The location can’t be beat. You are nestled within the famous blue domes. Our place was impeccably clean, spacious and the air conditioning worked well.

The only downside is that the pathway leading to the room is often packed with tourists trying to photograph the blue domes. Fortunately, the rooms are still far away from the crowds so our room was very quiet and secluded.

This hotel was, without exaggeration, the highlight of our entire stay in Santorini. Its location is truly exceptional. Being right next to the famous blue domes gave us an experience that would have been almost impossible to get otherwise. We were able to enjoy the views, take beautiful photos and spend time around one of the most iconic sights of Santorini without standing under the scorching sun in huge queues. Honestly, some of our favorite photos from the whole trip were possible only because of this hotel and its incredible location. From the very beginning, the service made a wonderful impression. Mario met us near the taxi drop-off point, helped us with our luggage and walked us to the hotel. Since we arrived before check-in time, we were able to leave our bags there while the room was being prepared. Mario was incredibly friendly, cheerful and welcoming. Every time we saw him during our stay, he would ask how we were doing, what our plans were for the day and genuinely take the time to have a nice conversation with us. These little interactions created a very warm and personal atmosphere. Our room was actually ready around 2.5 hours before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Greg welcomed us there, helped us settle in and explained everything we needed to know. He was also very kind and professional and left a great impression. There were lots of thoughtful touches waiting for us in the room: several bottles of water, Greek yogurt, a bottle of juice, small portions of milk for coffee or tea, and even a bottle of homemade wine as a welcome gift. The room had air conditioning and everything we could possibly need, including shower amenities, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton pads and cotton swabs. The room itself was very clean, bright and cozy, and having our own small private pool made the stay feel even more special. The hospitality continued until the very end.

I was traveling through Croatia and the Greece, Oia was. destination of a dream for me, I want solo for a few days before meeting friends in other location. I was a little nervous traveling solo but Greg and Mary initially reached out when I booked it, they then communicated cited through What's App, they were very communicative and informative throughout the whole process. Any questions I had and they set up the transport, the airline lost my luggage and they were very efficient with he transport and communicating. When I go there they Had Marios meet me at the bootle of the hill and carry my bags up the steps, there are lots of people, hot and lots of steps so I appreciated that a lot and the bags are so heave and he carried over his shoulders. Marios was very informative and give me all the information needed for the night, the next morning there is a restaurant they send you to for breakfast as part of the package and that was so lovely, looking over the cliffs and water. Marios was so helpful, kind, informative and I felt I could reach out to both Greg and Mary and Marios if I needed anything, The location was out of this world, I went for 2 days by myself and went and did a few sight seeing things but also did a lot of meditation sitting in the hot tub looking into the water over the cliffs. Totally stunning location, I will definitely be going back.

Everything was magnificant. Private view on caldera and sea from our hot tub is such experiance and worth every penny. Mario and Greg are very friendly and they have great service they help us with everything we need. All recomondations.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience! Not only can you take photos with the blue-domed church from a private area, but the public pool with views of the church is also beautifully designed. The jacuzzi in our room offered a view of one of the churches and a panoramic view of the entire ocean! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and we loved the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. Not to mention, the free breakfast is hosted at a high-end restaurant nearby!

Ηταν πολυ ακριβο για την σουιτα που μου δωσανε.Επληρωσα 2405 ευρω για 3 βραδυα και μου εδωδαν την σουιτα #6 που ηταν οχι παραπανω απο 30 τμ, χωρις μπαλκονι, μια μικρη βεραντα ειχε οπου ηταν αποθηκευμενα τα απορρυπαντικα καθαρισμου τωμ δωματιων, σκουπες, φαρασια, και τα ηλεκτρικα ρολογια του ξενοδοχειου.Η σουιτα δεν ειχε παραθυρο κανενα.Η σουιτα αυτη ειναι εκτος ξενοδοχειου.

Amazing location. Stunning views of the iconic three blue domes. Fabulous balcony with spa, sun lounges and tables. Beautiful comfortable compact room with all the essentials and more. Great communication from Greg on WhatsApp, with lots of recommendations and help with transfers. Mario was super friendly and took some lovely photos of us on our 25th anniversary.

It is beautiful and the location is perfection. We were here for a mother daughter trip and it was perfect. And we got tons of amazing photos for the three domes of Oia!!

The plunge pools are a not warm enough for us in May

The location was truly unmatched. You're right at the iconic 3 blue domes - take as many pictures you want at a leisure pace without the long crazy wait amongst impatient tourists. The view was spectacular and the room is very clean, cosy and chic. Communication was easy with the staff through WhatsApp despite no front desk - they are very responsive. Breakfast at their partner restaurant was so delicious with a great view.

It was a little paradise; the view was spectacular. The hospitality of the staff, with a special thanks to Mario, made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. My only small wish is that we could have the option to have breakfast delivered to our room so we could enjoy the amazing views while we eat.

My dear friends, I have found it. I have climbed the mountain, leaving the sweaty tourists in Oia to fight over their selfies, and I have ascended to the heavens. Santorini Sky. It is not just a resort; it is a celestial balcony where the gods probably come to recover from a heavy night of nectar and ambrosia. The View (The "Ooh-la-la" Factor) You stand there, at the highest tip of this volcanic rock, and you look down. The Aegean Sea is a blue so deep, so intense, it makes a bottle of vintage Syrah look pale! You see the whole island spread out like a Greek meze platter. From your private infinity pool, you feel like a king, no, an emperor! overlooking his empire while the sun dips into the water like a burning peach. Formidable! The Rooms (The Royal Sheds) They call them villas, but they are more like luxury cocoons. Everything is clean, white, and sharp very "design," very chic. But the best part? The silence. Up here, the only thing you hear is the wind whispering sweet nothings in your ear and the occasional "pop" of a cork. The beds are so soft you’ll want to hibernate until the next harvest. The Slurp Factor (Food & Drink) Now, let’s talk about the important stuff. The Sky Lounge. It’s a pantry filled with treasures! Local snacks, fresh juices, and heaven help me the carrot cake. I took a bite, and I tell you, I heard angels singing the Greek national anthem. And the wine? Santorini’s Assyrtiko is like a lightning bolt of minerals hitting your tongue. Crisp, salty, and dangerously drinkable. Sitting in that heated jacuzzi with a glass of local white while the stars come out... that, my friends, is what I call le slap in the face of quality! The Verdict: Is it cheap? Non. But is it life-changing? Oui! If you want to escape the madness, breathe the thin, sweet air of the peaks, and feel your soul expand like a well-fed belly after a three course lunch, you must go. It is topnotch. It is pure magic. It is... SLURP!

Location is fantastic, just as the pictures showed. Loved the breakfast. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. we were able to witness the Sahara sandstorm on our first day. the sky was awesome.

i had such a wonderful stay here! everything was honestly perfect from start to finish. Mario and his staff were incredibly kind and welcoming the whole time. since i had an early flight, they thoughtfully prepared the room in advance so i could check in early, which i really appreciated. he also helped me with my luggage and made everything feel so easy and comfortable. the view from the room was absolutely beautiful as well. overall it was a perfect stay, and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. highly recommend, and i would definitely love to come back again! :-)

Foi maravilhoso. O hotel fica numa das melhores localizações de Oia; perto da cúpula azul, no meio do centro comecial e perto da estação de ônibus. A vista é perfeita! A equipe do hotel foi atenciosa do começo ao fim. Chegamos super cedo e tivemos que esperar um pouquinho para o checkin, mas fizeram a gentileza de nos ofereceram o café da manhã antes do checkin. Sobre isso, o café é servido num dos restaurantes da rua e é simplesmente sensacional. Muito bom mesmo! O quarto é ótimo, aconchegante e espaçoso. A cama é muito boa e é tudo muito limpo e higienizado.

O banheiro não tem ventilação então pode ser um pouco quente.

The property is beautifully located literally above/in front of the blue domes in Oia. The suite is very clean and cozy and the staff is very nice, polite and professional. In our opinion, it’s THE most amazing place you could stay in Santorini. We miss it already :-)

I absolutely loved our stay! The view was beautiful, but what really stood out was the amazing hospitality. The staff was so kind and helpful, they even arranged a driver to take us wherever we needed to go, both there and back. Communication was easy and convenient through WhatsApp, with quick responses every time. Even though there’s no front desk, everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend! 10/10. Thank you !

Everything. Has the best location, and the room was nice and clean. Greg and his team were very nice, helpful, and easy to communicate. They arranged pick up and drop off from/to the port and the airport, store our luggage etc. The breakfast is in another location with short walk distance with beautiful view and so much food. We loved every moment.

Wonderful location very close to 3 blue dome ! Had an amazing stay at the place . It was one of my favorite stay with so many memories. The sunset view from common terrace was amazing. I would rate 100/10 for the location . Great for pictures. Great guidance , immediate communication, helping with luggage. Would highly recommend this place !

Honestly the most beautiful property in all of Santorini! It really does has the best view and to top it off - Greg, and his team were just SO incredibly nice!! This is absolute value for money, and our entire trip to Santorini was better because we stayed in this property! The staff went above and beyond for us, the rooms and amenities were crazy good, everything was incredibly clean, just 11/10 experience for us honestly.

The location is the best in the area in my opinion. Everything just perfect …breakfast was excellent we used the same restaurant for most of our stay as all the food was amazing

Ako tražite smještaj u pećini, koji pri tom nije blago klaustrofobičan, predivan pogled na kupolu plave crkve i najbolji odnos cijene i dobijene usluge u lux varijanti, onda je to ovaj hotel. Hotel ima i super zajednički bazen, to je ovaj sa slika. Pošto hotel ima samo 6 smještajnih jedinica, to vam je sasvim dovoljno za super doživljaj. Domaćini su se potrudili da je frižider pun raznih đakonija i maksimalno su se potrudili oko check-in i check-outa!
