Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Situato in zona tranquilla e in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Stanza ampia e ben illuminata, comoda per brevi soggiorni. A disposizione frigo con acqua, macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore con bustine di tè e qualche biscotto, microonde e phon.
In camera solo lavabo e wc, la doccia (molto grande e comoda) si trova all'esterno della stanza e occorre percorrere delle scale comuni per raggiungerlo.

Wegen Erdgeschoßlage direkt zum Gehsteig können die Fenster nicht offen bleiben. Das kann bei Sommerhitze ein Problem sein, nicht während meines Aufenthalts bei teilweise Regenwetter

Not much central. Just middle of station and tbe center. İts a residential area. Bathroom smells but its not for the cleaning issues. The problem is the construction between the WC and the bathroom.

Tout était parfait ! ❤️ La chambre était très propre, confortable et agréable, avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un bon moment. Le personnel était également très accueillant, souriant, professionnel et disponible. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise et très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le confort, le calme et l’attention portée aux petits détails. C’est exactement le genre d’endroit où l’on peut se détendre et profiter pleinement de son séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🥰✨

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Posizione top per raggiungere il centro città a piedi. Stanza giusta per due persone se si alloggia per pochi giorni. A disposizione ci sono un frigo con acqua già presente all’arrivo, macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore con diverse bustine di tè e qualche monoporzione di biscotti. Non è integrata l’aria condizionata perciò è a disposizione un deumitificatore (dentro all’armadio) in caso di bisogno. Stanza molto illuminata da una grande finestra con vista degli altri palazzi nel retro.
Proprio perché c’è solo una finestra, la stanza prende subito umidità creando un forte odore di chiuso. Aprendo la finestra dopo poco passa tutto, ma come prima impatto quando si entra nella stanza non è piacevole.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Décoration et aménagement de très bon goût. Un appart-hôtel dans une maison de ville résidentielle. Explications limpides pour l'arrivée : les codes, la boîte à clé, etc.
Pas de place de parking. Odeur très forte et très désagréable dans le logement (égoûts ? animal mort ?) qui obligeait à aérer en permanence. Aménagement non adapté à une personne de 1m60, avec notamment un four à micro-ondes en hauteur. Le marche-pied fourni ne dispose pas de pieds/patins antidérapants et le sol est lisse, donc les accidents sont difficilement évités : attention aux aliments très chauds que vous tentez de sortir du micro-ondes !

Il n'est pas précisé que le stationnement dans la rue est réservé aux résidents. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits et en sommes déjà à 2 amendes de 80€ malgré le fait qu'on ait payé le stationnement à la borne. Resultat : déjà 160€ d'amende (et on sattend à 80 de plus) pour 177€ de location, ça fait très mal

Reviewed May 3, 2026On ne peut pas s'attendre au même confort d'une maison de ville de prestige que d'un hôtel avec personnel. Cependant, nous étions sept amis dans quatre chambres et nous étions satisfaits de notre hébergement. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues et dotées de tout le nécessaire. Le système d'extinction automatique nous a rassurés et la présence d'un ascenseur était un vrai plus. L'arrêt de tramway à 100 mètres permet de se déplacer facilement dans toute la ville.
Malheureusement, rien ne m'a déçue. J'avais repéré les lieux au préalable et rencontré Joëlle, ce qui fut immédiatement rassurant. Il ne faut surtout pas transformer une maison de ville en un lieu impersonnel ; cela lui enlève tout son charme et son âme. Les chambres étaient propres et accueillantes.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Locatie is top, een herenhuis in een rustige straat met (in ieder geval een goede, La Terrasse) een paar restaurants op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur voor 6 euro per dag, contant betalen of via een parkeerapp. Wij hadden kamer 4, toilet en wastafel op de kamer, enorme badkamer met toilet, inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel tegenover de kamer.

Het bed was een 2 persoons matras, geplaatst op pallets 2 hoog. Dit was dus erg hard. Tevens werd niet elke dag de handdoeken en washandjes gehaald en nieuwe weer gebracht.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025The location was perfect for me as it was 3 mins away from the place of my business meetings. In general the location is pretty central and within walking distance to the city center. The room was in an old town building with high ceilings and beautiful features from the mid-1800s. I booked the cheapest room in the building and my shower room was in the corridor, but it was my personal shower room. There was also an ensuite toilet in the room. I think all the other rooms in the building have full ensuite bathrooms. The room was clean and warm. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
Free WiFi was rather slow, it was difficult to use, so I used my roaming instead. This is the only problem I've had with this property.
