So laute Musik wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant, im Restaurant war es so laut, das man sein Wort nicht verstand. Im Zimmer vibrierte der Boden da Lautsprecher an der Decke platziert sind. Wir waren müde wollten früh schlafen keine Chance bis 23.00

We were greeted by Marian, who immediately gave us great advice on things to do, places to eat and even “tourist” things to avoid. The restaurant was great for breakfast and Dinner with Live Irish music each night we were there. A true Irish Experience!

Even though the music went late (for us Americans) we loved it anyway because you have no choice but to enjoy Irish culture! So its my back handed compliment to Foleys! :)

The food & breakfast were exceptional. The music in the evenings was superb. The atmosphere & the friendliness & attention of the staff were excellent & the building is beautiful inside & out.

The shower was tiny & I am a 4ft 11 small framed woman! The bedroom as a double was very small. Room number 15 - we may have taken the deluxe single as our son in number 14 had 2 singles & more space & a larger shower so this might all be our own fault🫠🤣

Fantastic guesthouse. Very friendly and welcoming staff at check in. Excellent food, very entertaining live music in the bar. Excellent breakfast to finish off a lovely one night stay at Foleys in Kenmare.

The breakfast was a little disappointing-lacking in variety- main evening menu doesn’t really cater for Gluten intolerant-

Really wonderful place to stay in the heart of Kenmare with fantastic staff. Grace saved me after a terrible booking experience at another place in town that cancelled on the day of my reservation, offering me a room at the last minute. The rooms are very comfortable, its in the centre of town, and the restaurant downstairs is wonderful with music in the evenings. I would highly recommend Foleys for the location, rooms and the wonderful people. Thank you!

We enjoyed our visit. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central and convenient to shops and facilities.

We liked the central location and the fact that the room provided us with all the facilities we needed, despite being rather on the small side.

Given summer temperatures, a small fridge would have been useful. The stairs up to our room were a bit of a challenge, with luggage to carry. It was problem initially to have to park a distance from the accommodation.

Great central location in heart of town, front bedroom comfortable but street noise noticeable especially 7 am when Brewery Delivers occurred! Lovely Bed and fan provided in room with heat wave in Ireland! Good Irish Breakfast and hospitality great.

Foley's is een gezellige pub met lekker eten, goede zangers en midden in het leuke stadje Kenmare. De ligging is ideaal om de Ring van Kerry te rijden.

In onze kamer aan de straatkant was het s'avonds behoorlijk rumoerig door muziek uit de pubs en 's morgens vroeg door het weer bevoorraden.

Lokationen var perfekt, lige på hovedgaden.

Sengen var ikke særlig behageligt og vi kunne høre musikken fra et andet sted kl 5/6 en morgen.

Sehr uriger Pub mit leckerem Essen und toller irischer Livemusik am Abend. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Gern wieder!

Plentiful breakfast, amazing location and great atmosphere in the bar which even had it's own tour guide who stood up and told tales of the area. The craic was great and the staff/owners very accommodating.

A great place in the very heart of Kenmare. We had the luck to get a room at Foley´s on short notice in Kenmare on the edge of the Ring of Kerry in mid-May. It is a typical Irish Bar/Restaurant/Hotel, as you would expect. Even though there was Live music during our stay, it was not audible in our room on the second floor, so we had no trouble sleeping early. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, includig en-suite bathroom with a well-functioning shower. The breakfast menu also had everything you´d expect and was made fresh and quick on order. A very recommendable place if you want to stay in the area.

Great central location. Read reviews before booking about noise complaints which was a bit harsh,.. a bit like booking a campsite in the highlands and moaning about midges!!!

Personeel was aardig en beleefd, maar niet heel vriendelijk. Wasbakje op de badkamer is erg klein, lastig met tanden poetsen

Location , it was clean . Bed comfortable, staff friendly , host was very welcoming when we both arrived.

The only thing to point out was the shower tray in the bathroom was very slippery, I understand to clean a mat after each guest not ideal but it’s a taught of the safety side of things going forward

Our double room was really cramped and all of the lobby spaces were either closed or being used as part of the restaurant

Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Very pleasant gentleman served breakfast. Relatively good value. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room.

You can hear noise from the street as well as from the bar on the ground floor. The TV didn’t work either day. Constant “no signal “ message. Some of the staff don’t seem to enjoy dealing with the public, the lady in the bar wasn’t at all friendly. The exception was the man serving breakfast, he was jolly and welcoming. No carparking unlike other nearby accommodation. However plenty of free parking in the town, a few minutes walk away.

Filthy..smell hits you the minute you go in front door. Noisy gym to rear of building starts heavy bass music at 6.30am and vibrates through walls

Værelset lugtede voldsomt af gammel cigaretrøg. Der var meget lydt. Vi blev vækket kl 6.30 af musikken fra fitnesscentret i nabobygningen.
