The toilet seat was broken the towels had marks on it We were here on our honeymoon and it was so bad The guy who checked us in was not in the right state he was confused slow and didnt even know where we were All and all horrible worst place I have ever been too will never come back

The kitchen is easily accessible,clean , spontaneous.

Convenient, safe and clean. Views of Table Mountain and the ocean were spectacular.

These are minor issues - Room 1 bathroom sliding door is a bit jammed as you slide it (i think it’s too big) and there was no 2 point plug for the lamp on the bedside table by the window. Other than that everything was perfect.

When I arrived I was checked into room 5 - I could not open or close the main sliding door as it was jammed. They then moved me to room 6. Room 6 was outdated, dampness in the room with paint peeling off the walls. The Tv remote did not work, the toilet seat was broken the glass shelf to put shampoos on in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. Really not great at all. I was then moved to an upgraded room - room 4 which was larger and more comfortable, but by this time I was frustrated and angry.

The front line personal had to wake up to come and attend to us.

The property was clean and staff was very friendly.

The bathroom steam extractor was making a noise (room 2) but it was peaceful once I switched the bathroom light off and also, the tv remotes were not working (maybe batteries died, but I didn’t mention it to the staff because I didn’t see them when I left)

The guy Munya was very helpful. He brought us a heater in our room, showed us around

The lady at the front desk should be removed. Otherwise, she is going to ruin the whole business, not only the vacation of the guests. She was very rude to us, not helping. She just gave us the room keys, we had to figure it out where to get inside, and how to get inside. CHANGE THAT UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK BEFORE SHE RUIN THE WHOLE BUSINESS.

The location was okay. There is tea and coffee in the communal kitchen. Bedding and towels are changed daily. The room is cleaned daily. The staff is so friendly you will even forget that you are a visitor.

Well, everything was as expected as per my booking. So there isn't anything I did not like about the place. Though the outside dining table could use a bit of varnish for refurbishment.

It was so very very noisy,the whole night,ppl were in and out and very loud,no sleep!i was a very tired and moody person the next morning and i had to leave at 4am.tv remotes dont work.

Arrived in the evening and left early hours, so never got to see all, what I did see I would come back l.

Small thing that would make me think twice about staying for two nights or more when I’m in Cape Town as I come here once a month for a week. Is that the TV’s aren’t smart TV’s. Even if not logged into anything. Still gives the people the option on logging into there own Apple TV account or Netflix account

Mulenvo Guest House (59 Dolphin Drive, Blouberg) I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience during what was supposed to be a 2-night stay 3rd and 4th This 5 days after a 11 day stay at the same place Upon arrival, we were first informed that there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed booking for the current and following day. To make matters worse, when we mentioned our car had developed an issue during our planned 2-week trip in the area and was broken down ,immobile on the property. the groundsman/housekeeper became extremely confrontational. He was rude, spoke to us in an entitled manner, and used racial persona language that left us shocked and confused. He ultimately swore at us and told us to "fuck off the property. With this car, It will not stay here" Being treated this way - especially with discriminatory remarks and intoxication of groundsman & aggressive language - is completely unacceptable. We were left stranded with no accommodation and deeply upset by the way we were spoken to. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, and urge other travelers to consider alternative accommodation options in Blouberg.

Clean and quiet area

The guest house is well located.

There was way too many disturbances from other tenants. I'm sure they could have been more considerate of other guests. It is inappropriate for tenants to have other guests invited and or overnight at the establishment. There was no order as to who are legitimate in order to reduce or eliminate the noise and consider other guests.

The guests were shouting all night on the top of their voices and playing music till 6am in the morning, got NOOOOO sleep. NO management there!!!!!!!!!!

We loved everything😍🤗 The lady in front very nice and welcoming❤ We were even upgraded to the other room which was stunning 👌🏾 and we loved were it is situated, it is close to everything and its easy to navigate the place

The bed linen and bathroom were filthy. Moved to a cheaper room and the xupboard doors were falling off and the sliding doors were stiff. I was promised a refund by the staff but as yet no refund. Terrible

Maintenance at property is shocking, e.g. Peeling painted paving, towels old and worn, rusty old fridges at pool area, bad damp in ceilings and walls, other guests were very noisy and anti-typical of standard portrayed by the web listing, the experience was very disappointing even though the facilities were clean and the staff very helpful.

I love everything. The location , where the guesthouse is. It's peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly. Overall , it was good and I liked everything.

Neat & well located guest house with good privacy and my room with great sea view.

It was clean. Its close to the beach. Nice to walk around and just 2minutes you there. Close to shops. Balcony is nice for outdoor eating. There's a indoor pool.

You can hear loud noise from outside the room..people talking loud. Didn't like that kitchen has to be shared with other tenants. Toilet are very small with shower being onto of each other. Cold water running. We dud not get hot water from the tap or shower.

Very clean with comfy mattress and lovely hot water in the shower. Staff very helpful. And a security guard on duty which made us feel safe and he was super helpful as well.

The cleanliness and the friendly staff...

Because it was a very chilly night I wish there were extra blankets in the cabinet since there was no electrical blanket or AC in the room we were in. Not sure if they are offered on request but that's the only thing they should consider but other than that we had a great stay.

The mini fridge is noisy The bedroom door doesn't seal The shower is missing half a door You can hear every sound.....from people prepping food in the communal kitchen, talking in the room next door.
