Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Comfy, cozy and clean. Loved that there was an electric blanket (as the weather starts to cool), & I was surprised to find a place with a comfortable mattress! Motel/hotel mattresses are always way too hard! Great hospitality from Fiona too, she gives good recommendations on what you can do around Geraldine and makes your stay feel extra special.

Good water pressure in the shower. We felt very much at home. It was handy having a dairy next door for any extras needed. The garden setting was lovely.

We loved the extra effort Fiona went to to make the stay exceptional, like the bath robes, crockery and bath room supplies. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed at the property and in Geraldine for longer!

Very comfortable bed, very clean, private, great location, quiet and an absolute treasure if a a find. The host, Fiona, was super friendly, happy to assist as much as needed and happy to give you the privacy and quiet too. Very lovely lady and very respectful. Huge credit to her for providing such a beautiful place with all the extra touches it has. There is a parking space provided too.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024Convenient location for walking to town and supermarket. Had a lovely stay for 3 nights. Very comfortable in room and excellent shower. Fiona is very friendly and helpful really looks after you.
Bit pricey. The price we paid is what we Normally pay at bnb stays with separate detached rooms that include a daily breakfast. However, in saying that it was still a lovely stay and we highly recommend it. Even though there's no breakfast there were some lovely cheeses and treats in room which was nice and very much enjoyed. Definitely will stay again.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2024We were greeted by the lovely friendly Fiona who showed us around her gorgeous studio and gardens. We had such a comfortable nights sleep and we were left wanting for nothing. Fiona has a beautifully appointed cottage and if we’re ever back this way, we would happily stay here again. I left behind even the tiniest object and Fiona messaged and offered to post it back to Aust for me ( which I didn’t need to) but what a sweety. ☺️

The AC unit can be rather noisey. Guess I’m used to my whisper quiet Mitsubishi!
