Tout était parfait. L'appartement est magnifique , propre, bien fourni, il y'a absolument tout ce qu'il faut. J'avais oublié le petit nécessaire que je prend habituellement en voyage, et au final, rien ne m'a manqué. La machine à café parfaite, les produits pour nettoyer était à disposition. Pierre le propriétaire était disponible pour mes appels et réactif. Le jardin très agréable pour prendre le café le matin, ou pour se reposer en fin de journée après les visites. Mes deux enfants (9 et 13 ans)ont dormi dans le canapé sans aucune difficulté. L'emplacement est idéal. À côté de la gare, pas trop loin du centre, avec le bus et le tram pas trop loin. Aldi à proximité pour les courses... Le parking bien pratique pour ne pas se servir de sa voiture en toute quietude pendant le séjour. Merci, pour ce beau séjour,

L'espace dans l'appartement, idéal pour une famille ou des amis. Le jardin est un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons pu prendre notre déjeuner et les enfants jouer en toute sécurité.

Le manque de store au salon. Nous sommes réveillés par la lumière du jour.

Garage war ziemlich dunkel somit unheimlich und sehr flach. Schiebetür zur Terrasse sehr schwer,und evtl.Rollo oder Markise davor machen....war sehr warm durch das Glas

L’appartement est magnifique avec sa grande baie vitrée et son petit jardin. L’emplacement est idéal pour le festival des Ardentes ( gare à 5 mn à pieds).

Le matelas du lit est peu ferme pour nous. Dormir dans le canapé lit est un peu difficile le matin (sans rideau ni store).

部屋の間取り、整った設備、清潔感、クラッシックな天井、芝生に面したテラス等々大変良かったと思います。また、駅及び街の中心地も徒歩圏内。静かな環境でゆっくりできました。駅からの道すがらに魚屋さんがあり、そこで買った品々が美味しかった。特にスモークサーモン、スライスしてくれた生のホタテの刺身は日本人にとってありがたかった。

洗濯機・乾燥機は地下の部屋にあるようでしたが、ちょっと地下への階段を見て降りてゆく気がせず使いませんでした。長旅には洗濯機は必需品。使いやすい環境に設置されていると助かります。この件が無ければ10点満点でした。

L’appartement est très charmant avec un petit jardin. Le logement est proche de la gare de Guillemins.

Rien à signaler

Ubicación perfecta, muy cercana al centro. El espacio es muy amplio, tanto cocina como comedor, salón y dormitorio. La limpieza muy bien y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. La terraza con jardín también es perfecta y no tuvimos problemas de ruido con vecinos ni coches en el exterior.

La accesibilidad de las puertas y las escaleras eran un poco incómodas

L'emplacement proche de la ville, l'extérieur est un vrai plus, tres lumineux, appreciable, beau logement avec haut plafond, place de parking.

Nous etions 4, une chaise haute supplémentaire pourrait etre ajoutée a l'îlot de la cuisine, espace tres agreable. Un rideau occultant pourrait etre ajouté pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé lit. Il pourrait y avoir davantage de vaisselle. Un peu juste.

L’espace, l’agencement, la terrasse/jardin,…

Tout! Le cachet de l’appartement, les moulures au plafond, la douche à l’italienne, la chambre donnant sur le jardin et le calme qui y règne. Cuisine super équipée donnant sur le jardin. Salon ultra cosy.

De locatie was uitstekend; vanuit de woning alles op wandelafstand te bereiken. Het interieur, de afwerking, de keuken het comfort was erg goed. De stad Luik vonden wij een (helaas) onbekend en onbemind pareltje; zeer de moeite waard!

De schuifdeur naar het terras ging heel erg zwaar open en dicht, wellicht te verhelpen met een beetje olie.

Die schönen Räume und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die tolle Terrasse.

Die Schiebetür zur Terrasse ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen. Das Schlafsofa funktioniert leider nicht mehr so gut. Ansonsten hätte es 10 Punkte gegeben.

Gute Lage mit Tram ins Zentrum, private Tiefgarage in der Nähe. Gut zum anfahren. Grosses Wohnzimmer

L'appartement est très beau, spacieux, bien placé et bien agencé

Ill y a eu une grosse fête au dernier étage, ce qui a été très dérangeant. Le pire, c’est que le canapé-lit était cassé : heureusement que nous n'étions que trois, car la quatrième personne aurait dû dormir par terre. De plus, toutes les canalisations étaient bouchées, ce qui rendait la cuisine et la salle de bain inaccessibles. Le propriétaire s’est montré navré, mais n’a proposé aucune solution. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas apprécié notre séjour. J’ai signalé le problème à Booking. ( Il ne faut pas prévoir un gros véhicule car c'est 3 places dans le sous terrains mais en réalité seulement 2 peuvent rentrer )

Large living room with a yard, quiet.

The response speed and the attitude of the owner. Gave me some excuses not to offer invoice even when I was clearly mentioned it BEFORE I checked in. I left my info on Booking before checking, and they didn’t reply. After I left I asked for invoice and they told me that I don’t need it. I insisted and then asked me to provide all the info again when I clearly left them on the website. And then they told me it takes 15 woking days to get it, which is ridiculous for business reimbursement, they were trying to make difficult on me. And when we arrived, I found it difficult to find the right door(they didn’t mention even which floor the apartment is), texted the owner and 0 response. Sofa bed was terrible.

I liked the interior, high ceilings, panoramic doors to the garden. The recreation area is excellent, not noisy.

The shower was broken and the mirror in the bathroom was broken in the bottom corner.

Best place possible, in every way, with owner next door, providing help for all questions (about Luik, etc). He even brought extra candles as the weather was very dark. The apartment is like a house, with garden! Will be back in springtime.

That we had to go, only had time for two nights.

Great location very close to the train station. Very quiet area lots of restaurants near by and supermarkets. Secure. Parking was a plus. Light open apartment. Host is friendly and will help with information.

Access to the shower is not so good if you are of a larger size or restricted mobility.

Pierre, the host is super helpful and the amenities provided were very generous and helpful. The natural light was amazing. Pierre was super accommodating and communicated well. The location was excellent. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Very convenient position, very well equipped flat in terms of cooking hardware and house appliance. Private parking is a plus if you come by car, it is included but must be reserved in advance.

It’s such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and especially Pierre is very nice and thoughtful! My mom love the place and would even wanna stay longer, so it’s definitely well recommended!

The host was really nice and let us earlier in the apartment. He is very good available by phone and speaks English or French.

The apartment was perfect, everything clean and comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful all the time. The area is close to beautiful and important places in Liège, including the train station, which is very convenient. Perfect place for a family with children or for a couple.
