Purtroppo la pulizia é veramente scarsa, le zanzariere sono piene di macchie di sangue. La notte topi e gechi si infilano tra il tetto e la paglia e i rumori sono continui. La spiaggia davanti é sporca, peccato perché la posizione é ottima

두번째 길리 아이르 방문이라 전통 가옥인 방갈로에도 한번 경험해보고자 예약을 했는데 이곳에서 성폭행 미수의 최악의 경험을 했습니다.

안전에 취약한 오픈형 화장실 구조라서 새벽에 자는데 누군가 담을 넘어 침입했고 방 안으로 들어오려고 하였습니다. 너무 무섭고 두려웠으나 매니저는 그저 노워리 노워리 말만 할 뿐 적극적으로 문제 해결이나 개선을 위한 행동은 없었습니다. 결국 그 숙소에서 일정을 마치지 못하고 나올수 밖에 없었으며 매니저는 숙박비를 환불받고 싶으면 부킹닷컴에 연락하라고 이야기 했고 부킹닷컴에 연락하기위해 국제전화 통화료가 숙박비 이상 발생했습니다. 게다가 밤에 침입한 강간미수 침입자를 경찰에 신고하기 위해서 길리 아이르에서 롬복 본섬으로 보트를 타고 혼자서 이동해야만 했고 새로운 숙소를 잡는 등 예상치 못한 큰 금액이 발생하였으나 호텔측의 대처는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 경찰서까지 동행하거나 후속 조치에는 관심조차 없어보였으며 그저 걱정하였다는 말뿐이었습니다. 차라리 그 호텔에 가지 않았다면 이런 일 조차 발생하지 않았겠지요. 호텔은 안전문제를 개선하고 보안조치를 더욱 강화해야합니다.

La struttura è molto pulita e vicina rispetto al punto di drop-off delle barche. Mi sento di consigliare il ristorante, con prezzi abbastanza abbordabili è possibile mangiare pesce grigliato, gamberi ed aragoste. Anche la colazione è abbastanza buona, nonostante non sia troppo varia, ma per risparmiare tempo la mattina, è una buona possibilità.

Una delle due stanze è stata pronta un'ora dopo l'orario prestabilito del check-in. Inoltre il personale, nonostante sia davvero cordiale e disponibile, ha problemi di comunicazione: avevo prenotato un tour in barca tramite chat booking, mesi prima, fissando già data orario e prezzo, ma una volta lì, nessuno sapeva nulla. Nonostante abbiano tentato di trovare una soluzione, è stato perso molto tempo che avrei potuto impiegare diversamente. Infine, mancava l'acqua calda, è stato necessario avvisare più di una persona per sistemarla. In generale l'impressione è che ogni volta parlando con il personale non capissero sempre le richieste, e spesso rimandavano a qualcun altro, creando confusione e perdendo tempo.

La ubicación es perfecta. Nos escantó la comida y el desayuno. Es un detalle que te hagan el 15% en el restaurante por hospedarte. El trato del personal muy bueno.

Las cabañas son de madera y tienen muchas termitas. No solo puedes oirlas sino que caen birutas de madera todo el tiempo (al menos en nuestra habitación). Nos encontramos varias cucarachas. Creemos que solucionando estas dos cosas, el alojamiento puede mejorar mucho su nivel.

Le stanze si trovano sul retro di un ristorante sulla spiaggia, perciò sono vicinissime al mare, ma al contempo molto silenziose, in quanto i rumori della strada e del ristorante stesso non raggiungono il retro. Le stanze sono pulite e, previo vostro permesso, vengono riordinate giornalmente. Il bagno è all'aperto, con una tettoia che lo copre parzialmente. L'acqua ha poca pressione ma è calda. AC funzionante perfettamente. La colazione è molto abbondante e viene servita nel ristorante, che si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia.

All'inizio ho fatto estrema fatica a trovare qualcuno che parlasse l'inglese, e non riuscivo nemmeno a far capire che il giorno indicato per il mio check-out non era corretto. Il personale che parla inglese è occupato nel bar e non è chiaro chi sia il responsabile.

Le meilleur endroit à Gili Air. La chambre est tellement agréable, avec une petite salle de bains en plein air. La piscine est propre, les petites cabanes et sunbeds sur la plage sont parfaits. On mange bien, et tout le personnel est fantastique! Quel merveilleux séjour, merci 🙏

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au zipp bar. Tout d'abord les bungalows ont bcp de charme, la piscine est très agréable (nous l'avons eu pour nous tout seul pendant 4 jours), la localisation sur la plage est parfaite, les petits déjeuners les meilleurs et les plus copieux que nous ayons eu en 3 semaines sur Bali. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant, poisson grillé les pieds dans le sable, le bonheur. Enfin, mention spéciale a Ozi et sa team qui nous ont extrêmement bien accueilli. Un grand merci, si nous revenons un jour a gili air, nous savons où aller ♥️

Rien, tout était parfait

Le personnel, Ozzy en particulier sont adorables. Ce sont des gens profondément humains et bienveillant. Nous avons été traités avec égard, toujours une petite attention. Cela a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Le restaurant est très bon, le déjeuner copieux.

Alors oui, l’ensemble n’est pas de toute première jeunesse et mériterait un rafraîchissement, notamment les bungalow, certains carreaux de la piscine ne tiennent plus. Mais il y avait un lit fait chaque jour et la Clim. Et puis pour le prix, il ne faut pas non plus demander un hôtel ultra moderne.

The location was perfect and central in Gilli Air. The pool was a great addition and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast that is included was also very tasty. We would definitely recommend!

Locatie vlak bij haventje, dus makkelijk lopen. Kamer zelf was prima en schoon). Het ontbijt was lekker en veel (ondanks veel personeel wel 1/2 uur op moeten wachten)

De entree naar de huisjes is via het restaurant dat er overdag zeer smoezelig uit ziet. Ook het zitje bij de kamer/huisje en de omgeving bij het zwembad is niet erg uitnodigend.

Bungalows are excellent and surrounded by a plant oasis, a cosy tropical garden. The food here is also great and very reasonably priced (the breakfast included was the best we’ve had on our trip). However our favourite part was the staff, extremely friendly and helpful, quickly making us feel at home- a shout out to Ozzie (may not be spelling that right). Thankyou !

Estaba en la mejor zona de la isla, con una playa preciosa y con tumbonas gratis si te hospedabas en el alojamiento. La comida era muy buena, comimos pescado a la brasa muy barato. Los desayunos muy completos y variados, te daban a elegir varias cosas. El personal es muy amable, te dan zumo de sandía al llegar de bienvenida y limpian todos los dias. En Google leí que tenían cucarachas, yo no sé si esto pasaba antes y lo solucionarían, pero yo no he visto ninguna en ningún momento en ningún sitio, ni en la zona del bar ni en la cabaña. Eso sí, el baño está fuera. Yo lo sabía y no nos importó, pero tampoco vi ni un solo insecto o animal fuera mientras usaba el baño

La cabaña es más pequeña de lo que parece y tienes que ir agachándote o teniendo cuidado con las puertas porque te das, pero es un pequeño detalle que no tiene importancia

The location, the beach and the sunbeds.

We had a mouse in the ceiling of the villa and during the night was horrible, making noise like it was in our head. When we said the the staff last day they just smile. We know we are in nature and we are used to bugs and other animals but not in the house. The guy with the hat was very nice to us and polite, helped us with the bout tour. The other staff always asking if you want something more and more to dring when you were using the sunbeds (event if they were included in the accomodation they made you feel you need to buy always from the bar just to stay there). Also, we paid extra bed for our kid and on our last day they said that the kid's breakfast is not included even if the first 2 days it was included (they changed the staff the last day). It wasn't like they would get rich with a kid breakfast. Also the entrance to the bungalows is thru the kitchen.

Proximité du port donc pratique de rejoindre l’hébergement à pieds avec les valises, très bon petit déjeuner servis de 7h à 11h, sur commande mais copieux, qualitatif (sauf café et jus d’orange) et avec du choix, les pieds dans le sable face à la mer, l’accès à une jolie plage privée à l’établissement, hébergement authentique, correspondant aux photos, certains membres du personnel réactifs, souriants et serviables, ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages 1h après notre check-out. Excellents jus de pastèque servis à l’arrivée. Restaurant ok.

Accueil moyen sans présentation, aucune info sur le petit déjeuner. Dans la chambre, porte d’entrée qui "ferme" de l’intérieur avec un système inutile donc qui ne ferme pas, moustiquaire du lit sale et déchirée par endroits, rideaux et frigo très sales / dans un mauvais état, aucune isolation donc on entend tout, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir des voisins bruyants tard le soir (minuit passé) et le personnel tôt le matin (7h), qui rit et passe le balais devant l’hébergement donc très difficile de se reposer, dommage car vu le cadre, j’aurais aimé passer 3 nuits reposantes, ça n’aura pas été le cas, j’ai même eu l’honneur d’assister à des vomissements incessants, comme s’ils provenaient de la salle de bain de ma propre chambre, imaginez que ce fut très agréable. Salle de bain qui laisse vraiment à désirer, porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme que depuis la chambre et non de l’intérieur de la sdb, impossible de gérer la température de l’eau de la douche, pression d’eau faible, le lavabo et les toilettes fuyaient (intervention rapide du personnel tout de même), l’eau à énormément de mal à s’évacuer dans le lavabo et la douche donc dalles bancales dans la douche pour surélever mais le deuxième prenant une douche finit quand même presque les pieds dans l’eau, fourmis, odeurs d’égout. Passage par l’arrière du restaurant qui est assez vétuste, piscine pas terrible avec carrelages manquants, grille d’évacuation ouverte. Équipement rudimentaire mais c’est indiqué en réservant.

Koelkast was vies en ook badkamer was niet helemaal schoon. Wc bril en koelkast zijn aan vervanging toe. Verder was het erg gehorig en kreeg je alles mee van de buren en de keuken van het restaurant. Dus van 5:30 in de ochtend tot 00:30 heel veel geluid. (Ook als er geen feestje is)

Gutes Essen Fisch frisch vom Grill. Ausführliche Happy Hour vom späten Nachmittag bis in den Abend. Strand vor der Tür, Hauptstrasse 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Fast vergessen; das perfekte offene Bad war sehr angenehm und auch mückenfrei...

Unser Bungalow ist ein wenig duster gewesen. Wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt hat, hat nicht gestört. Auch die Bedenken wegen einiger Spalten in den Holzwänden und Türrahmen erwiesen sich als unbegründet. Keine Mücken oder andere Insekten haben uns belästigt,

This was great value for money. Small, tucked away behind the bar. The bungalows were quaint and traditional, with a lovely veranda. Pool was lovely, cool and private. Welcome drink was delicious. Other guests were very friendly, and it was great to make international friends. Breakfast on the beach was delicious, with fresh squeezed juices. Spent the day on the beach on the sunbeds swimming in the clearest water imaginable. Happy hour 2 for one cocktails were fantastic value. Bbq dinner was delicious. Ozzy and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place to stay and be sociable, or retreat out back to your bungalow for peace and tranquility.

The outdoor bathroom was not screened in - so a few mosquitos out there. The padlock on the front door was a little hard to manoeuvre. The room was quite dark even with the lights on - no a huge drama - wasn’t there a lot!

Was AMAZING!… Right on the beach, lots of lounges and Cabanas.. Staff were super friendly and helpful.. Room was very comfortable and cleaned everyday.. Restaurant was fantastic with lots of options and the Nasi goreng was to die for!!…Included breakfast superb with a choice of a main.. fruit salad.. juice and coffee.. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Certainly not a deal breaker.. but no safety deposit box or tea coffee facilities… it did have a fridge so I stocked up on ice coffee for the mornings

The staff was Amazing. We were 2 adults and 1 kid, Haron, they were very kind with Haron! The manager was really helpful with every problem we encountered. He was kind and paied attention to every detail. Breakfast was so good! 😊 Next time for sure we will choose again Zip Bar! The staff is the best part of the Zip Bar! Thanks to the Manager, to Rende and Jon! Zip Bar is in front of the sea, one of the best parts of the island

Staff made this place so special especially Uuzy who helped arrange a boat for us. We stayed on a Friday so there were fireworks, live singers and a fire performer. Don't miss out on the fish BBQ- it was incredible! Location is walkable to pier and snorkelling to see turtles! Wish we had longer at this hotel because we felt very at home!

Hôtel très bien placé avec accès direct sur la plage. Bon restaurant, surtout le poisson au barbecue avec le buffet à volonté (mention spéciale pour les pâtes au pestos. Et surtout un grand merci au manager Ozi qui a su nous trouver des solutions rapidement suite à des changements de vol de dernière minute.

Tout était parfait , la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel, le petit dej servi sur la plage , le restaurant sert des plats frais bons et à prix très abordables

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est pas loin du port donc très vite accessible à pied( 15 min max). La partie hôtel se trouve derrière le restaurant. Nous avions réservé 2 bungalow vue piscine et nous avons eu pendant notre séjour (3 jours) la piscine que pour nous. Les bungalows étaient propres, bien agencés .La salle de bain et WC en extérieur agréable. Nous avions réservé avec petit déjeuner. Vous avez systématiquement des fruits+ café ou thé+ jus de fruits. Au choix, riz ou nouilles avec oeuf et pancakes. Nous avons goûté les pancakes et nous avons choisi que ça !! Ils étaient délicieux : pancakes banane ou ananas avec coulis de chocolat.Le plus, c'est que le petit déjeuner est sur la plage sous une tonnelle. On y a mangé tous les jours car les plats proposés sont délicieux et copieux ( si vous logez à l'hôtel, 15% de réduction sur la nourriture). Le barbecue du soir est copieux et imbattable en prix ( 70000 idr): salade bar , viande ou poisson ou gambas ou homard avec un accompagnement au choix (mais, frites, riz ou écrasé de pommes de terre) Les pizzas sont aussi délicieuses, comme tous les plats Happy hour pour les cocktails jusqu'à 20h environ : 1 acheté= 1 gratuit Le personnel souriant attentionné cherche toujours à vous faire plaisir. Le we, le dîner se fait sur la plage . Le vendredi grosse fête avec chanteur et DJ jusqu'à tôt le lendemain matin. Donc ne prévoyez pas grand chose le samedi matin... L'hôtel met à disposition gratuitement des transats sur la plage. Franchement je vous le recommande .

Very good location on the beach with its own umbrellas and sun loungers. The breakfast is great, there is fresh local fruit and fresh juice.The restaurant on the beach is also very good, we always had dinner there, there was fresh fish every day.The staff is super smiling and responsive, and the manager Ozi did everything for our pleasant vacation.

Zipp has 6 bungalows at the back of a restaurant. Bungalow 1&2 are poolside while the rest are behind a wall nearby but giving privacy to each bungalow. As we booked 5 of the 6 bungalows it was like having our own villa. The bungalows are well looked after and very safe. Excellent staff and very clean. No kettles in room but free hot and cold water dispenser next to pool. No safe but they pride themselves on the safety of the bungalows and there is always someone there watching the place. Ate at other places but kept coming back to Zipp as the best place to eat plus we got a big discount. Excellent beach out front and paved road to Zipp from ferry making it easy for hubby to get around in his wheelchair. Would highly recommend.

Need to spruce up entrance as you go through the side of the restaurant to get to the bungalows which is a little daunting. Bungalows 3, 4, 5 and 6 need handrails to made safer.

Food was really good with many options and everything freshly cooked. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Nice to have sunbeds on the beach, right in front of the hotel. You might want to bring water shoes but mostly sandy. You can walk or swim a bit further North for great snorkeling. I recommend renting a bike from them to go around the island. 6-7mins walk from the harbour, saves you hiring a horse cart.

There were cockroaches, spiders, mosquitoes and geckos in the outdoor bathroom - make sure you’re not afraid of them and that you’re comfortable going outside for a bathroom before you book your stay here. Bathroom outdated, didn’t feel too clean. Hot water runs out quickly. A bin, a mirror and a chair would be useful in a room also some hangers. Please wash the curtains and the textile around the bed as it was full of stains which is not very pleasant to see.
