Please continue like that, only one day I had problem with WIFI but the owner resolve immediately!!!!!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Loved the peaceful surrounding in a compound style with pool (can be used by guests). Cafe belonging to hotel downstairs for breakfast, lunch or snacks/drinks. Nice balconies, clean bathroom. Big and nice kitchen to use.
Hard to find at night. I guess an exact map sent with réservation confirmation could help. My Taxi driver was helpful thankfully, called the hostel, they came within a few minutes and showed me the room. It was late, so I was a bit afraid to not have place to stay for the night after long journey, but it all solved quickly at the end. One bathroom for 6 beds.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wifi didn’t work anymore. This was by far the worst accommodation experience I had during my trip to Egypt. One of the male front desk employees was extremely unprofessional. He was frequently absent from the reception desk during working hours, making even the basic check-in process unnecessarily difficult. The property itself was also very hard to find, and when we needed assistance, the staff provided virtually no useful help. What was even more unacceptable was the obvious difference in the way this employee treated different guests. He was cold and rude toward Asian guests and even argued with customers. Yet when dealing with European guests, his attitude changed completely—he immediately became friendly, welcoming, and all smiles. This blatant difference in treatment made me extremely uncomfortable and left me with the strong impression that Asian guests were being discriminated against. From check-in and communication to the overall attitude of the staff, the entire experience was terrible. Instead of helping to solve problems, the staff themselves became the biggest problem. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed, and it seriously affected my entire trip to Egypt. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend it.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026I booked a private room with full kitchen through booking.com. The confirmation email did not have a proper address it just said delta resort which is huge. After struggling to find the hostel located at the very back of the resort. I arrived in the morning and the reception lady told me the room would be ready for check in at 2 pm. So I came back at 3 pm and she, being very hostile and rude, told me there is no room for me and that I could sleep in. a shared room (a room with 6 bds and shared bathroom in the hallway). The reception lady is absolutely horrible, and the place is disorganized and it is completely unacceptable to tell me they have a room and make me wait all day to then at the end of the day tell me there is no room. WORST TRAVELING EXPERIENCE EVER. There was no safe place to leave my luggage so I was stuck there waiting all day in the heat and not allowed to enjoy the pool. I only had one day in Sharm and for this disaster I was unable to see anything at all in Sharm.

Tesisi yorumlara bakarak tuttum, yorumlarda hostel sahibinin yardımsever ve neşeli bir insan olduğu yazıyordu fakat hostele ilk girdiğim andan itibaren hostel sahibi ve diğer çalışanlar bana hiç iyi davranmadılar. Hostel sahibi bana hiçbir açıklama yapmadan beni bir odaya götürüp orada beklememi söyledi, havuzu ne zaman kullanabileceğimi söylediğimde agresif bir cevap verdi, klimayı açar mısınız dediğimde tersledi. Sanki onun hostelinde kalmak için ona yalvarıyormuşum gibi davranıyordu. Sonradan öğrendiğime göre kendisi yarı Yunan olduğu için Türkleri pek sevmiyormuş... Hostelde çalışan diğer çocuk ise kadın odası tutmama rağmen sürekli odaya girip duruyordu, eğer tesettürlü iseniz bu hostelde rahat etmeziniz. ayrıca beni ne zaman görse sürekli arkamdan "turkish turkish" diye bağırıyordu ve bu çok rahatsız edici bir durum. tesisin kafesinde otururken bacak bacak üstüne atmıştım ve hostelin sahibi çok kaba bir şekilde "o şekilde oturma masayı kıracaksın" gibi bir yorumda bulundu. sadece sandalyede oturuyorken masayı nasıl kırabilirim? ayrıca, havuz çok bakımsız, içi hep sinek ölüleri ve yapraklarla dolu, havuza girerim diye bir düşünceniz varsa gitmeyin

🔥 The German woman working for owner Ibrahim, is a disgrace. She's like a dictator, barking instructions. Employing someone rude and disrespectful is not good business practice. I walked out in disgust, and cancelled my stay which was to have been 1 month 🔥 المرأة الألمانية التي تعمل لدى المالك إبراهيم عارٌ على الجميع. إنها أشبه بدكتاتورة، تُصدر الأوامر بصوتٍ عالٍ. توظيف شخصٍ وقحٍ وغير محترم ليس من الممارسات التجارية السليمة. غادرتُ المكان مُستاءً، وألغيتُ إقامتي التي كان من المُقرر أن تستمر شهرًا. 🔥 Die deutsche Angestellte von Inhaber Ibrahim ist eine Schande. Sie benimmt sich wie eine Diktatorin und bellt Befehle. Jemanden so unhöflich und respektlos zu beschäftigen, ist keine gute Geschäftspraxis. Ich bin angewidert gegangen und habe meinen einmonatigen Aufenthalt storniert.

Bazen resepsiyonun olduğu alana içeri kedi giriyor ama koltukta uyuyor sadece. Kimseye zararı yok. Fakat kedi sevmeyenler için belki iy olmayabilir. Fakat dediğim gibi otel gayet iyi bir fiyat performansa sahip

Um pouco de barulho na madrugada, fora do quarto, dos colegas de quarto que voltavam da noitada. Mas tudo bem. O condicionador sendo dentro do quarto accesso faz muito barulho e não comeu dormir muito. Apaguei ele, e depois começaram a chegar os colegas de quarto...e dormi pouco. Na cama fui picado por insetos parasitas(creo que deveriam trocar os lençóis constantemente.. Tenho certeza que o meu lençol deve ter sido usado, e a cobertura com o seu lençol também

Rien. C est l'endroit idéale pour se reposer après les excursions. À 5 ' de taxi (100 livres égyptiennes = 1.50€) pour Old Market en fin d'après midi, début de soirée. Ambiance assurée.

Dont stay here even!!For thebdame price you can have a whole dtudio apartment in Sharm!!!Staff is really rude. They hate foreigners. Even the blonde german lady she is really rude and just wants to sell her bar items to you, which by the way you gonna away the double then outside the hostel. Wi fi will never work, it shows like it is but you won't get any connection. I was attacked by a worker, he slammed me in the face and then threaten to kill me several times ..there were witnesses who so that but manager didn't do anything instead they were laughing about me and the incident and putting fire on the dispute.. I had to leave one day before my checkout date as after being told "woman I am gonna kill you " I didn't feel safe staying there. So I decide to leave instead calling of the police which would have result in something serious on the employee especially as everything was caught on camera

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Kommunikation vorab sehr positiv. Wir kamen nachts mit dem Bus aus Kairo an und haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der Nähe zum Bus Bahnhof gebucht, hat super geklappt. Eigenes Apartment innerhalb eines Feriendorfs, es ist sogar eine kleine Küche zeile im Zimmer vorhanden.

It's a completely safe area, with beauty salons, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and excellent restaurants right on site. A large Carrefour, a local market with affordable groceries, and a GoBus bus station are just five minutes away. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. This is the most comfortable place to stay in Sharm el-Sheikh definitely.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Great location when you can find it!! Mustapha was a excellent host who gave additional information and help when you needed it. He kept the place spotless in his cleaning duties and general house-keeping. Great views from the terrace to watch sunsets.
The property is poorly described to reach, the address is not clear on the booking.com website. The owner need to make this clear to patrons and others alike who get confused and lost trying to find the property. Even the taxi drivers did not know how to access the complex which is like a maze. I paid extra taxes and charges from my booking price and was also charged for daily towel charges I did not need! The property shows a swimming pool that you cant use wtf!! That was one of the main reason for booking this property. The male dorm can be rather noisy, being near to the highway and traffic noise constantly. The male toilet/shower room is a bit small for the number of people using the the facility. the female toilets were much better in comparison.

Besides that, the place shares an area with other hostels so it is very confusing. The room was fine but there's no remote control for the AC and it was hot even though the window was open.

It's an incredibly beautiful place, the entire grounds are covered in flowers, and the hostel has direct access to the pool. The balcony in the female dormitory room offers a wonderful view, and you can relax in a chair and with a tea. Down by the pool is a cozy cafe with very reasonable prices. Delicious coffee, salads, and sandwiches. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent staff, always available and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended 🤍
