Tuvimos una experiencia excepcional desde el primer momento hasta el final en Patagonia Swiss House. Este lugar realmente merece todos los elogios posibles. -Atención personalizada por parte del mismo dueño: nos recibió con una calidez humana que se siente como estar en casa. Nos brindó información útil y ayuda personalizada para planificar excursiones y tours, y siempre estuvo atento a cada detalle de nuestra estadía, algo que realmente marcó la diferencia, esta atención tan especial que hace que uno se sienta bienvenido de verdad. -Desayunos increíbles: El desayuno fue uno de los aspectos más disfrutados, muy completo, delicioso y preparado con mucho esmero, con opciones frescas y hasta huevos hechos a pedido. Lo sabroso y variedad lo vuelve uno de sus puntos mas fuertes. -Instalaciones confortables y acogedoras: Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, con áreas comunes agradables para descansar. -Ubicación ideal: Está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Puerto Natales, lo que lo hace perfecto para explorar la ciudad y sus alrededores. -Gestión humana y apoyo real en momentos difíciles: Queremos resaltar algo que para nosotros fue especialmente valioso: durante nuestra estadía al término de nuestro viaje, mi madre sufrió una fractura. El dueño no solo se preocupó genuinamente por nuestra situación, sino que nos apoyó, asistió y estuvo presente hasta justo antes de nuestro retiro para el viaje posterior. Esa empatía, humanidad y disposición es algo que nunca olvidaremos. En definitiva, Patagonia Swiss House no es solo una excelente opción por su confort y servicios, sino por la calidez humana, la atención cuidadosa y la genuina preocupación por sus huéspedes. Lo recomendamos de todo corazón y esperamos volver algún día.

Grosses Zimmer für 3 Personen, gutes Frühstück, funktionierende Heizung, warmes Wasser, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, tolle Lage 100 m von der Plaza de Armas (Zentrum), sehr empfehlenswert.

Im Bad fehlt es an Ablagemöglichkeit, teilweise kurzer Ausfall des Internets

Bed is a little bit too soft

Came here to say after the w trek for just one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower hot and good pressure. Shampoo, conditioner and soap as well. The host was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was the best after a long time with only white bread. Now we got homemade bread with eggs of our choice and a nice filtered coffee. Quite area, had a good night sleep.

Could be a bit more isolated between the floors and rooms, but did not bother us as there are only 4 rooms in totalt and everyone was quite

Very homely, well decorated, the owner was very pleasant cooperative And helpful in more than one respect. Home baked bread and breakfast was out of this world.

Great location. Werner was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Spacious room and quiet location.

Breakfast was good, host was very helpful in helping us throughout our stay. He was available at all times. He assisted in booking a tour for us. The location was very central to everything.

The only thing I would say was the room was a bit dusty.

Werner the host was amazingly helpful during our stay and helped us book tours in Torres del Paine which made our stay that much easier. The breakfast was lovely too really fresh and made in time for our tours which was very accommodating. thank you so much!

The host, Werner, was great. Very helpful with information about the area. Maps posted so you could understand the area. Made a great breakfast every morning.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hostel. Sunny and plant filled. Very smooth check in process. Room was perfect with 3 comfy beds. Werner was an attentive host. Prepared a hearty and delicious breakfast and provided info on laundry services etc. would recommend for short stays!

This little hotel/hostal is impeccable. The rooms are well furnished, warm and inviting. The hot shower is terrific! Common areas are sunny and comfortable. This place is QUIET. The breakfast (eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese, meat) is served in a bright breakfast room. There’s a kitchen for use by guests also. All good!

WIFI reception was spotty in our room but as soon as we popped out of the room we connected so no worries.

Amazing host, comfortable rooms, great service and good breakfast. Werner have us plenty of excellent information, helped us out with rentals and made our trip to Torres Del Paine much more efficient.

this is a simple guest house but clean, comfortable and right in the center of town. the breakfast was lovely — eggs to your specification and lovely fresh fruit salad. All great for a modest price.

Near to waterfront. Not so far from all the restaurants and shopping. Room is cozy and clean. Hotel staff is Very friendly and helpful. He prepared scrambled egg for our breakfast also.

it is really value for money. cozy stay and super nice owner. even if it was not border sea, I liked the breakfast had a glimpse on the sea and mountains.
