Posizione perfetta, check in rapido e stanza accogliente

//

Great location, close to the beach and different cafes. Room is clean and comfortable, very easy checkin.

It’s more of an improvement suggestion: 1. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and kept falling off. It would be nice to fix it. It’s a minor issue, but still a good improvement. 2. The fridge didn’t cool well enough. The temperature inside wasn’t cold at all. 3. The fridge was connected to an extension cord. When I unplugged the fridge because it was too loud to sleep, I noticed that the extension cord socket where the fridge was connected appeared to be burned and slightly melted. This doesn’t seem safe and could potentially be a fire hazard. In my opinion, the extension cord should be replaced.

Posizione strategica

The hotel was very quiet, but close to lots of bars and restaurants.

We stayed in room 14 and there was no hairdryer in the room

Great location with pubs/restaurants/convenience stores nearby! Also near bus stops for trips out of Alicante/to the airport. Great customer service, I arrived early and the room was ready for me to check in. Easy entrance/exit access using online key. There was also room cleaning service which was handy! Would stay here again next time I’m back and highly recommend!

Good communication and easy access, great location, modern stylish and clean rooms. Perfect for a city break

Ottima posizione

Near city center and the beach.

Would be nice if can get more lighter in the room. And som smart TV

Clean and comfortable and compact has coffee and a small fridge. Lovely staff

The location

Perfect location, clean rooms.

No bar

amazing friendly staff

Great area to stay in, really helpful people locally, definitely go visit the bar next door. Enjoyed sitting on our private terrace for a coffee in the morning.

Nothing really, could do with more coffee pods for the morning.

Posizione in centro, caffè buono nespresso in camera

Self check in, a bit off the main area, but we liked that fact. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, clean and a great location

Nothing

posizione, stanza accogliente

I don't understand how this hotel has such a high rating when the only good thing about it is that it's in the center. The room looked like they hasn't been cleaned properly in years, there's a finger-thick layer of dust on everything, the carpet is full of all kinds of stains, the shower floor naturally has mold, and there was some kind of smell coming from the drain. The balcony was well-photographed because in reality, it's so tiny that a chair wouldn't even fit, and it was also covered in bird droppings. Luckily, we were only there for two nights because it's not fit for anything more than that, and it's definitely overpriced for what the room looks like. On top of that, the hotel gave off a shady, slightly horror-movie Hostel vibe, and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there at all on the first night.

Is was amazing

Everything is was ok

The location is great, air conditioning was brilliant. Nice room, with space to sit.

Glass doors to the toilet. Bit of putting.

Very nice organise, very friendly and helpful hosts and staff.

There wasn’t anything to complain about.

Fab location, nice room, and very easy to check in.

Nothing. All good.

Perfect location, very clean

Lack of tea, sugar and milk

Everything was nices

Location and ease of use

Some of the fittings in the bathroom need updating

mooie kamer. Handig intjekken

The hotel was close to all amenities you could want. Very close to the marina and a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Nothing comes to mind.

Location was great

No reception on site, so when we got there we had to ring the bell and waited 15 minutes for someone to open so we could drop our bags off

Location is excellent, and staff are really nice and helpful

Bathroom!!! Inside the bedroom behind a see-through glass wall not private at all, don't really want to lay in bed watching someone on the toilet!!

Wow stunning , location perfect , nice an clean set up in room perfect , air con 😍 very well styled an the price so good

Nothing too dislike

The locations, really close to the beaches and the city centre and lots of restaurants/cafe The hotel rooms are also really nice Noise level was good, with ear-plugs I could sleep without problems

There is no receptions despite the fact that in booking they mention 24h. You do not get a physical card but you open the main entrance and the room with an app... This means that if for whatever reason you are without internet or the phone has a discharged battery or it is broken/stolen you do not have a way to enter your room. They are just reachable via WhatsApp and also not a really convenient approach if you want to leave the luggage after check-out. There is no cleaning during the stay and in summer with the sands it is a bit inconvenient There are free capsules and a Nespresso machine but, as there is no cleaning, there is no refill of the capsule There are good shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner or body cream that would be beneficial in summer

Camera molto graziosa, pulita, accogliente.

Bagno molto piccolo

I stopped there twice in the past few days. Do I need to write any more recommendations for this place? ;)

everything was good except attention to client. we were told we could store our luggage, there was no one there and no one answered, so we had to book a locker in the city. we called several times and no one answered . we had our messages replied to after 2.5 hrs. and we had already solved the issue.

.

I like it a lot . Nice room . Good location . Good comunication with staff .

Location, room, staff

All perfect

Good location in city centre, available for late check in.

Nessun servizio devi avvisare per cambiare glia asciugamani

Pulizia, posizione e disponibilità/cortesia del personale eccellenti!

Práctico

Very central.and room was clean and well kept appartment

Thought there would be kitchen facilities. Was slightly on small side.

Super położenie,blisko centrum i plaży,cicha okolica.

Czysto w pokoju, dostępne kosmetyki do mycia.

Location and the attention of the staff

Nothing, everything good

It’s very good location near buy many things I need

Just only when I have left this place because I want to be there for more days 😀

Bliskość do centrum i do promenady

Self check-in molto comodo.

Location was great!
