House of Pinardt

This place exceeded my expectations. The outdoor space and barbeque area is absolutely fantastic. We were sorry to leave and cannot wait to pay them a return visit. Safe space and the host made us feel so welcome. We were 3 elderly ladies and he checked in on us regularly to see if we need help with lighting the fire etc. The selfcatering unit was perfect.

Absolutely nothing. Didn't like to leave it was so pleasant.

Egbert was friendly and helpful. Location was central and convenient. We felt safe. Self catering unit was nicer than main house. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms in the main house were very dark and poorly lit. For the girls doing make up for a wedding it was impossible. No doors on the bathrooms, which is not great. Towels were old and threadbare.

Lovely host. Striking decor. Very hospitable with shared space for drinks and cooking. The outdoor space is very nice too.

Very dim lighting. A few more charging points would be useful. We didn’t expect breakfast to be outsourced and provided offsite but it wasn’t too far away and very good.

Camera arredata con stile e gusto, ma poco funzionale. Il bagno è immenso e la camera è molto piccola (abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare lo spazio per mettere le valigie). Si può parcheggiare esternamente all'hotel, la zona è sicura e tranquilla anche alla sera, i ristoranti più vicini distano 1 km e sono raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione viene servita presso il grand hotel a 400 mt di distanza e prevede 3 opzioni a scelta.

Camera bella, ma poco funzionale. C'è poco spazio per i bagagli.

The decor is superb and the welcome and reception friendly and efficient. Bed was super comfy. Plenty of hot water. Some thoughtful little extras.

The whole set up is really pretty and everything was comfortable. Our reception was also really nice. Egbert was friendly and gave enough information without it dragging on.

Nothing really - the bar fridge standing Infront of the wash basin is weird, as it makes washing the cups a bit awkward, but we shifted it a bit and all was fine.

Has everything you need. Lots of fine detailed touches with proper coffee, tea, cappuccinos and milk and even cookies and rusks. Lovely setup.

Stoep light is on during the night and the room had light curtains. Struggled to sleep. Apparently the rooms on the other side is nice and dark.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen,lounge and.outside areas are very well equipped and neat. Beautiful setting!

Traffic infront of the guesthouse, especially through the night was quite bad with street racers. Nothing the guesthouse owner can do about it but it was very noisy. The open shower is big and convenient but all the water escapes through the open side onto the toilet and bathroom floor.

I loved everything about this accommodation. The pictures dont do the interior justice. The bathroom blew my mind, I wanted to exclusively hang out in there. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The lounge area has a lovely fireplace and a well equipped kitchen area. The value for money is incredible. Highly recommend.

Location is great although it is street parking there are a lot of cameras to keep an eye on your vehicle. Comfy rooms with very comfortable linen and very clean

The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The guest house is conveniently located. The communal lounge and kitchen facilities were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the warm fire that was lit daily. The host checked in daily to ask if we needed anything.

The room was a little on the small side, and had very little and impractical storage for clothing. We stayed for 4 nights, so we needed to unpack. The linen and towels, although clean, felt a bit old and in need of updating.

Modern, well maintained with thoughtful finishings. The communal kitchen was a big value add as it allowed us to make food and enjoy the warmth from the fireplace. Egbert was very helpful and friendly too. Exceptional value for money too.

Very nice and very good location

Didn't order breakfast, but our stay was absolutely wonderful. Loved the area outside, especially the Braai area.

Loved everything.

The rooms were well advertised, pretty and inviting pictures. Loved the yellow door and the courtyard at the back. The host was also very accommodating as we arrived much later than the initial check in time due to unforeseen delays.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable; both my husband and I woke up with backache. Felt like the bed sloped to the one side. We were also not prepared for the amount of noise from the road, trucks especially during the night and morning hours. It clearly is situated on a busy road. We however, being unfamiliar with Robertson was not aware of that. We did not get a very good night sleep. But I am sure that for those who will get the opportunity to make an informed decision will enjoy the hospitality and accommodation.

The property was beautiful. Walking distance from shops was only about 1km, so that was very handy.

De plaatsing van de lichtschakelaars. Je moest altijd uit bed om aan de andere kant het licht aan of uit te doen. Te weinig stopcontacten. Het zwembadje in echt heel klein.

Very warm welcome from the owner to a beautifully presented house with rooms that have every luxury. A very comfortable stay with a lovely courtyard and lounge area. Excellent location for exploring the area.

What a stunning little piece of heaven. So welcoming, stylish and beautifully decorated. Outdoor areas are so peaceful in tranquil surroundings. The accommodation was first class. Comfy beds and so well equipped.

We were in town for a wedding and booked out the entire home. There was ample communal areas that were beautifully designed and also allowed for personal space. A sunny entertainment home . It had everything we needed.

What a wonderful stay with good recommendations for dinner by the host who met us personally. A lovely bakery on the corner for a delicious breakfast too. We will definitely return again. Thank you Egburt - it felt like home!

The property is so stunning! Decorated and designed like something out of a magazine, lovely pool, braai area, communal kitchen. Super sad we didn’t know about it sooner, we will definitely be back and recommending to friends. Egbert was very efficient and friendly

This is an absolute gem. Beautifully decorated, safe, lots of attention to detail. Even rusks and homemade cookies in the unit. So neat and clean. Lovely braai area, even with wood, firelighters and matches.
