Very comfortable, very clean and a perfect location for me.

The one and only thing I didn't like was the coffee supplied in the room, not nice. Having said that I will definitely stay here again, and bring my own coffee 😜

Didn’t dislike anything, but room could do with a couple of little touch ups (e.g repair to one of the blinds).

Buglar doyles is a kip the manager smoking crack crack in bathroom place full of drugs. And can book a room with hooker for an hour. My room was manky sick under the bed from night before limescale in kettle , mould in shower room the room was freezing could feel the cold 🥶

What’s not to like. I regularly stay in various hotels throughout the country but finding this little gem was truly a pleasure. Unlike most hotels it had a homely feel. If I’m being honest I was anxious about it as the cost was considerably lower than other hotels in the area. But I was hugely impressed with my room (no. 31) so I’ll be looking for that room on my next visit 👌 Also the staff were most helpful in sorting out the tv for me , my IT skills quite limited 🫤 it’s just a pity that there is no food, however I had plenty of options nearby. Already looking forward to my next visit and I’ve been telling my friends and family what a special place to stay. Central location, lovely bar downstairs. Comfortable and very clean rooms.

Some noise from the street and bars nearby but manageable.

Staff at the bar & in the accommodation were very nice, helpful & friendly. Music on the nights in the bar was excellent.

Other residents in the property were extremely noisy. Banging external ‘ internal doors throughout the night & early hours. There was also arguments in one of the rooms throughout late night early hours on two consecutive nights, it was quite frightening.

The area was excellent and the food was excellent The people were friendly and would go again

The location was exactly what we needed to attend a show at the National Opera House.

It was genuinely so unbearably loud that after the first night of our two night stay, my mom asked if there was any way we could find another hotel for the remaining night.

Das Zimmer liegt über einem gemütlichen, sauberen Pub. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ein großes Doppelbett und erfüllte alle Erwartungen, die man an ein gutes, durchschnittliches Zimmer stellt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen "Fish and Chips"-Laden, welcher auch Burger etc. anbietet. Eine perfekte Kombination mit einem Bier aus dem Pub. ;) Am Abend gab es Live-Musik im Pub, im Anschluss sangen einheimische (?) ältere Damen noch einige Folk-Songs, was eine tolle, authentische Atmosphäre bot. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man von hier aus perfekt zu einem Rundgang aufbrechen kann. Parken war nicht ganz einfach, wir fanden aber in der Nähe einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, für den man jedoch am nächsten Morgen ein Parkticket lösen musste (am Abend war das Parken kostenfrei).

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It had everything I needed for my stay.

The room was quite noisy because of the pub nearby, and it seemed like there was a party that night. During the night, I also witnessed people arguing in another room. I understand that this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it did affect my overall experience and made it difficult to have a peaceful night’s sleep.

Rooms at either side of us were so noisy. Walls also paper thin I could hear a woman in the shower talking to her partner It was like she was in our room. I had to give out to a person to keep it down.

I didn’t know where to leave the door key in the morning so I just left it on the desk in the room

When we arrived would have liked to have a shower but no shower gel had to go and buy some bit disappointing. Second night could not sleep with banging disco music right outside our room. But did enjoy our stay .

Central location and very comfortable bed. Noise from downstairs was mad but didnt stop me falling asleep.

While the room was very clean there was a broken toilet seat which should have been replaced before guests arrival.

We had a very enjoyable stay and location was perfect. Staff very friendly and we will be back again soon before the year is out. Apartment was fabulous very comfortable, well done to all.

Centre of town within walking distance to good restaurants and bars

We stayed in room 12 overlooking the street it was noisy and really loud until 2am both nights. We couldn’t shit the windows to prevent the noise because no fans no air con in the room. It was really warm We payed for a 3 night stay but left after 2 because of the noise Think that sums it up When I checked out at 4pm I gave the keys to the guy behind the bar No questions asked about our stay just OK Would I stay there again? No way

I stayed there for three days, and the bed linen was changed only once. When the toilet paper ran out, no one provided a new roll—I had to buy it myself! Towels were replaced only once during the entire three days!!!

Great city core location, easy walking to bus, train, and shopping. Staff were great, and room and bed were comfortable. Quiet room for being over a bar (we were on the 2nd floor), we didn’t hear any music or noise from downstairs.

The only minor complaint we had was that the bathroom door was squeaky. We informed the staff of this and they said it would be fixed.

Die Lage ist gtrandios, direkt unter dem Hotel befindet sich das legendäre Bugler Doyles Pub, es kann nachts schon tewas lauter werden, aber wir hatten unseren Ohrenschutz dabei. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe für jede etwas, das Hotel befindet sich inmitten des Pubhochburg mit zahlreichen Resaturants, Läden, Pubs usw. Parkplätze gibt es direkt gegenüber für 6€/Nacht.

Location was perfect. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Shower was bad Couldn’t close the en-suite door Twin room with double bed and single. The single bed was really badly placed. No headboard to lean against and a shelf placed above it was really awkward. kept banging off it during the night. Staff not engaging at all.
