住宿体验感非常差 和图片一点不一样 没有电梯 一瓶水都没有 也没有WiFi 我们问他就说没有 后来我们的包车司机跟酒店沟通之后才给我们送来 阳台门关不上 旁边就是球场 一堆小孩玩到2.3点 根本别想睡觉

The location was amazing, you can have a wonderfully Panoramic seaview ضيافة دكتور منعم و فريق الضيافة فوق الممتاز .. هو في الاخير المكان شاليهات و ليس فندق، لكن عم منعم بيديك احساس الفندق بضايفتة الغير طبيعية صراحة و نظافة المكان و ملحقات الضيافة مثل فرشاة المعجون و أكياس التواليت و المناديل .. هي اشياء بسيطه لكن تشعرك كأنك في فندق ،، شي تاني اذا طلبت اي حاجه في اي وقت يليبهالك قدر استطاعته ، يرد عليك في اي وقت في اليوم ، و دي حاجه صعبة جدا للي يقدرها،

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort, besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Personal war ausgesprochen höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Dr. Moneam und Herrn Mustafa, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Der Meerblick war einfach wunderschön und unvergesslich.

الشاليه علي الواقع غير الصور علي الإطلاق وكان يوجد رائحه كريهه وايضا الشاليه لايوجد شاطئ به مواجهه ولابد من ركوب سياره للوصول اليه

We had a wonderful vacation at Porto Matrouh sea view. The place is wonderful, family-friendly, very comfortable, all services are available, and the sea view is amazing. Dr. AbdelMoneim was very accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Dr. AbdelMoneim and his team. We are definitely recommending the place and by God's will coming back again..

Well firstly the owner should've mentioned that's its out of season and the whole complex was like a ghost town, nothing open we were the only family. To buy something you had to go to the city centre. The only time I saw the owner was when he came to give the key to the apartment, never saw him again.

The sheets weren’t clean, they asked us to clean it ourselves, they made us buy detergent also to clean the sheets !!!!! They knocked on the door, before check out like more than half and hour ??? They check us in after one hour ?

The place is good and the family atmosphere can be felt in Porto Matrouh as whole. The unit has good air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. There's also a well equipped kitchen with pots, microwave and water boiler to make tea. So it was convenient for our stay. The garden is also very good and had swing and table and chairs.

The staff interaction wasn't that good. They reached out and knocked the door multiple times before checkout time which was annoying. At the end they asked just to leave the key. The chalet wasn't well cleaned and you can see coffee stains in the table. It's also far from the city center so you need a car and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city.

Had an amazing stay at a chalet in Porto Matrouh! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The view of the sea was stunning, and it was the perfect spot to relax. A huge shoutout to Dr. Abdelmoneim for his incredible hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect and made us feel right at home. Can't recommend this place enough – definitely a 10/10 experience! Thanks, Dr. Abdelmoneim!

The view and location is amazing. There is a rocky beach as well as a sandy one for swimming. The chalet interior is very good and well-furnished. The first impression with Mr.Abdelmonem was really 👍 His treatment and greeting were welcoming and professional. He was always available for help and support whenever I asked 🙏 Overall, my experience with Porto Matrouh was outstanding and remarkable.

Almost non except with the aqua park which I assume should be entitled for kids only! In addition, the pools were also kids only with not enough umbrellas.

The resort is very family friendly with safe and energetic environment. Special thanks to Abdul-Munaim who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The appartment was clean and had all the facilities you need. It had a great view. The bus to the beach was convenient but sometimes gets full. However, the walk was not far.

Porto Matruh doesn’t have many restaurants and and shops so you need to go to the main town for that. But that’s ok and a nice change of pace/scenery

What did I think of the breakfast? there was no breakfast. And it was Ramadan, so the only breakfast you're going to find in Mersa Matruh is oranges and bananas from a fruit vendor back in town.

This hotel complex is absolutely abandoned in the off season. All the pools are closed, it's like camping out. Management didn't even provide us with towels or toilet paper. We woke up at 7 and got back on the road. Manager asked us why we didn't get a room in a hotel in town? It was a good question and when we came back through Mersa Matruh that's exactly what we did. This complex should not be renting rooms if they aren't prepared to provide guests with toilet paper or towels.

Fast chalet reception . The chalet has a stunning view by the pool. Outstanding location, comfortable , and has all the basic requirements . Lovely beach and Mr. Moneim is very friendly and welcoming .

It was the worst chalet I have ever booked And this is the last time I will use booking application,double price the normal price there No sea view, pool was not ready in the first day Chalet so dirty, garden door without lock, bathroom extractor is not working, bathroom door locks is not working...... The room is close to the beach! And it's good access and beautiful view from balcony. The room is pretty and clean enough. We slept well on comfortable bed. The kitchen also is tidy and clean. There's enough cups ,dishes , microwave and extra... I hope I will come back 🌅😊

The room provided was on the ground floor next to the pool with a small garden. Even though we didn't get time to use the pool, sitting in the garden was relaxing. The room had a lounge with a sofa and a table which was convenient to laze around. The bed was comfy too. The staffs were friendly and accommodated a last-minute change of date request (in spite of their policy not allowing changes or cancellations) due to my flight being canceled.

On reaching the property, we had to wait at the gate in the car for about half an hour for our passports to be verified (can see that this is very common anywhere in Egypt, but this did take a while). After the initial delay and on reaching the actual flat, we expected the flat to be ready, but it was not. The cleaners were just on the flat when we reached and were cleaning the room in our presence (hastily). Since the cleaner had to rush up since we were already waiting on the couch, the room wasn't cleaned as much as we would expect. The room was still smelly after they left. The room had a kitchen, but we weren't able to use it considering that the vessels weren't clean and the microwave wasn't cleaned either so we couldn't use that. The water pressure was really low on the showers (so low that you had to touch yourself with the shower head to get wet) that it was really difficult to have a quick shower. The location itself was a bit far from the Marsa Matruh area. So, this is more suitable for people who prefer quiet surroundings rather than a buzzing city.

The host must be honest in his offer. He offers two sites, one of them double the price of the other, I booked the most expensive and he gave me the cheapest one.
