Sifonumuz ve tuvalet musluğu bozuktu. Söylememize rağmen yapılmadı. Pet şişe ile tuvalete su dökmeye çalıştık. Ellerimizi mutfakta yıkadık. Mutfak çeşmesi küçük olduğu ve tezgah eğimi yanlış olduğu için yerler ıslanıyordu sürekli. İlk gün çeviri konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Uygulamalarla anlaştık ama ilk günden sonra anlamamamıza rağmen çeviri açmadılar sebebini anlamadık. Daireyi karıştırıp bize borcunuz var dendi. Bi süre anlayamadık translate açmadıkları için sonra daireyi karıştırdıklarını söylediler. Kapıya girmeyin diye yazı koyduk. Her gün girip temizlediler. Böyle bir talebimiz yoktu. 3 kız kalıyoruz ve oteli sadece uyumak için kullandık. Haliyle biraz dağınıktı ve odayı temizleyen maalesef erkek. Bu bizi rahatsız etti ama bir şey demedik. Yazıyı umursamayan bizim sözümüzü mü önemseyecek. Bide tabi bunu İngilizce anlatması var. Resepsiyonda Cafe burada biz bulmada zorlandık. Ve son gün birkaç saat valizlerimizi bırakabilir miyiz diye mesaj attım. Her mesajıma cevap veren Mustafa buna cevap vermedi üzüldüm hayır yazabilirdi 😅 buna rağmen fiyatı uygun önerdim bu fiyata bu hizmet gibi düşünün 🙃

TERRIBILE ESPERIENZA/TRUFFA Il proprietario della stanza/appartamento non sì è presentato e non rispondeva nemmeno al telefono, uno dello staff del complesso ci ha detto che più volte ha fatto così e che molte persone che arrivavano in serata come noi (22:00) lo hanno aspettato fino alle 10 del mattino. Onestamente non siamo mai entrati nella struttura Hermes, meno male chi lavorava nel posto ci ha aiutato a trovare un'altra sistemazione anche se non era pulita e non abbiamo praticamente dormito. Per fortuna con noi c'era un amico che parlava arabo. Noi non avevamo pagato nulla prima, però booking dovrebbe togliere persone così, NON VA AFFATTO BENE!!!

المقابل المادي لا يستحق ابد مكان الإقامة ولا يوجد خدمات ابدا والشقة مليئة بالصراصير والحشرات ولا يوجد مناشف والأثاث قديم وبعضه مكسر حيث حاولت الجلوس على كرسي المكتب انكسر ووقعت على الأرض وتأذيت

المكان جميل وحلو وفيه تكييف كويس وشاشة وقريب مش بعيد

ال house keeping سئ جدا للأسف ومجاش غير مرة واحدة ومفيش حتي مقشة أو مساحة ننضف احنا وكلمتهم مرتين ولكن مجاش غير مرة واحدة بس في 6 ليالي!

So comfortable place ,the room have a kitchen. Clean and good location What i like the most how the gardens and the pools are nice People who work there are friendly and helpful

The communication with manager gave me stress. We had misunderstanding and it was no time to listen who is wrong who is not and I just wanted to stop conversation but manager started to be really rude, moving his hands around me, raising voice and being emotionally aggressive. For me this kind of behaviour can not be exist in this situation. I asked again not to continue this conversation coz anyway we are leaving after 40 min but he was continue to blame me , raising voice. To be honest I felt stressed and just because of this kind of behaviour- I don’t like to book it again or to recommend. Some problems or misunderstanding can be , it’s life and not problems. But to raise voice, to be emotionally aggressive with clients- I’m sorry, it’s really upset.

It was very clean, I was able to wash my vlothes, and they had a really nice pool. Ibrahim was super friendly!

There was a small leak in my room

I'm very grateful to Ibrahim, Sabina and Mustafa, who helped me in everything. I plan to spent three weeks next time and only in Herrmes.

A few more towels were needed.

What i didn't like was the fact that my stay was too short.

The name. I came by taxi and the driver thought I wanted to go to the hospital and although I told him a million times he clearly didn’t understand. Thankfully, the place was located nearby.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the exceptional service.

Herrmes Hospitality is located in the Delta Sharm Resort right on the main road in Sharm...easy access for pickup for guided tours (Mt. Sinai, Ras Mohammed, Dahab) and a 10 minute walk to Carrefour supermarket. Lots of small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice size pool. Good size room with 3 single beds and kitchenette/table. Daily cleaning. AC worked well. OK WIFI. Pleasant host. Pay on site with CC. Lots of cats on property. Excellent value.

Herrmes hospitality located inside a lovely resort , full of greens and flowers , the swimming pools was amazing , good level of daily housekeeping , also the bar on the swimming pool offer a nice options of foods and drinks , the room have a lovely kitchen it’s help us to make some simple food and private terrace as well

Nice,very clean little apartman.Only surprise was that we booked Kings apartman,which is described as 65m2,though it was only around 30m2 plus the terrace.Kitchen is not really good,materials are all old and very basic.Wifi worked perfectly.

The entrance door…please repair the lock,we always had to play few minutes till we could open the door. Air conditioner-you can not change any setting,and air was directly coming to the beds…so we did not really use it.

Herrmes hospitality is a such lovely nice place, its located inside delta sharm resort, nice staff, clean rooms and good internet service. Good location between the old market and nama bay, the room have a nice kitchen as well, inside the resort you can found market 24h, farmacy, liquer store and restaurants, cafes and bars.

The cafe and pool were right at our door steps. Extremely convenient. The terrace was of good size and overlooked the garden.

The shower door was lose and had to hold it. The bath sink tap was a bit hard to open and close.

facilities weren't the best and room could have been cleaner. There was a minor cockroach infestation. Also the pool is insanely cold.

Honestly it was really great, friendly hosts and very easy to contact, they’re quite literally a phone call away. One of the best stays in sharm. I would most definitely come back to this place.

Could do with more crockery/ cutlery. Only one cup? Said pool view but it was no where near pool. Not a problem in the end as it didn't bother us.

Delta Sharm is beautiful with all those flowers and palm trees. It is quiet.

I have been to Delta Sharm a couple of times before. I choose this compound because of the central location. This time I have chosen Hermes hospitality because of the good reviews and the name hospitality. It seemed to me that it is an appartment with hotel service. That is what I need! But what a bummer! I haven't experienced any type of hospitality or service AT ALL. Before arriving I have sent our time of arrival by booking.com and WhatsApp. But no reaction. The reception was not friendly at all. I am a single mum with a 4 year old but didn't get any help with my luggage. I have booked a room with a double bed and one single bed, we got three single beds instead. The sliding doors can not be locked, you can open it from the outside, it is at the ground floor. After telling this they putted a plug in. The spots above the mirror in the bathroom are not working. I need that for my contactlenses. After I have told that, nothing is replaced. I have chosen this place because it has a kitchen, but the equipment is really minimal: two plates, two forks, two spoons, two cups. No knife to peel fruits or a cutting board. I am glad I took my own pan (I live in Egypt). The fridge and airconditioning make a lot of noise during the night. Ibrahim is at the area everyday but he barely greet us. When I have sent him a message that the safe was not working and some questions, he didn't answer. I have told Sabine, who was working in the cafe how I felt but she seemed too occupied by her own problems. You can only use the pool in front of the room. Delta Sharm works with a card system, but we didn't get a card, nor beach towel. The pool is too cold (December) to swim. There is no pool for kids and my 4 year old son was not allowed to swim or play in the pool, even when I am sitting at the pool, while there is a pool boy. We stayed 5 days and it is not cleaned one single time.

My husband and I absolutely adored this place. The staff were so kind and friendly. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

I didn't like the rude customers who were being disrespectful to the staff.

There was a lady in the kitchen staff, who offered us a local tour guide. DO NOT MEET him! He offered tours double prices and every time found it there is some hidden extra charge…And it is very hurtful, because when You stay somewhere and ask some help, the minimum is you would like a real help not false..

Located in Delta Sharm, it is a cozy neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets in 5-10 min walk. It's not in the city center, but there are minibuses for 5 EGP so it's not a big problem. Room was comfortable. The bed was perfect

No cleaning for 3 days in a row, but then it was every day. Mosquitos. Personnel is available only from 8 to 16. Broken regulator of a shower

Beautiful grounds, close to shops and restaurants. Nice pool, quiet area.

A kettle in the room would have been useful for making coffee or tea.

Host is being super nice and help us to arrange many local trips later on.

If the air con can be quieter than even better.

Loved the setting,beautiful vegetation,lovely bungalows even though a bit old school in the decoration,I really liked it. The shower was a bit shabby,the door was broken and even though it was clean in the room the shower area had a bit of grime at the bottom but it was ok in the end,I got used to it and I liked the room enough to over see that aspect.

The German lady at reception was very nice. The AC worked well and the rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds.

As soon as we arrived we were pressured by a man at reception to join a Ras Mohammad tour for the following day. We asked if we could have some time to think but he said he needed to know ASAP to confirm numbers. We said yes (we thought the price he quoted was a little high, but we trusted him because he was at the hotel). We went to our room and got multiple quotes for other tours which were almost half the price. We rang and asked to cancel the tour and after a long back and forth he agreed he had ripped us off by 500 EGP and drove back to the hotel and gave us the additional amount he took from us. Very disappointing that the hotel allows this man to do this to unassuming travellers. Even though the room has a kitchen, it isn't well-equipped at all. We had one fork, one knife, two filthy plates and nothing to do our dishes with. We messaged the owner about this in the evening and he said he would bring us a replacement right away (we didn't hear anything else but they provided us with cleaning products the next day). You can only use one of the pools. In order to use other pools you must get a pool card - we asked about this and were told it was pretty much impossible because it is issued by the Delta Sharm Resort and would take too long. Finally, there was absolutely no wifi in our room. We asked reception why and they told us we were sharing our wifi connection with the neighbouring room (that was 12 metres across the path). Very, very frustrating.

The long walks we had to take to get to the front gate.

As a small rental-apartment unit, I think this was a decent and okay little flat to rent. Room was nice and clean.

The shower did not have very hot water, it was a bit chilling to take shower, but it went okay. The balcony door was not secured, it could be opened from the outside, and this was on first floor. However I complained and they came and injected a pin into a hole so it became locked.
