The family unit bathroom was terrible needs upgrade. Kitchen needs upgrade. We paid much more at Nobis in peak season verses North hill and Olive hill accommodation. I did info Alex. The aircon was very noisy.

Everything was perfect, but the WiFi strength was weak so we could not watch TV nicely.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026The room was very spacious for a family of 4. Plus, there were board games available. The rooms have one of the most comfortable beds ever.
The pool was not cleaned, and it was super hot on both days. There are no welcoming staff even though they are on site. Only came out when we struggled with figuring out where to find the key to our room. There was noise either from the stadium close by or some venue that went on till the early hours of the morning on both days.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The house is very beautiful, clean and safe. Safe to say that we felt at home. Alex was helpful in making sure we check in even though we arrived late at night. Oh and hot water in the shower, excellent.
Maybe a little consideration with the shower door size in room 4. It was too small and I happen to have a baby bump haha.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The area of the guest house was exactly what we required - right on Grey College's doorstep. The layout and setting in the garden was awesome, and we always felt safe. However, the interior was not 'quite' as per the pictures. (This was for Unit 1 - the others may differ). A little 'spruce' up would get an overall 10 from us.

The room was a little rundown and the bathroom and cupboard didn't close properly. The crockery was sticky and I had to ask them to clean it. The towels were worn and the shower head needs to be replaced.
