雪湖轻奢民宿 Snowlake Inn

The inn is very close to the centre of Shangri-La and quite easy to approach by car from the train station. A lot of food choices and shops nearby. The room is clean & host is really nice and helpful.

The room is quite close to street. So, a bit noisy in the afternoon and night.

La habitación estaba genial , con vistas al templo de Buda , súper céntrico y la señora del hotel súper amable . Nos dio una habitación superior a la que teníamos por el mismo precio . El hotel calidad precio está increíble, lo único para ser franca la cama no era cómoda pero por el precio que estás pagando y todo lo demás compensa .

Really enjoyed the location, quiet yet close to the movie set (old town). The owner made us feel very welcome and took great care of us.

Es gab eine Heizdecke, jedoch war das Zimmer nicht so besonders, natürlich muss man daran denken, dass man in Tibet ist und nicht mehr woanders, deswegen fällt eine Bewertung schwer

Petit hotel simple, très bien situé, propre, dans le centre historique de la ville. Lit confotable ; chambre chauffée avec un radiateur, et douche très chaude, un plus dans cette région. La propriétaire parle anglais !

喜歡民宿小姐姐, 態度親和, 像是認識許久的朋友, 遇到任何事情都能跟小姐姐請教意見, 小姐姐也非常熱心的幫助我們! 能在香格里拉遇到這位小姐姐真的是旅行中最值得回味的事! 民宿位置相當好, 接近主街但是不吵, 附近有很多好玩的店, 食物選擇也很多!

設備上是有缺陷的, 但是民宿小姐姐都能幫忙解決

The host was friendly giving us suggestions on what to do She also allowed us for late check out due to our train timing The room was good and clean. It has a heater to keep us warm during the cold weather.

Very well located in the ancient city. The owner is also very helpful with recommendations for day trips even at short notice. Also speaks English.

More of a personal problem but I found the beds to be a bit hard

- The location is easy to find - just a short 20-meter walk from the Didi drop-off point and it's conveniently close to the ancient town, with halal food easily accessible nearby. - The hosts were helpful and assisted us in ordering food. - The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a relaxing and charming ambience in the compound area. - We received a complimentary room upgrade as we extended our stay until 5:30 PM before our next train. A small additional fee was charged for the extended hours.

The guesthouse is perfectly located in the center of Shangri-La while still being peaceful and quiet :) It’s clean, cozy, and a great place to relax—I had a wonderful stay there! But for me, the best part was July, the owner. She speaks English, is incredibly friendly, and helped me plan my trips around Shangri-La and its surroundings. Don’t hesitate to grab a beer with her by the fireplace—it’s the perfect way to end the day!

Room needed a vaccum and the disposable towel situation was pretty tough.

The place is charming, the rooms are spacious, bright, well-kept, and equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was fantastic—always kind and willing to assist with any request, from booking taxis to providing local tips. They were also quick to resolve any issues. A truly positive experience; we highly recommend it!

July is an exceptional host! She basically helped us plan the full itinerary around Shangri-La and recommended the best restaurants in few minutes upon our arrival! She helped booking our tickets to Potatso and other places and shared precise location for bus stops and everything. Besides all this, her place is amazing, you feel like home. The rooms are huge and the garden is super bright and welcoming. Room amenities are also great. Her espresso machine was a luxury and the washing machine was a plus! I definitely recommend her place. July thanks you for making our trip so special!

A cute little boutique tucked away in a quiet part of the old town. The room was clean and spacious. If it gets too cold, you can borrow jackets & hats from the owner and the beds are heated! There’s also a cute little dog that lives here!

There’s construction around the area. You can hear the noise during working hours but honestly, if you’re out and about during the day, you won’t even hear it when you’re back!
