The guesthouse is beautiful and at a good area and surroundings

The owner must get a good iron, the iron takes forever. No hangers or place hang when one is traveling for business it will be disaster.

Stunning woman that hosts. She met us in entry, everything was ready, super clean, comfortable and organized. The system works properly and we were very impressed.

The room is spacious with a beautiful bathroom and a stunning view. Great value for money. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

It was close to places but still outside of town. For the price you pay you get everything you need.

The property was great, the stay was amazing. A very beautiful house I won’t lie. The problem is how strict the security was with the minimal noise. Also I believe a smart TV with YouTube, Spotify and Netflix should be introduced a long with a better selection of breakfast

The playing facilities for the kids really made real value for money. Big spacious backyard with nice green grass created healthy atmosphere. Swimming pool was also awesome. Braai stands and facilities were cherry on top

The absence of drinking water tap and basin for dishes and cups in the living room. It is so unhygienic to get drinking water from the bathroom and also wash dishes & cups in the bathroom

The room was not value for money, there wasn’t hot water in the room. No electric blanket as the weather was not good.

Nothing. The guesthouse as advertised on Booking.com was not an accurate representation of the state of the guesthouse when we arrived.

The guesthouse is in dire need of maintenance and care as can be seen from the photos taken from inside the property. We feel that the condition of the property as reflected on Booking.com falsely advertised the condition of the property and we require a full refund. Photo's 1 and 5: washing on the washing line as well as from the tree, in front of the property as you enter the gate. We requested a full refund which was declined.

Well located, safe, clean and neat. It was nice and quiet gardens are big and more than enough area to walk around.

Would have liked to be able to buy a cool drink and get a decent coffee.

The location is good, we did not end up staying there, after picking up the keys and seeing property we deciced to forfit the money we paid and found alternative accomodation. Beds had clean white linen on them.

Property is worn and in a bad state. Carpets are full of stains, paint and plaster on walls are chipped. Looks like it could have been an impressive building years ago but now it definetly does not is not up to standard.

That the power was down from about 5 the Saturday and we had to leave early as we could not sleep due to the heat as the power was still down the next morning at 5. No back-up power source. Nothing they could do as it was not something on their side, but this should be expected from SA.

Clear clarification on the process of booking about breakfast, because I thought breakfast is included when making a payment, but unfortunately not included.

Clean house, beautiful views,big rooms. You get coffee station,plenty cabinet space,a TV and lovely breakfast. Great for families.

the bathroom could do with a little bit of a makeover the outside light was on the whole night, the curtains couldnt close properly and therefore the light bothered us

Tranquil atmosphere. Far away from the inner city noise. Big clean swimming pool. Only one incident that nearly spoiled our stay when my daughter was bitten by a bug while climbing on the zip line. There was no first aid kit and we had to trust Doctor Google.

The fact that there was no first aid kit for such a big and nice place. No one could assist us and we had to fall around until we consulted Dr Google. Also no one came to ask how my daughter was doing

The place is very good, clean and very accommodating.

The breakfast is average, if they combine with the overall amount, it would be superb
