这家房东特别好，我们早上到了，房东让我们提前入住，离开前一天的晚上我们做饭没有煤气了，但是房东允许我们明天做完饭吃好东西再离开，位置打车也很方便，不错的入住体验。有洗衣机，在公共卫生间里。

酒店很好位置优越离哈利利近，楼下是商业区逛街很方便。工作人员态度很好。

If you want to be deceived, you should definitely reserve this place. All information provided here are not matching with the actual situation of the place. No private bathroom, washing machine against charge, AC is outdated. I don't how can we call it deluxe room with this current condition.

Une guesthouse où l’on se sent comme chez soi, située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. L’endroit est très propre et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Thé et café sont mis à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. La communication avec Mishele est simple et fluide via WhatsApp ; il est très réactif. À l’arrivée, une bouteille d’eau et un snack sont offerts, une attention vraiment agréable. Un vélo m’a également été prêté, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer facilement. La maison est charmante, avec une grande terrasse très agréable. Elle se trouve à proximité de la gare routière (Go Bus et Blue Bus) ainsi que d’un petit centre commercial.

It was great value. 100/100 but is was an hour walk to the beach. The small town is 200 meters away was great!! It was like San Diego near the 5 in the 1980s. MTS is still more expensive than the taxis here. Sharm is like Southern California. Even the road we walked to the beach reminded me of California especially the Cruise ship at the end. The price of the apartment room gave us Breakfast and 2 snacks and water.

A little far from beach. But it’s an hour walk to it. It’s actually an amazing walk. Saw a natural arch. Plus the sand changed color on the way back. Should not complain too much. I waited in a car for over 2 hours for a parking space which costed me more than the place we stayed here.

I booked this room “just to sleep”, because plane landed at 21:30, so arrival to any hotel would be around 22:30, and at 6:00 i was supposed to go on excursion, so i just need a clear room with air conditioning, shower and no insects. The room met all my expectations, for 12 euros per person the room is perfect. Besides, in these 12 euros included also “sandwiches” - some local food, do not know the name, but really delicious. P. S. On arrival i visited local fish restaurant Farez, 20 minutes walk from apartment, highly recommended all, except calmare in tomato sauce

The location was perfect

Very clean, which is exceptional for Sinai. Well maintained apartment, which is conveniently located in the downtown of Sharm, within walking distance of the bus stations. The staff was not there, but was very responsive online. We notified that we would check out early, so they kindly brought us an early breakfast which consisted of pita with foul and pita with falafel for each. Highly recommended!

The downtown has no touristy sites, but is very accessible for public transportation, so it is a recommended location for budget travelers.

Excellent overall! The most important is that it is clean and tidy. I had the opportunity to met the guy that cares for the facility and gave him congratulations. The facility is located very close to Watania bus station. The Old Town, Naama Bay and Hadaba with its wonderful beaches are not far from the facility. The area around has a lot of interesting shops and restaurants. The property owner is always ready to give guidance.

Quiet corner of town near Mustafa mosque(very important as the pickup point of tours). Plus the garden and kitchen . And you can ride the bike around the city on bike trail(the only one in Egypt) on Salam boulevard !

I really enjoyed my 9-night stay in Morning Star Guest House this month. It is a very peaceful place but also accessible by bike or taxi for beaches and attractions. All tour operators will recognise your location so you can easily book excursions with pick up in front. Shops (Carrefour and local market with fresh products) are in walking distance. There is an option to arrange transfer to/from airport with additional fee as well as bike rental free of charge. The area is very safe and gives opportunity to observe everyday life in Egypt (yes, it is an attraction itself for people from Europe!). The cleanliness in the room and common areas is fine. The entire experience is completed by staff (host Michele, chauffeur and housekeepers) who are always available to help, advice and...sometimes positively surprise you!

A lovely guesthouse in Sharm in a remarkably quiet yet central location. The rooms are very clean and well-furnished. The staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Im Zimmer fanden wir Croissants und Wasser vor, auch am letzten Tag wurde uns gratis Frühstück gebracht. Waschmaschine gegen Aufpreis, voll ausgestattete Küche und Terrasse. carrefour in der Nähe, etwas ruhigere Lage. Super Personal, Michele hat schnell und traumhaft auf jeden unserer Wünsche reagiert, der Housekeeper Mohammed hat alles abgerundet und uns wie Zuhause fühlen lassen, super Aufenthalt!

The room was overall clean. owner waa very reasonable and responsive. We had a small miscommunication around breakfast being served and we were able to solve it quickly and easily. Good value for money. Thank you.

The shower pressure could be stronger. It was a little challenging to find when I first arrived late at night.

The hotel owner is an incredibly kind and responsive person! He’s always available and ready to help with anything. There are bicycles on the property that guests can use completely free of charge - a great bonus! We rode around the city, and people even asked us where we rented such bikes 😊 The house is always very clean, with daily housekeeping. The rooms are cozy, everything works perfectly, and the place is kept in excellent condition. The price is more than reasonable for such a high level of service. I definitely recommend staying here! Don’t think twice - you’ll love it! 🌟

The location is good, it is near from the Go Bus station, and near to the famous tourist spots. We did our city tour using their free bicycle and it is such a good experience. We have stayed here mainly for those 2 reasons. Thanks to the host Michele for being extra helpful to us during our stay.

O valor cobrado foi muito razoavel. A cozinha não é má de tudo. A companhia dos hospedes fez a diferença.

A fechadura do quarto nao funcionava. Fiquei de fora uma vez, e a porta nao se destrancava. Foi complicado. Tem muita poeira por todos os lados. Nao tem ninguem para te recepcionar. O dono vive em outro país. Tinha um rato morto no patio. Fedia muito.

Easy check in

Don’t do the Mount Catherine trip that the host offers. You will not go to the actual mountain, and the drivers and guides will just lead you to affiliated shops fro hours. Also there is no towel nor soap in the guesthouse.

Уже 2-ю и 3-ю ночь я был в номере. Номер был просторным и чистым, плюсами являются работающий кондиционер и качественный Интернет. Сотрудница гостевого дома, занимающаяся уборкой, также была очень любезна. Как и все гости этого дома, с которыми мне удалось встретиться. Также владелец гостевого дома разрешил мне воспользоваться стиральной машиной совершенно бесплатно, что является редким в хостелах. Для меня как для туриста, путешествующего с одним рюкзаком и только что спустившегося с горы Синай, это было большим подарком. К тому же хочу отметить наличие нескольких велосипедов, которыми можно пользоваться также бесплатно. Дом и так находится в хорошем спокойном районе, отличающимся безопасностью и приемлемыми ценами, но велосипед дает возможность прокатиться вдоль побережья по новым велосипедным полосам

I recently stayed at Morning Star Guesthouse in Sharm El Sheikh—and it’s exactly the kind of place you hope for when traveling on a budget with heart. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The host (Michele) is absolutely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful local tips. In fact, he even picked me up from the bus station at night and guided me toward the best snorkeling spots and restaurants.  The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cool—especially important in Sharm’s heat—with good air conditioning, and even mosquito nets in some windows. Bathrooms are shared in some rooms, but for me that wasn’t an issue; everything was well-maintained.  Some of the standout amenities: • Free bicycles to explore the area (a really fun bonus)  • A shared kitchen, so you can make your own meals if you want to save money or just cook something simple.  • Wonderful outdoor space: garden, terrace, places to sit and relax.  The location is very convenient: close enough to markets, bus stations, local transport, and eateries—yet still calm enough that you can unwind in peace.  Value for money here is excellent. You’re not paying for luxury, but what you are getting is something honest and welcoming, comfortable and clean, with genuine warmth from the host.

オーナーにはお会いしていませんが、メッセージのやり取りでとても親切な方なのが伝わってきました。 私がチェックアウトの日の朝に他のチェックインの宿泊者の方がもう着いていたのですが、リビングのソファーで休まれていましたし、その方は早めにチェックインもさせてもらっていました！（空き状況次第だと思いますが） 自転車を無料で借りれたのが良かったです！ 近くに大きなスーパーがあって、Go busのターミナルからも徒歩15分以内なのも助かりました！

Not a terrible walk from the Go Bus station. Maybe 15 mins or so. There’s a big Carrefour supermarket nearby. The AC works well.

The quality is nowhere near the price you’re paying. The worst part for me was that the (shared) bathroom was really nasty at check in and during my stay. Full of trash, clogged up with junk everywhere, the shower floor covered by some mystery substance. The shower drain is so crusted with junk that by the time you finish showering, you’re ankle deep in water. Location is okay for GoBus access but not great for anything else. I arrived very hot and sweaty at 3 pm and the room still wasn’t ready, because the staff said they had been at the beach, lol. One of the most annoying things is that I asked the operator how much a taxi to the airport should cost and they told me 500 pounds. I guess they are in on the tourist scamming because I got an InDrive ride easily for 175 pounds. I’m usually looking for my hotel or guesthouse to be a safeguard against the (many, many, many) scammers in Egypt so I felt pretty annoyed about that. I only stayed one night but felt like this room should be $12-$14 per night. Insane to me that it was $28 per night.

IT IS A BUDGET PLACE LOCATED IN RATHER EXPENSIVE SHARM EL SHEIK AND SO DO NOT EXCEPT HIGH STANDARDS. THE HOST IS INDEED CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR STAY WHETHER AIR CONDITION PROBELMS TO EVEN FINDING THE GUEST HOUSE OR MAKING SURE YOU ARE NOT CHEATED BY AIRPORT TAXIS DRIVERS. THIS IS COMMENDABLE!

NEED SIGNAGE OF GUEST HOUSE IN FRONT...ALTHOUGH YES THE STREET ADDRESS IS CLEAR. HOWEVER NO TAXI DRIVER I USED KNEW OF PLACE AND WHEN DARK HARD TO FIND. HAD UNFORTUNATE PROBLEM THAT HOUSEKEEPER DID NOT SHOW UP IN MORNING AND SO THE BREAKFAST I PAID FOR NEVER RECEIVED. NOT GOOD WHEN YOU HAVE A FULL DAY AHEAD OF YOU.

Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e ha messo a disposizione delle biciclette per gli ospiti. La villa si trova in una posizione comoda, non lontana dal centro, ideale per visitare la zona. Il sistema di accesso è stato spiegato in modo chiaro e dettagliato, rendendo l’ingresso semplice e senza problemi.

Even better, the property offers free bikes, which was such a nice bonus and made exploring the area really fun. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the whole place had a very welcoming atmosphere. Value and location perfect

The host was so kind. He let two very weary post night bus people check in early, he recommended where to snorkel, a great local restaurant and let us use the bicycles. It’s only 5 Egyptian pounds to get a collective (local minibus) to town, only a few minutes from the bus station and it has a lovely local cafe and bakery nearby. The room was spacious with air con and the window was fitted with mosquito nets. We had a shared bathroom but that was not an issue for us, the shower was great! Very detailed check in details were shared prior to check in and the property was easy to find. For under €20 this accommodation is a bargain, to enjoy Sharm on a budget. It is not a 5* hotel but a lived in house, and therefore manage your expectations accordingly. For us, the house was clean and the host was approachable both in person and via WhatsApp. Thank you for such a lovely stay. If I am ever back in Sharm I will be sure to stay again.

Communication was great. Place was spacious and comfortable. Although the host wasn't there he made sure I got to the place safely. He also gave me recommendations and helped me try and find a diving company that was open on NYD.

I had to provide my own laundry detergent as he had run out. Shower is a bit small but does it's job .

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. They arranged a cab from the airport for me, which made my arrival completely hassle-free. Upon entering the accommodation, I was greeted with a thoughtful selection of basic food items like bread, eggs, cheese, butter, and jam, which was incredibly considerate after a long journey. Throughout my stay, the owner was always available for any queries and went out of their way to accommodate any additional requests I had, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this stay offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Whether you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped place to stay near Habada or value a host who goes above and beyond to make your experience special, this accommodation is a fantastic choice.

The host is incredible. He picked me up from the Go bus station in the middle of the night, and has great attention to details. Super nice host. The place is next to the heavenly cathedral and if it’s open, it’s a nice place to visit. Also not far from beaches. I got a taxi and less than 10 minutes I’m at the beach. Highly recommend Reef Beach Reataurant, amazing panaroma view of beach and great food. I also tried another beach near the mosque and it’s not good. I think beaches on the east side are good in general.

This is a good place to stay. It is super convenient. The place comes with a washing machine and detergent is right there on top. I can’t stress how important that was to me because all the other places I stayed at. I had to go buy my own, but they all sell big sizes, I don’t need big, if I’m only going to stay for a couple of days. So that was super, probably the best thing for me. There is also a drying rack outside. The place comes with different kinds of tea and coffee if you want. Towels and iron are available. Refrigerator is spacious, and the AC works very well. It id also close to some areas to buy things and local restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

The downside is that there is no sign or logo of the business indicating that you’re in the correct place being that it’s in a local neighborhood. Also that being the case, tour operators had trouble finding my place, to pick me up. You might experience a late pick-up like me and/or a drop-off near the guesthouse, but not at the exact location. Both of these things happened to me, I guess the drivers don’t know how to use google maps or GPS. You might have to take multiple pictures of where your location is, since I guess they are more familiar with hotels. Anyway, A side from that, I definitely recommend this place to travelers.

Mechele is an excellent host. He speaks good English and is always willing to help you out. He's also politically aware so interesting to talk to.

What a treat! The host went out of his way to make me feel welcome in Sharm. He offered an airport pickup, which didn't work only because the airport Wi-Fi wasn't working, but he made up for it by taking me on a trip to Dahab up the coast and introducing me to local coffee and beer. Great quiet neighborhood, an easy walk or ride from the Old Market and beaches. Wonderful place with a back patio, ideal for small groups or families.

Nice outdoor terrace, good communication from owner (I was the only guest during my stay), comfortable bed. Owner gave me a tour of the city which I appreciated. Probably a far better experience when it is not 45 degrees in summer!

The toilet seat and lock to my room were broken during my stay. There was also a camera in the main room which I understand is for security but I was the only person there and it was in the place where I would eat breakfast, and was positioned so you can see when I leave my room.

Mr. Michele is very nice. He provided a lot of help. I felt very warm and the room was very comfortable. He give me a free city tour and treated me to some juice. And he knows some travel agencies, the trip is very well. If I have the opportunity to go to Egypt again, I will still choose to live here .

He helped us with the local spots to visit, as well as where to go in the surrounding areas following leaving sharm. The breakfast and coffee was delicious.
