Royal Villa Guesthouse

It was clean and comfortable.

When i did the booking i booked the luxury suite. It was confirmed when i paid and a picture of the room and what came with it. When we booked in. It was not the room we booked. And because we rode on a bike i left certain items at home because the room said it was available with it. So we had to request it. The room also had no 2 point plugs available for us to plug out phone chargers in to.

Warm welcome 🙏

Absolutely nothing.

The place exceeded my expectations in terms of service and cleanliness. I was beyond impressed with the extra blankets. The place was also easy to find and easily accessible to major highways.

Everything about it

Nothing

Clean, well run

I liked everything. Very caring owner

Peaceful, friendly staff, the room was clean.

This particular room by the pool, the shower door was faulty, room door handle was faulty, the small bin was not in the room. The children slides, etc.. was very dirty. Perhaps get a pool cover so that the dirt does not get in the pool.

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating where possible.

The room/s were cold and there’s no heater. The curtains and towels were dirty in the standard room I had booked. The TV couldn’t play as there was no signal. The hot water runs out within 5minutes of showering. Having to walk out of the room to use the microwave.

Great quite location. Clean and friendly staff

The place is clean, well taken care

The staff is friendly, well mannered

Very spacious and comfortable

Unfortunately the geyser had a problem so we needed to alert the host/ hostess that there was no hot water and wait for a few minutes before we could get hot water.

Charmaine was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well taken care of.

There wasn't anything not to like other than it being flipping cold and I wasn't prepared for that.

Service, cleanliness, towels bedding and everything is spotless

There's no microwave and heaters or air conditioner in the room and it becomes cold in winter

The whole room is absolutely beautiful. The aesthetics… layout… beautiful!

Had to take a cold shower in the morning because hot water was out and this was 8am. The room is extremely cold, an air conditioning would have been nice. They do have extra warm blankets though.

Enjoyed the breakfast. Everything in the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and secure.

The host was really great. She made us feel welcome. It was clean and well situated to the area we needed to be in. The room was well furnished and we felt at home.

The room could use an electric blanket or some heating in cooler months.

Location was great, close to where we needed to be and safe, clean and very nice facility. The hosts changed our room when they found the tv in the room we booked is not working. Very friendly and helpful.

Fridge was a bit noisy, had to switch it off during the night so we could sleep. Other than that all was great. Will definitely stay here again.
