Rob and Glenda were very welcoming and the room was comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed the breakfast choices and everything was very good quality and the bread and jams were homemade and delicious!

Das Haus ist halt nicht modern und daher typisch mieser Wasserdruck und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist etwas dürftig

Really good breakfast that felt like it was made with care and attention. The homemade blueberry compote/jam was lovely, too. The room itself had a drink cooler, which I didn't use but felt was a nice touch, and the bed was extra comfy.

The only minor gripe I have is with the shower. I am not familiar with that heat exchanger unit. I stopped the water midway through my shower to save water and then turned it back on when I was ready for it. It came out scalding before the temperature stabilized and burned my skin. This may be my error simply because I'm not familiar with that style of shower, but that was unexpected and unfortunate. Aside from that small thing, I thought the room was fine albeit a touch small. It was a perfectly fine place to lay my head for the night and have a nice, delicious, home cooked meal before setting off.

Eigenlijk alles wel, een comfortabele single kamer, schoon , ruim en alles aanwezig. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk. Een heerlijk ontbijt ook , keuze uit een menu en je kan ook nog uit een buffet kiezen.

I could hear other guests coming and going but that's to be expected if your on the ground floor so not complaining

Within walking distance of Perth city centre. Quiet location. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean. Good value.

Unfortunately I struggled to use the shower in the morning. I had to get up early and needed a shower, but the tray filled up immediately with water and it was almost overflowing, so I couldn't wash my hair. The water wouldn't heat up either..gave up in the end.I told the proprietor it seemed blocked. He had no idea🤔🙄.. Never had time for cooked breakfast as had to leave sharp. However, I did have a quick cereal bite and orange juice with a very quick pot of tea....couple of slugs. So I missed out there...shame.

Excellent location for Scone Palace Horse Trials and very close to Perth town to walk for dinner. Excellent hospitality, very friendly, lovely room and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this fabulous guest house.

Fairly good location, with quite a large bedroom for one person. Parking available right outside. However the shower and toilet were in a very small sort of maybe been a cupboard.

Rob and Glenda are exceptional hosts—kind, friendly, and their breakfasts were wonderful. There is even homemade jam. The location is a modest 8-10 minute walk from the main downtown which was great because the hotel was extremely quiet at night. Because we enjoy walking, we also walked to Scone Palace which took only about 30 minutes, but you could also drive or take a cab.

Das Guesthouse hat eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Preis/Leistung passt auf jeden Fall.

Vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Kamers waren van prima formaat. We waren met zn 4'en (gezin met 2 kinderen), en kregen twee kamer tegenover elkaar. Dat was wel erg prettig.

De douches waren wat aan de kleine kant.

L'emplacement car nous avons pu aller dans le centre de Perth facilement à pieds. La chambre était confortable et nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner servi par Rob le matin était délicieux en particulier pour mon fils qui s'est régalé d'oeufs brouillés sur une tranche de pain avec de l'avocat ! Rob a également été très sympa et a monté ma valise qui était très lourde à notre arrivée.

Nice B&B, very clean and with an excellent breakfast. The room was a bit small but it had everything needed in it.

The bathroom floor was very creaky and the location on a busy road although only 15 minute walking distance from the centre.

最近、どこでもＢ＆Ｂが少なくなったと感じでいましたが、久々のＢ＆ＢらしいＢ＆Ｂでした。朝食がとてもおいしく、サービスも完璧でした。

道路に面した窓があり、色々と工夫はされていましたが、通行する自動車の騒音がうるさいです。気になる方は、不快かもしれません。窓の遮光が完全ではなく、夏の早い日出で、早朝から部屋が明るくなります。こちらも気になる方がおられると思います。

The property was a great combination of the salt of the earth bandb I was expecting with a modern bed and modern bathroom. Everything was very clean and the room was great value for money. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Absolutely outstanding value for money, fabulous downstairs large single room and the breakfast options were great. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Perth with work.

Really cute place with some excellent breakfast! The personal were also helpful and nice.

The amount of warm water was way too little and didn't cover one full shower. The wifi was also basically non-existent, which was quite the disappointment. I also felt like you had to ask for some basic information, rather then having a nice intro when arriving.

Great location, welcoming hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and all round good value for money.

I requested an early breakfast which was provided and was excellent, cooked to oder. Bed extremely comfortable and the private bathroom was clean and tidy with plenty of hot water.

Advertised asroom with private bathroom, which it was, however the bathroom was a liitle bit away from the bedroom past other bedrooms, thus you required a bathrobe and footwear or being dressed to use the bathroom.
