Loved how close it was to the centre and the price was amazing for 3 people.

The bed squeaked- that's all.

Room was lovely, bed very comfy and great location

De locatie.

Dat de kamer op de 2de etage was. Men heeft geprobeerd om op de 1ste etage voor een kamer maar dan was het toilet en douche op de gang. En daar had ik niet voor geboekt. En er was geen zithoek zoals in de brochure stond. Er was alleen een eetkamerstoel. Het makkelijk zitten moest je op bed doen.

Gute Ausstattung, Zimmer war gut und sauber, Betten ok. Auto konnte hinter dem Hotel bei Tesco auf dem Parkplatz geparkt werden.

Ontbijt (vegetarisch 'full Irish breakfast') was uitstekend, en de mooie ruim opgezette eetzaal zal me bijblijven. Je kunt er 's avonds ook goed dineren. De kamer was eveneens ruim en comfortabel. Al met al goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Kamer werd tussendoor niet opgeruimd.

the staff are the ONLY thing that lets this place down !...very young staff running around like headless chickens ...forgot orders ..huge wait for service at dinner ..didnt seem to be ANY dining room supervisors or management on hand !...breakfast staff seemed MUCH BETTER !...

The staff were nice and the food was good. Nice menu choice and the Lamb cutlets were delicious along with the side orders.

I managed to climb 2 flights of stairs with all my luggage but it would have been nice if a helping hand was offered. The furniture in the room is lovely but there was no luggage rack/stand to put suitcase on. The hairdryer cable wasn't long enough to dry my hair properly and the hairdryer itself was filthy dirty and sticky. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was empty. There was half a roll of paper on the window sill but wasn't clean as one of the sides had stains. 6th u

Keskeinen sijainti pikkukaupungin keskustassa, linnan raunioille kävelee 10 minuutissa. Aamiaisen sai 10 eurolla, mutta vasta kello 10 alkaen. Suihku kunnollinen eikä mikään lirutin. Sähköpistokkeiden kanssa pientä sumplimista, että kaiken sai lataukseen.

I couldn't open the window. And It was an arctic room. The shower tray had black marks but maybe it was old rather than dirty.

We had been badly let down by Booking.com in regars to our booking at Guest Lounge Nees, Following a whole afternoon and evening of search, we discovered that Guest Lounge had closed down! Jackson’s took all stops out to assist us by providing us with an extra night to what we had booked there as they could see that we were stranded with nowhere to stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great value.

Clean room. Nice size room. Great in town location.

Wifi did now work frequently which was difficult for me as I had some work to do. I had to go often to coffee shops to get wifi access and these had limits to operating hours. Also...any help needed to be gotten through restaurant staff which seemed like an imposition and/or online where there was not feedback that my requests for assistance were received or acted upon.

Staff where lovely, very helpful. Room was beautiful, bed so comfortable, great location, definitely be back

The showers aren't big.

Location is perfect. Room was small but perfectly formed. Staff on check in & out were friendly & pleasant.

A small thing but the pillows weren't great! The fire alarm went off about 7.45am, the morning after the clock changed, so very early. Not their fault but not ideal.

It was warm cosy and comfortable..

The fire 🔥 alarm 🚨 went off around 7:30 /8 am , there was no phone in rooms , no one came to check on us.. as you do you wait for a while to see will it just go off incase it was a false alarm.. but after 20 min we said we’d better get up and out incase plus as we were the highest level top floor the only way out was down 3 flights of stairs .. on the 2nd level we met with other confused residents that said they thought it was a false alarm it was next door and the alarm system were connected, there was only one member of staff with broken English that found it difficult to explain or understand what to do in an emergency situation.. i honestly wouldn’t like to be there if there was a fire , we would have to literally walk downstairs through it . Plus the fact that no one came to check on us or even check if people had assembled or got out of the rooms.. I know alarms go off and luckily it was a false alarm but I’d like to see it handled better ..
