはきちんと清掃されており、その後は問題なく使用できました。
