The Ambience was relaxed and calm. Room size was good but a little bare Surroundings well kept and very clean Pool area very nice with sunbeds available all day I am glad I was on the back side of the hotel (The Resort) as the beachfront hotel is not a calm and too busy

Porto Platanias Village resort provided very good breakfast and very nice temperature at the main pool. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis including change of towels. We could use the pools of the sister hotel as well. The beach in front of the hotel is good and not too pebbly. There are good family restaurants close to the hotel and convenient supermarkets.

Porto Platanias Village resort is rated as a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion qualifies more for a 4-star hotel. Maybe the fifth star is due to the sister hotel - Platanias Beach. It is definitely not a 5-star quality. There are no fresh juices or special coffees at breakfast. The waterslides that are situated at the hotel's territory were paid additionally at EUR 15 per day per person, which is kind of awkward for hotel guests, especially considering the rating of the hotel. The sunbeds at the main pool were insufficient and we could hardly find any free during the day. Everyone was just throwing their towels to reserve the beds and the staff didn't interfere. The beachfront sunbeds were charged additionally, the tennis court was charged additionally. Our room was situated on the ground floor with absolutely no view to anything - just an internal court between buildings. I didn't feel safe to keep the door open at night. The beds' mattresses were extremely worn out and soft, so my husband and I couldn't sleep well during the entire stay. The cleaning personnel didn't refill the soap and wash gel in the bathroom during our entire stay. Yes, we didn't rely on them, but it just didn't feel right for this kind of a hotel. Finally and most importantly - the personnel at the reception was not polished enough for a 5-star hotel. Especially the guy was always sullen and at every instance when I asked for support he responded a bit impolitely and tried to hide right away in the backoffice room. And what struck me most - the hotel had a policy to ask for a physical verification of your credit card at arrival. But not just sliding it through a system or asking you to input a PIN code somewhere - the receptionist (manager maybe) asked me to have the card himself and then he started writing down the card number including the CVC code at the back in his computer! It's totally forbidden to keep this information.

צוות מדהים שירות מדהים אוכל טעים. מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה. המיקום מעולה, טיילת מדהימה. כשעזבנו יצאנו בחמש וחצי בבוקר הצוות דאג להכין לנו ארוחת בוקר מפנקת לדרך.

נכון שיש מגלשות במלון אבל הן לא כלולות במחיר, אז תדאגו לרכוש חבילה שכוללת את השימוש במגלשות, כי כניסה יומית יקרה.

A qualidade das refeições, as piscinas, o ginásio 24 horas, na altura que fui não era nada confusa, havia espaço para todos de forma tranquila e a velocidade da internet e estar bem perto da praia.

A temperatura da água do quarto oxilava entre frio e MUITO quente constantemente. Nem todos os funcionarios tinham o mesmo nivel de simpatia. Tinha uma estrada muito movimentada ao lado que tornava perigoso atravessar para ir para a praia.

Πολύ καθαρή πισίνα, οι νεροτσουλήθρες είναι πολύ καλές και έχει αρκετά μεγάλη ποικιλία σε φαγητό. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό και πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν.

Τα δωμάτια (τουλάχιστον αυτό που μείναμε εμείς) χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση για να δικαιολογήσει τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Το στρώμα χρειαζόταν επειγόντως αλλαγή.

Τέλειο φαγητό και γλυκά, οι νεροτσουλήθρες καταπληκτικές, στα δωμάτια είχε απίστευτες παροχές και πεντακάθαρο ! Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια και απόλυτη ησυχία , ότι πρέπει για ξεκούραση !!!

The all inclusive food was pretty good. Service in the hotel was excellent.

The room was soso. The walls in the room are paper thin so you can EVERY noise from the neighbors. If you want to sleep well - choose another hotel.

Très bon séjour , la literie était bonne, la chambre climatisée et propre. Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine adult only donc calme assuré et vue mer. Le positionnement en plein cœur, tout se fait à pied ! Parking privé gratuit pour les clients. Petit déjeuner assez varié, il y en a pour tout le monde.

Utslitt basseng med løse fliser/skarpe kanter. Barnebassengets gulv er såpass dårlig at ungen fikk kutt i foten. Vi måtte bruke badesko tilslutt. Skuffende!!! Kaffen ble plutselig stoppet servert på kaffe slik som tidligere å i starten av ferieuka, plutselig sku nesten hele hotellet dele 2 kaffeautomater under frokosten. Det sier seg selv at dette ble det kø å kaos av. Noe skittent på felles arealene, men ikke av betydning. Savnet kjøkkenkroken slik vi hadde på rommet fra ifjor.

Location was excellent as well as beach and swimming pools in partner main hotel. Service was good. Great gym, polite waiters.

Not very clean pool; snacks were not included in midday and breakfast wasn’t having fresh salad. Coffee could be better. Only last day coffee machine was installed. Hotel has 5 stars but I think it is fif main Porto Platanias and not village resort.

The walls are incredibly thin. Got noise complains just because of a conversation I was having. Then in the morning at 7:30am I was playing music on my phone and I got a noise complain. The walls are incredibly thin that it made me uncomfortable to even talk. The food was not the best quality. Breakfast was good. Spa is at a different location but I appreciated the free entry voucher. There were also no mirrors anywhere but the one in the bathroom which was annoying.

Me gustaron muchos los servicios, el bufete, la piscina, la comidas, el parque acuático, etc. por lo general tiene de todo y la ubicación es buenísima.

Para ser un 5 estrellas se deberían cuidar los detalles. Las camas se hundían y se movían del suelo al darte la vuelta, las almohadas eran pésimas. El agua se sale de la mampara de la ducha y lo pone todo mojado. Las toallas la mayoría están muy pasadas, había mucho ruido en el pasillo porque el office de los trabajadores estaba en frente y salían y entraban dando portazos.

La amabilidad del personal de manera conjunta.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas sin espacio ni para poner las maletas. El baño destaca por su estrechez.

O colchão da cama não era confortável, precisa de substituição. Os hóspedes tomavam conta das espreguiçadeiras da piscina, deixavam toalhas a marcar desde a noite anterior. Nunca utilizamos a piscina

Hotelli oli moderni ja siisti. Se sijaitsi keskeisellä paikalla lähellä rantaa. Huone oli myös hyvin siivottu ja henkilökunta päivittäin kävi siistimässä huoneen. Henkilökunta oli ystävillistä ja auttoivat oma-aloitteisesti. Allaspyyhkeet sai vaihdettua useaan otteeseen, ja myös rannan rantatuolit olivat käytössä.

Jouduimme odottamaan huoneen saantia reilusti yli tunnin siitä mitä Bookingissa oli mainittu sisäänkirjautumisesta. Kuitenkin saimme tästä kompensaatiota kuponkien muodossa, mikä hyvitti reilusti ylimääräisen odotuksen.

Det mesta var okej, mycket bra mat i restaurangen (vi hade alinclusive) men drinkarna var katastrof. Personalen i restaurangen var trevligast på hotellet, men var ibland lite väl snabba att plocka undan tallrikarna. Bra att man kunde använda faciliteterna på systerhotellet och det fanns väldigt många pooler att välja på, lite svårt ibland att hitta solstolar bara.

Rummet till fyra pers var i minsta laget, sängarna var sköna, men bäddsoffan liten för att vara till en vuxen person, vi betalade för 3 vuxna och 1 barn. Fick inte heller något rum med vidare bra utsikt. Det var också väldigt begränsat med förvaring, en liten garderob utan hyllor eller lådor, bara 5 galgar att hänga kläder på. Det saknades också krokar att hänga saker på, så vi hade de flesta kläder kvar i resväskan. Lite bökigt när man är där en hel vecka. Tyckte också det var snålt att det bara ingick vars en flaska vatten som man fick första dagen, så ville man ha vatten på rummet fick man köpa själv, eller gå och hämta i plastglas i baren, men absolut inte fylla på egna flaskor. Också bökigt. Tennis och paddel kostade extra och det fanns inte jättemycket övriga aktiviteter än pingis.

Hyvä sijainti, loistava monipuolinen aamupala, tosin kahvi ja mehut muuhun laatuun nähden ala-arvoisia. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä kuntosali. Allasalue hyvän kokoinen.

Kahteen kertaan jouduttu pyytämään muurahaisten myrkytys huoneeseen. Huone oli 2.kerroksessa, joten ei oletettavaa, että muurahaisia olisi huoneessa.

Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering this is advertised as a 5-star resort. We prepaid our room in full months in advance and expected the level of service and professionalism that comes with a luxury property. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that standard. We arrived at 4:00 a.m. after a long journey, only to discover that the bathroom ceiling in our assigned room was leaking. Although this was clearly not our fault, we were understanding and agreed to move rooms without making an issue of it. Unfortunately, the replacement room was significantly smaller, had no view, and was far less suitable for our family. The bathroom was also extremely small for one adult and two teenage boys. As if that wasn't enough, the electronic door lock to our room stopped working during our stay. We were locked out while maintenance repeatedly tried to fix it without success. In the end, we had to move yet again and spend the night in a different room while all of our belongings—including our clothes, chargers, medications, and other personal items—remained locked inside the previous room. This was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. Despite all of these problems, the hotel never offered a meaningful apology, compensation, room upgrade, or any gesture of goodwill. The manager was particularly unaccommodating throughout the entire experience. For a 5-star resort, this level of customer service was unacceptable. On our final day, after being forced to spend the previous night in yet another room because of the hotel's lock failure, we asked if we could keep our smaller room until 6:00 p.m. so we could properly repack and prepare for our late departure. Instead of trying to accommodate us after everything we had been through, we were told we would have to pay an additional €150 to use the room we had slept in the previous night. That completely missed the point.

Utslitt gammelt renovert village i en forlatt landsby om vinteren og overfylt av turister på sommeren. Masse rot med Booking og svar, vi ankom 02:00 natt til 26.6 sure resepsjonister, ikke rom med 3 senger som bestillt, ikke slik bilder forespeilet, betalingsløsninger på mange ting som er avbildet på reklame, dårlig og utdatert frokostbuffet. Smakløs, lite sunn og forferdelig kaffi.

Staff was disorganised and not informed at all times. The reception tried initially to give us another room than the one we had booked and that created a lot of discomfort on the first day. Then the issue was settled.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was uncomfortable, and their was no toaster at the buffet for breakfast.

The area is nice, the room was clean, fair experience. The hotel from this chain that's closer to the beach was better, and we could use their bar with all inclusive

During my check-in the woman on reception was not very friendly, and forgot that I'm having all inclusive. Also she asked to provide my card's CVV, which is not secure, not sure that it's even allowed and I needed to reissue the card. The bartender guy on the bar was often away, we had to wait for him for a long time while he was away somewhere. Happily sometimes there was a bartender girl, she was very helpful and friendly.

Hotellet ligger fantastisk placeret ift. strand, by og offentlig transport. Hotellet har et pænt udtryk og alle fælles arealer holdes rene og pæne Vi havde kun købt morgenmad. Den var ok. Stort udvalg - samme udvalg hver dag.

Sengene var et mareridt. Selv vores børn på 3 og 5 kommenterede hvor rædselsfulde de var. Vi lå som flitsbuer hele ugen. Så er der den klassiske med solsengene. Store skilte om at de ikke må reserveres og i så fald vil personalet gribe ind. Det skete jo selvfølgelig ikke. Så skal man lade vær med at skrive det. Der var selvfølgelig ikke plads til alle omkring poolen, heller ikke på Beach-afdelingen, hvor man gerne må benytte faciliteterne. Hotellet har en fin legeplads, men man har så ikke valgt at overdække den hele og så er det faktisk ikke muligt, at lege på den - når det er 30 grader. Og lad os lige tale om vandparken - på hotellet. Den skal man simpelthen betale for, hver dag(!), hvis man ønsker at benytte den. Jeg forstår godt, at omkostningerne for at have opført den skal dækkes, men der burde man nok have en dygtigere økonomiansvarlig og have lagt udgiften ind et andet sted. Hotellet har, som det så ud, nogle finde padel-baner, men at skulle betale knap DKK 400 for at leje dem, så blev det et "nej tak". Vi fik nye håndklæder hver dag på værelset, men rent blev der ikke gjort. Ikke engang de glas, som hørte til værelset, blev rengjort eller udskiftet... og eftersom at det ikke var en lejlighed var der ikke mulighed for selv at vaske op.

The pillows were not.comfortable.

Tout était super ! Personnel, propreté, localisation. Nous avons 2 cadeaux à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuné propose beaucoup de choix. La piscine est grande, il y en a même une deuxième uniquement pour les adultes, nous n'y sommes pas allées mais elle avait l'air sympa, un peu isolée.

Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu trop mou. Même s'il est écrit de ne pas le faire, les transats sont réservés dès le matin par les gens qui posent leur serviette dessus, donc pour aller à la piscine le matin, il faut avoir de la chambre pour trouver un transat de libre... j'imagine que c'est pire en haute saison.

The sofa for the kid was low. Its not fit for sleeping. The staff tell story and didn want to change the room . The shower was little and no windows inside.

Massørene på stranda var ett mareritt, vi kommer nokk ikke tilbake pga de. Fikk rom mot resturanten, så det bråkte hele tiden og vi hadde aldri sol på bakongen.

Great place to stay as an all inclusive quest. Water park and gym were better than expected. Good food, friendly staff and tidy place.

Sun beds around main pool were always taken (people left their towels and went to breakfast).

All inclusive is a little bit expensive, but meals, snacks, drinks and waterpark in this hotel are high quality. Location in Platanias is good with plenty of shopping, entertaiment for kids and good beach nearby. Small playground was better than expected and in good condition. The gym was pretty modern and well equipped.

The large pool should be cleaned better, for the entire duration of our stay a green algae stripe circulated the wall of the pool just above water surface. Most likely it is somekind of material issue of the pool tiles reacting with water surface, but it did not look nice. In October all of the pools and waterpark water temperature was a bit too cool, hotel of this level could consider using solar heating to extend the season. The bar could use more staff at peak hours and rearranging the bar might make operation much smoother.

El hotel era muy lindo, el personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron con el reconocimiento de las habitaciones y el traslado de las maletas. El desayuno era muy completo, con muchas alternativas para escoger. Tiene muy buena ubicación, acceso a arriendo de vehículos, parada de buses, taxis, entre otros.

Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok mutta ei missään nimessä 5 tähden hotelli. Muutamia pieniä ärsyttäviä asioita mainitakseni; jääkaapin pakastinlokeron kansi rikki, suihkusaippua-annostin rikki, suihkuseinästä vesi vuosi wc:n lattialle, tiskejä ei tiskattu, ravintolan juoma-automaattien juomat haaleita, (tämän takia tuotu jääpala-astia viereen, llimsat, mehut, olut), mehut aivan järkyttäviä, aamupalan kahvi ei-kuumaa koska tuotiin kannussa jokaiseen pöytään erikseen ja maitoa pöydässä aina liian vähän, aamupala ja päivällinen ei tarjonnut mitään makuelämyksiä; tasaista massaa kaikki, siivooja tuli huoneeseen älä häiritse-kyltistä huolimatta.

Les personnes de l’accueil, un homme et une femme n’étaient pas agréable ni souriant. Nous n’avons pas eu au départ la chambre que nous avions choisi. J’ai dû faire appel à Booking pour avoir la chambre que nous avions choisi, Booking a été très réactif et efficace.

The hotel is located on the second line. The grounds are well maintained, and excursions are offered on-site, although they are more expensive than booking them elsewhere. Housekeeping was provided daily.

Breakfasts were rather poor; coffee was served in pots, and there was no coffee machine available in the dining area. A safe is available, but only for an additional fee. What I found most disappointing was the very poor sound insulation in the rooms — every step in the corridors, noises from outside, and sounds from the neighbors above and below were clearly audible. I was accommodated on the ground floor, with a lift directly opposite my room on one side and a road on the other. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly throughout my stay due to constant noise. If it had not been for the ground-floor room, my impression of the hotel might have been more positive, but under these circumstances, it was not satisfactory.

Wir hatten ursprünglich dieses Hotel gebucht, aber bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht werden, im Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa. Die Anlage ist groß und sehr weitläufig. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit Panoramablick, mehrere Pools und man konnte sich jederzeit Wasser aus dem Wasserspender nehmen.

Mir hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass wir einfach ohne unser Wissen in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert wurden und erst bei der Ankunft darüber informiert wurden. Das ist für mich ein absolutes Warnsignal! Das Personal war extrem unhöflich und unfreundlich. Ich hatte ausdrücklich darum gebeten, uns weit weg vom Abendprogramm unterzubringen, da wir ein kleines Kind haben. Am Ende wurden wir jedoch direkt neben der Bar einquartiert – unsere Fenster gingen genau dorthin! Dieses Hotel hat unsere Wünsche komplett ignoriert. Von einem 5-Sterne-Service keine Spur. Auf unsere Bitte, das Zimmer zu wechseln, kam nur die Standardausrede: „Es gibt keine freien Zimmer.“ Das Essen war jeden Tag dasselbe, keinerlei Abwechslung. Im Restaurant habe ich mir vermutlich noch eine Magen-Darm-Infektion eingefangen und lag vier Tage lang flach. Ich habe große Zweifel an der Hygiene in diesem Hotel. Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe! Die Toilette lief ständig, das Wasser in der Badewanne floss kaum ab, und auf dem Boden waren offenbar schwarze Flecken von Schimmel. Für mich ist das absolute Abzocke niemals 5 Sterne, sondern höchstens 3! All Inclusive Gäste sind dort nicht wirklich willkommen. Kostenlose Getränke gab es nur in einer Bar, und die Cocktails waren von sehr schlechter Qualität. In allen anderen Restaurants und Bars musste man zusätzlich zahlen! Einmal sind wir abends zur Theke mit „Late Guest Snacks“ gegangen. Wir hatten das Schild nicht gesehen und dachten, die Speisen seien für alle Gäste. Daraufhin wurden wir einfach angeschrien, wir sollten nichts nehmen. Das ist absoluter Wahnsinn ein so niedriger Servicestandard ist einfach schockierend. Ich werde mit meiner Familie niemals wieder hierher reisen und allen Bekannten raten, dieses völlig überteuerte Hotel zu meiden.

Allasalueelle mahtui hyvin vielä päivälläkin, plussaa erityisesti allas alueista, huoneiden siisteydestä ja hyvästä aamupalasta 😃 Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla pääkadun varrella, molempiin suuntiin mentäessä oli kivoja kauppoja ❤️ Bussipysäkki lähellä molemmissa suunnissa!

Το beach resort είχε περισσότερες επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό. Επρεπε να κατεβαίνουμε εκεί αν θέλαμε να φάμε για βράδυ εκτός του μπουφέ στο all inclusive

Nice variety of good quality food, very kind staff, big pool, comfortable pillows, clean facilities, enough entertainment for adults and children, good gym and excellent location. AC working properly.

The shower needs some maintenance, as a lot of water was leaking out of it. There were a lot of empty cups in the sunbeds area in the afternoon, but I would say this is a lack of hygiene and respect from some guests rather than a hotel issue.
