Struttura bellissima al centro della Medina, Staff accogliente e tanti servizi, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la lavanderia e il servizio di trasporto per l’aeroporto, colazione molto buona.

Le personnel est formidable, très sympathique et très compétent. Nous avons adoré ce bref séjour dans ce Riad. Franchement nous aimerions y revenir bientôt mon fils et moi

Da decoração. Do rooftop com uma vista linda. O pequeno almoço ser servido no rooftop. Mesmo dentro da Kasba, parece que estamos dentro de um cenário de um filme.

O nosso quarto ficava no rooftop e ouvíamos algum barulho vindo da cozinha. Nada que tivesse incomodado.

I loved this property, it really did feel like home. I was so new and nervous to this part of the world, the people the property and the management of it made it so familiar and family oriented presence. The staff were wonderful and out did them selves, they were amazing. I will always cherish those conversations with them. The women that out did them selves in their service were really a godsend and amazing. I could not ask for anything better, the service was impeccable

Wat een geweldig hotel! Vanaf het eerste moment werden we ontzettend warm en hartelijk ontvangen. Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat werkelijk voor je klaar met alles wat je nodig hebt. De service is van het hoogste niveau en verdient absoluut een dikke pluim! Ook qua hygiëne en netheid was alles perfect in orde. De kamers waren prachtig en sfeervol ingericht — het voelde alsof we in een Arabisch sprookje waren beland. Een unieke en authentieke sfeer die ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, met lekkere en verse producten, en de ligging midden in de Kasbah is echt een groot pluspunt. Je zit meteen midden in de sfeer en charme van de omgeving. Kortom: een echte aanrader! Wij hebben hier enorm genoten en zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen. Een dikke 10/10 voor de gastvrijheid, service, sfeer, hygiëne en locatie!

De atay/thee was te straf 😂

The staff were attentive, helpful and always available when needed. The hotel has a beautiful and interesting design, lovely facilities, and a fantastic view from the rooftop. The breakfast was also excellent. We booked a private day trip to Chefchaouen and Tetouan through the hotel, and it was great value for money. The trip was wonderful, and our driver was professional, friendly and pleasant throughout the day.

There was no waste bin in the room (only a small one in the bathroom, and the bed was very hard. There was also only one thin, firm pillow per person, although the staff provided us with extra pillows when asked. The room was advertised as a “room with city view”, which was misleading. There were not actually any windows you could look out of, so there was no city view from the room. I would strongly recommend changing the room description so that future guests know what to expect.

Staff were great, very friendly, location was perfect! View also amazing and the hotel is very charming and traditional. I spent a lovely time in Tangier!

Nos alojamos en la suite y no creo que haya mucha diferencia con el resto de habitaciones. El baño no era muy amplio y retenía mucha humedad. Ademas la habitación esta en la parte mas alta por lo que había mucho ruido cuando había personas en la terraza.

La ubicación es muy buena para ver todo el casco antiguo andando,el personal tanto de limpieza como cocina y recepción súper atentos. Me ha encantado las vistas de la azotea. Volveremos!!

Una experiencia maravillosa en Tánger Nuestra estancia en este riad fue realmente maravillosa. Era nuestra primera experiencia alojándonos en un riad en Tánger y no podríamos haber quedado más satisfechas. Lo primero que destacaría es la limpieza realmente impecable. Todo estaba cuidado, limpio y en perfectas condiciones, algo que para nosotras fue muy importante. La ubicación es excelente: está muy bien situado, con todo cerca y en una zona en la que nos sentimos seguras en todo momento. Además, hay mucha vida y movimiento alrededor, también por la noche, lo que permite disfrutar de Tánger cómodamente y desplazarse con facilidad. El desayuno es espectacular muy completo, abundante y de excelente calidad. Panes, frutas y diferentes productos frescos, todo preparado con mucho cuidado y en cantidades perfectas para comenzar bien el día y tener energía para recorrer la ciudad. También queremos destacar especialmente al personal Todas las personas que trabajan allí fueron sumamente amables, atentas y disponibles. Siempre dispuestas a explicarnos lo que necesitábamos, orientarnos y ayudarnos durante nuestra estancia. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció excelente. No podemos compararlo con otros riads porque fue nuestra primera experiencia, pero precisamente por eso nos llevamos una impresión magnífica. Lo recomendamos ampliamente, especialmente por tres cosas: su excelente ubicación, la limpieza impecable y el maravilloso desayuno. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos si regresamos a Tánger.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo me pareció correcto, muy cuidado y, sobre todo, impecablemente limpio. Además, quiero destacar un detalle que nos encantó: como viajamos en agosto y hacía bastante calor, cada vez que regresábamos de la calle nos ofrecían botellitas de agua fresca. Puede parecer algo pequeño, pero demuestra la atención y el cuidado que tienen con sus huéspedes. Nuestra experiencia fue excelente y no tengo ningún aspecto negativo que señalar.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we had to sadly leave, we loved it! The staff were extremely kind, helpful and pleasant. The location was incredible and so easy to get to a number of restaurants, shops, souks, museums, etc. We felt very safe and well cared for. We cant' wait to return!

The mattress was perfectly fine but a bit too firm. That is literally the only thing I can think of.

La struttura è molto particolare, di certo non è il solito albergo. La terrazza è stupenda! Le ragazze e i ragazzi dello staff sono carinissimi sia tra di loro - si respira proprio un bel clima di collaborazione - sia con gli ospiti. Hanno piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza come la bottiglietta d’acqua che mi hanno offerto appena arrivata e poi per il viaggio di rientro. Sono tornata da loro a prendere la valigia e, siccome ero in anticipo, mi hanno permesso di starmene comoda nella hall e nell’attesa mi hanno offerto il loro tè buonissimo.

Desayuno fantástico en la terraza con unas vistas impresionantes al mar.

El personal es súper amable y la habitación está muy bien, con aire acondicionado, una ducha decente y una cama en la que hemos estado muy cómodos. Por la noche, hay animación: dos marroquís tocando instrumentos típicos y cantando música tradicional muy tranquila, que ambienta muy bien la terraza mientras puedes tomar un té a la menta. Volveremos! Gracias!

Sensazione claustrofobica dentro il Riad , sembra una tana, stanze piccole e scale dappertutto , camere e bagno molto piccoli , la camera dei nostri figli aveva solo una finestra che dava sul pianerottolo delle scale quindi senza aria esterna

Vue sur mer, climatisation, café, thé, eau en bouteille a volonté, jolie déco, chambre très propre, personnelles chargées du ménage très agréables. L’hôtel est situé dans le cœur historique de la kasbah et se retrouve donc au beau milieu des sites culturels principaux. Beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire a pied. Nous sommes à proximité immédiate de la médina, du grand Souk et du Grand Socco. C'est un quartier très animé, nous sommes baignés dans la vie tangeroise. Nous avons testé de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier, je recommande les petites cantines installées sur la place du grand Socco, la cuisine est fraiche (poissons) gouteuse, patron très agréable. Elles ne sont pas référencées sur google ou autre, donc pas de file d'attente ..... Un grand merci à Ismaël et à toute son équipe pour l'accueil, la bienveillance, et le professionnalisme. Petit déjeuner bien copieux et très frais pris chaque matin sur le toit terrasse du riad, magnifique vue à 360° sur la ville de Tanger. A refaire! Xavier et Alexandre

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Konum merkezi ve ulaşım rahat. Oda temiz ve düzenli. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzetli.

Denize sıfır denilince otelin kendi plajı var sanmıştım. Bu oteli tutmamın sebebi denize yakın olmasıydı ama gittiğimde farklı bir durumla karşılaştım. Otel denize sıfır değil ve dolayısıyla kendi plajı da yok. Sadece terastan deniz gözüküyor. Yüzmek için en yakın nokta yürüyerek 20 dakika mesafede.

Great location in the old town. Very easy walk from the small public car park recommended by the staff. Lovely fresh breakfast on their wonderful roof terrace.

Kasba Blanca è un posto splendido. Accoglienza perfetta in tipico stile marocchino con acqua e the. La stanza era molto ben arredata e comoda. Bagno piccolo ma doccia grande. Si trova in una zona meravigliosa della Medina e ha una delle più belle terrazze di tutta Tangeri. Stupendo fare colazione sulla terrazza al mattino.

The staff were extremely nice and kindly helped me bring my luggage to get a taxi. The room was spacious for one person!

L'Hotel è situato all'interno della Kasba in una posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla medina e dal porto. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e affabile. Colazione abbondandante con una varieta di pietanze che spaziavano dal dolce al salato. Soggiorno piacevolessimo che consiglio a chi vuole esplorare le bellezze di Tangeri.

Sarebbe stato opportuno avere un armadio in camera, per i soggiorni più lunghi di qualche giorno.

Les employés de la réception étaient très gentils et professionels Le décor et l'emplacement de l'hotel étaient idéals pour cette expérience a Tanger.

Pas habitué a ce que la douche soit entre la toilette et l'évier ... ce qui fait qu'il y a de l'eau sur la plancher pendant un bon moment.

The experience was truly wonderful. The customer service and hospitality were exceptional, feltl right at home! The interior of the house is stunning, with plenty of cozy spots to relax beyond the rooms. The terrace offers breathtaking views, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the breakfast. Ideally located in the beautiful, culturally rich Medina, the house is near the center but still peaceful and quite; easy to find your way in and out. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, freshly prepared and delicious. The staff, from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen, provided stellar service. Special thanks to Hamida, Latifa, Ismail, Mohamed, and Reda for making my stay truly memorable.

The single-occupancy room was quite boxy. Would be great if it was more spacious.

El lugar es muy lindo, la terraza hermosa. El desayuno bien servido. El personal es lo mejor que el hotel tiene! Ismail es lo más atento y profesional.

La ducha está encima del lavabo, si te bañas queda todo el baño mojado imposible de volver a entrar. Es realmente muy ruidoso, no recomiendo para alguien con sueño liviano ya que se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y escaleras.

Excelente ubicación, con un personal muy amabkey presto a colaborar en todo. Un desayuno delicioso servido en la terraza del hotel.

El desayuno incluido muy bueno 😋 y sino tienen algo te lo traen al día siguiente,los chicos y cocineras muy atentos y simpáticos, terraza abierta al público con música en directo por la tarde-noche.

Las escaleras son estrechas y aunque estés en las plantas bajas el desayuno es arriba en la terraza ,un poquito de mantenimiento hace falta.

El personal súper amable y el hotelito muy bien decorado y bien situado dentro de la Kasbah de Tánger. Mucho encanto. El desayuno buenísimo en la terraza del hotel con vistas sobre la ciudad. 100% recomendable.

No tengo puntos negativos sobre el hotel. Quizás el colchón un poco duro pero nada preocupante.

L’excentricité de la chambre, rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain, et pas de raclette, du coup l’eau stagne au sol dans la salle de bain. Je n’ai pas aimé non plus les gens qui vous cueillent à la sortie du taxi, qui sont de mèche avec eux et font semblant de faire partie de l’établissement pour porter votre valise jusqu’à l’hôtel et après demandent de l’argent.

This is a beautiful property in the middle of the Medina. It’s at a walking distance from excellent tourist spots. The place is really cute and well decorated. The breakfast on the rooftop was an excellent way to start each day. Very nice staff.

The spaces are small. The place has a lot of stairs and they are very narrow. The bathroom ceiling was so low that I don’t think a tall person could be standing inside. There was a strange smell in the room probably caused by water damage. We had to sleep with the windows open for a couple of nights.

Good location, friendly staff, nice terrace and breakfast. Decor is nice. Free tea and water offered.

Room giving on inner courtyard is musty with no air, bathroom small the shower wets the whole floor, door creaks and you have to go in and close it to use the toilet or washhand basin. Hotel only offers full menus you cant get snacks with your drinks on the terrace. Hotel works with a taxi driver that is not very friendly and is expensive

Ein sehr schönes Riad in der Altstadt, schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, gutes Frühstück. Top Lage und freundliches Personal. Fußläufig haben wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht.

Superb location for Exploring Kasbah and within minutes walk to excellent bar/restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful; sorted my taxis from Tangier Med port and Gare Tangier. Made a breakfast specially for me on departure day as I had an early train. Views from roof terrace fantastic.

A charming hotel with plenty of character, located right in the heart of the Old Town. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to unwind, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Ismail for his friendliness and helpfulness. The bathrooms are compact but comfortable.

Some areas could benefit from more thorough cleaning , and we were surprised to see a Soviet Union flag displayed at the reception, but after we mentioned our concerns, the staff immediately removed it.

The only aspect we did not appreciate was the display of the Soviet Union flag at the reception area. Given the historical significance and sensitivity of this symbol for many visitors, we found it somewhat inappropriate and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The property itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. The terrace view was simply stunning. On top of all this, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. A truly great experience!

Struttura deliziosa situata nella Khasba, comodissima per visitare Tangeri. Una terrazza bellissima dove gustare con calma un'ottima colazione. Camere piccole come nella maggior parte dei Riad ma, pulitissima e dotata del necessario. Una menzione allo staff, di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero eccezionali.

The staff was great! They listened to requests and suggested possible options. They arranged our airport pick up at 315 am, too! The room was ample size. The breakfast was delicious and made with love! The air conditioner worked well!

The pillows were hard as a rocks. The towels were thin and not plentiful. The bathroom space was tight, since the structure is very old. The entire room was not as clean as we liked.
