We liked the location of the property surrounded by trees and lawn. Eric the host was friendly and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was lovely, we appreciated the new white cotton bed linen and pillows etc. The kitchen arrangement worked just fine.

The kitchen was excellent and plenty to choose for breakfast.

Een prima verblijf voor een nacht. Comfortabele kamer. De badkamer was op de gang, maar was schoon en netjes.

We were just passing through for one night so it was a perfect location for what we needed. Clean and comfortable and easy to find. Staff were fantastic and very nice.

The noise level was, quite frankly unbearable. There were groups of people who arrived-in past midnight and didn't care that others were sleeping. Full-on conversations, laughing, doors opening and slamming shut for over an hour happening in the hallway despite the notices to be quiet. In the room directly next to us, there was a fight with people yelling, screaming and cursing at one another. It thankfully quieted down after about an hour. In the room above us, there were kids playing tag early in the morning and jumping off the beds and running from one end of the room to the other. Every conversation and footstep could be heard which resulted in a terrible night's sleep.

Friendly staff, plenty of room. Came with friends for a wedding and there was plenty of food, drinks and appliances for us all to use. Big kitchen area and outdoor space for us all to hang out.

Spacious room in a big house in the countryside, 5 minutes drive from Fermoy.Bathroom was seperate but clean and private. Large kitchen, dining room, living room. Self serve/ cook full Irish breakfast , and access to kitchen to prepare meals. Plenty of food to choose from. Eric, the host, was friendly and helpful. The central shared area meant guests mixed and shared tips etc.

Great location, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was fully stocked with plenty of options. Overall, a really lovely place to stay and definitely somewhere I would recommend. A great place to go!

La tranquillità del posto ed il fatto che c'erano molti ingredienti (yoghurt, uova bacon salsicce, matmellate burro pane the caffè succhi cereali biscotti ecc) per farsi la colazione in una cucina comune molto grande ed attrezzata

Cordialità di Eric, camere molto confortevoli, posizione ottima con un bel panorama. Colazione fai-da-te con ottimi ingredienti e molta varietà.

Well equipped, comfortable quad room and had a great welcome. Communal dining helped us to meet some fellow travellers and swop tips on what to see in the area. Well stocked breakfast items and our host made us feel so welcome.

Large family room and very comfortable. Clean throughout and quiet at night. Lots of towels. Full access to kitchen for making food/drinks at any time.

Kitchen was large and had all required. Food supplied was plentiful but a closer eye on expiry dates at times. Minor issue though. Overall a great experience.

Very good location just off the motorway. Very well stocked and clean kitchen. Great big garden for children to stretch their legs after a long drive. Eric was very welcoming and friendly.

A GREAT Location with a friendly host 👌👍

- De locatie was prima: rustig, mooi groen en vlakbij de snelweg. - De bedden waren goed.

We verbleven één nacht in het appartement met twee slaapkamers. We hadden geen routebeschrijving ontvangen, waardoor we aanvankelijk bij het gebouw met de kamers stonden. Pas nadat we telefonisch contact hadden opgenomen, kregen we het juiste adres en de deurcode. Daarnaast waren er enkele praktische zaken die het verblijf minder prettig maakten: - De douche werd niet warm, tenzij in de meterkast een knop werd omgezet. Daarbij gingen echter ook alle radiatoren op volle kracht verwarmen, zelfs als deze uit stonden. - De afvoer van de wastafel in de badkamer is een open gat, waarin alles wat je laat vallen verdwijnt. - Er zijn geen haakjes of plankjes aanwezig om persoonlijke spullen neer te leggen of op te hangen. - Midden in de zomer is er alleen een dik winterdekbed beschikbaar. - De bedlampjes bestaan uit kale peertjes zonder lampenkap. Al met al is het appartement erg sober en weinig verzorgd. Met een beetje meer aandacht en relatief eenvoudige aanpassingen zou het verblijf een stuk comfortabeler en gastvrijer kunnen worden.

the location is good. 30min from Cork City. walking distance to circleK station to recharge my EV and there is a large green area around the house that makes it calm and nice.

we were in Cork during the heat wave and unfortunately the hot water of the house couldn't be decoupled to the heating and all the radiators continued to heat by 30C ! the house was poorly furnished, especially the kitchen. no salad bowl, nor colander, etc...

Die Anbindung zu Autobahn, gleich um die Ecke. Ausstattung sehr komfortabel. Großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche inklusive TV ;). Frühstück zum selber machen aus zu Verfügung gestellten Produkten ( Eier, Speck, Käse, Wurst, Butter, Marmelade, Obst, Milch, Saft, Tee und Kaffee). Betten bequem. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Eric provided a wonderful place for our group to stay. He also supplied an amazing selection of help-yourself breakfast items, which was a great way to start each day. The facilities made us feel right at home, with everything we needed to cook our own meals and relax in the comfortable lounge and dining areas. Our interactions with Eric were a highlight of the trip. His friendly personality and the banter we shared with the group made our stay even more enjoyable and created a truly memorable Irish experience. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The minus was that the bathroom was upstairs and there was no window in it so it was really hot and stuffy.

I can’t really give anything but the lowest score as my booking, made a month in advance, confirmed a day or two later and charged for the week before the trip, was cancelled the day before I travelled due to over-booking. To be fair, the owner had booked me into another place in nearby Fermoy and gave me a full refund when I declined this, because I don’t really want someone else deciding where I stay. All told, a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t be booking Moorepark again.

Very impressed with this Guest House. Thoroughly exceeded what I thought I had booked. Having travelled with 2x motorbikes the off road private parking was exactly what we needed. Our room with a private / separate bathroom was perfect. Added bonus of a DIY Breakfast at no extra cost with a fridge full of supplies. About a 20/25 minute walk to Kilworth or a 25/30 minute walk to Fermoy to enjoy a local beverage or meal. Or a 5 minute walk to the petrol station / McDonalds / Spar type shop.

Quiet location, comfortable bed

Éric est remarquablement bien organisé. La cuisine pour les clients est très propre et fonctionnelle. La salle à manger est très confortable et on peut très facilement préparer son repas. Tous les ingrédients sont disponibles et Éric offre un petit-déjeuner très complet à se préparer soi-même. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est très confortable et la salle de bains moderne.

It was walking distance from a circle k with a macdonalds.

Fermoy town was more than walking distance away. You could if you were fitter than me though.

Vicino all'autostrada, pulito, ampia cucina attrezzata e zona pranzo comune, buona scelta di prodotti per la prima colazione da prepararsi da soli. Ottimo per una sosta in viaggio, parcheggio gratuito.

Excellent location for working at Teagasc Moorepark Great trees around the property and quiet despite Being close to the main road.

The location was great! We also had an amazing room! The kitchen and living space was also perfect with fridge and cabinet space!

Everything was perfect. Lovely comfy bed, very helpful and friendly host. Kitchen was so well stocked with crockery etc and food items to cook. Have never seen such a fabulous selection of cereals. Fruit etc. Everywhere was spotless. Highly recommended.

Friendly host, awesome common area and kitchen with breakfast for guests. Clean and comfortable.

Netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber (Eric), der sich darum bemüht, dass seine Gäste einen super Aufenthalt haben. Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes und toll eingerichtetes Haus. Sämtliche Lebensmittel zur freien Verfügung, so dass man sich nahezu ein Hotel ähnliches Frühstück selbst zaubern kann. Auch im Bad werden Hygieneartikel bereitgestellt. Eric selbst ist immer wieder präsent, fragt ob alles gut ist und gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Es gibt rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

Prime location to College

The shower did not work, the room is outdated and dirty. The property representative in Ireland - charges variable rates to students at Moorepark that book directly with him and then increases the prices via phone when it comes to leaving the rent in CASH - This is the reason that I booked though Booking.com on this occasion. The property is in a prime location for the collegeI but I would not recommend staying here.

Good nights sleep

The bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed and the kitchen is full of food etc for the guests use. The wifi worked well and there is a service station right across the road with a few shops (subway and McDonald also). If you want to walk into Fermoy town centre it’s doable although the house is slightly out of the town centre.

This is what private 10/10 accommodations should look like! Good rooms and space overall, good bathrooms, there is a common kitchen which is full of everything you may need and also plenty of food very clean Eric is a great host

La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para desayunar, comer o cenar. Con todos los alimentos y utensilios básicos. Eric muy simpático y servicial, disponible siempre que necesitas algo. Habitaciones muy cómodas, con baño privado en muy buen estado.

Falta un poco de insonorización, depende del resto de huéspedes puede haber más o menos ruido por las noches.
