Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ganz im englischen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Mit zwei Koffern mussten wir etwas umbauen.

Chambre cosy avec tout le nécessaire et très propre, possibilité de se garer devant le guest house et proche du centre à pied. Instructions à l’arrivée très claires et l’hôte est très agréable.

Pour une nuit ce n’est pas problématique mais le lit est un peu proche du coin lavabo.

Friendly owner

Owner was absolutely lovely, she even moved my room to accommodate me sleeping during the day for work! Comfy bed and good communication about my late arrival!

Small room, tiny bathroom

Grande chambre très confortable avec salle de bain propre. Hôte sympathique à l'accueil mais nous ne l'avons pas revue par la suite.

Il est indiqué "service de bagagerie" sur le site, cependant nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier. Nous avons appelé et attendu l'hôte 30 min dans le hall le matin sans réponse. J'avais choisi cet établissement pour sa localisation entre le centre-ville et Scone Palace mais nous avons du nous rendre finalement au Premier Inn du centre pour déposer nos bagages, car celui-ci propose bien ce service.

What a warm welcome. Very nice to met by the lovely lady who owns the Dunallan upon arrival. She was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean , tidy and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay. Great location for exploring Perth or woodland walks on Kinnoull Hill.

A little bit outdated but well looked after.

The warm welcoming home from home experience is exactly what you will be receiving from the wonderful lady of the house Frances. 15 minutes walk across the bridge into a Beautiful well kept city of Perth. My stay was warm, comfortable & peacfull. I would highly recommend The Dunallan Guest House & suggest booking in advance to not miss out on the wonderful & Exquisite experience i did.

Paul è un host perfetto, ci ha accolti e consigliato cosa vedere in città ma soprattutto dove uscire per cena. Camera molto pulita, con una piccola colazione (caffè solubile, latte, tè, biscottini e porridge). Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi in circa dieci minuti.

Nothing I didn’t like. Furnishings are a little outdated but they were very clean and comfortable and you get what you pay for.

Host Paul gave us lots of information about the area . The location was ideal with only a short walk into town. Accommodation was great with lovely comfortable bed.

Warm welcome when I arrived. Room was comfortable and had most things I needed. Good shower room. It's a short walk from the centre if Perth and I was given a good dinner recommendation. I have stayed here before and it is my go-to place in Perth.

The room was quite small but I had booked a small double so that was to be expected.

15 minute walk into town, parking at front of property, clean & tidy accommodation. No breakfast option but plenty of food outlets in area.

Nothing, fine for a short break. Room was advertised as a “small single” & with a double bed it did restrict walking room but no real issue.

Unser Gastgeber Sandy war extrem hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei einem Problem mit einer Fähre geholfen - dafür hing er sage und schreibe 20 min in der telefonischen Warteschleife😜. Er war sooo nett und hat uns auch unser schlechtes Englisch verziehen.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit schottischem Charme, aussergewöhnlich leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Beeren, sehr süßer und freundlicher Hund im Haus.

A super warm welcome from Paul at the door, easy parking, very close to the city centre, a very clean room with all you could need. Bright and fresh.

The only bonus would be if there was breakfast but I still appreciated the wee instant porridge pot by the kettle, it was a nice touch.

It was excellent, no faults found.

Everything was perfect, especially the host, who was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find local amenities and shops. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the handwashing sink, and the insulation was not very good. Since the property is located near the main road, you could hear cars passing by at night. This could be improved with better window insulation. Overall, it was still great value for money.

There was no breakfast, apart from a pot of porridge.

Robert was an excellent host - gave three excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Guest house was very comfortable and clean, very well presented and in a great location,, highly recommend it.

Room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Friendly & helpful host , gave great info about walking into Perth and places to eat. This was perfect for my needs. I also got a great night’s sleep. My room on first floor was very peaceful. Heating and all facilities absolutely perfect.

The owner's wife makes beautiful crochet which is for sale in a display case in the hallway. My wife wanted a particularly beautiful piece, but the last one had been sold the previous day. She made up another one a few days later and mailed it to us free of charge. It's that little personal touch of kindness that can make a visit not just ordinary but really special. Thank you!

It Was Clean And Well Organised And It Was Quiet Too Wholst Tge Bed Was Quite Good With The Fact That My Room Was In Accor

Günstige Unterkunft, von der man zu Fuss ca. 10min in die Innenstadt hat. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, welcher auch Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt. Gratis Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Betten waren für uns auch sehr bequem.

Das Waschbecken befindet sich neben dem Bad und ist zu wenig beleuchtet. Zu zweit mit Koffern hat es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.
