Struttura in pieno centro e in posizione molto comoda. Camera molto spaziosa, con bagno confortevole e pulito. Anche le aree comuni — cucina e salotto — erano davvero carine e ben organizzate.

The host was very accommodating as I arrived a little late. It was no trouble to change the arrival time .

Delightful townhouse in the centre of Fermoy. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The shared kitchen and sitting room were an added bonus. I will be back. Highly recommended.

The steep stairs from the street to the rooms wouldn't suit anybody with mobility issues.

It was light and airy, plenty of room. The kitchen area was great, and not a problem to pop down in the morning to grab a coffee.

Great location in Fermoy, Ray was nice to deal with over the phone and for check in.

Parking at the front is public and is hit or miss on available spots, a mild inconvenience only as there is plenty of spaces a short walk away

Very Clean Comfortable Accommodation. Location is in the centre of Fermoy town. There is a large seperate Kitchen and Sitting room that guests can use. My room was at the back and was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

There are stairs to get to your room. This was not an issue for me, but if you have mobility issues or very heavy bags you will struggle.

The Square townhouse is in an excellent location in Fermoy and was great value for money. I had a very comfortable stay and the owner Ray was we,coming and friendly.

The property was clean throughout and very comfortable and in a central location.

All was good.

The bathroom was modern with new fittings. The bedroom furniture was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were new, fresh and clean. The welcome from Ray was great

The bedroom was tiny with no table. The view in the description was from a common room on another floor, I had a gable end and roofs. The hairdryer and coffee maker are in the shared kitchen on another floor. Access is up two narrow flights of stairs. Noise from the corridor and other rooms was pretty much constant. It felt more like a hostel with private room than a hotel.

Fabulous property - very clean, comfortable and unexpectedly quiet and peaceful, given how very central it is. Lovely kitchen diner and lounge room where you can relax and look out to the river. Centrally located with everything you need close by - shops, restaurants, bus stops, and the beautiful river and walks. Ray the owner is super friendly and helpful. Was at first a bit unsure about lack of oven and hob, but there is a sandwich press style grill and toaster which was fine for the very little cooking we did. As it was, the local cafes and restaurants are plentiful, close by and good quality and value, so cooking wasn't needed. You can even get a take away full fry up breakfast just round the corner, if you'd rather eat back at the property or down by the river. Was also very happy to find a hairdryer and straighteners. Thanks for a great trip Ray :)

The location was very central Ray the owner was very attentive.

Street parking. The saniflow system for waste water was noisy and not ideal.

Clean and centre of town. Very big room. Liked that there was a small kitchen with fridge and microwave available.

Friendly, right in the middle of town, clean.

Room I stayed in could do with a chair

The kitchen needed attention. The dishcloths need to be replaced. There was only one tea towel which was inadequate. Left over packages of food left on the cupboard. TV in the lounge room the remote did not work. Could not change the channel adjust the volume or turn it off. TV in the bedroom could not be tuned in to get any station to watch.

Stay was great! Ray made us feel at home. We'll be back again! Fergus

Location is good

It’s very basic, it’s like a hostel with dorms. Very expensive for what it is.

Located in the centre of Fermoy. Through my Room was quiet. My room had an ensuite and a great shower. It had a nice Kitchen which was so handy for breakfast. There was also a lounge to sit overlooking the River.

I could park outside but it was usually after 6pm when I could get a spot. I left early before day restrictions began. There was street parking further away also.

For the price, it was very good. Ray was very helpful and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room was clean. Can't really fault it. If I am being picky there was shampoo, but no shower gel. Right in the centre of Fermoy, plenty of places to eat and I parked on the street right outside.
