Excellent Breakfast that we had. The kitchen staff were friendly and would adjust the preparation based on the client's preferences efficiently. The dining room was well set with comforting messages that soothe the mind when one is enjoying the meal.

The rooms have mats on the bed sides during the cold season. Kitchen towels for surface wiping after rinsing utensils.

We had a very pleasant stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. The accommodation was tidy, clean, and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt safe thanks to the good security. Having a television in the room was also appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we would happily recommend it.

Clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were big and spacious. Full Dstv. It was everything we needed to get a good nights rest after a long drive before heading home.

Bathroom towels being grey, i can't see the Cleaniles of dark towels i need to able to see,if they can please look onto that, the teabags should be covered too please don't let them exposed like that.

A beautiful estate not far from the highway. Secure parking. Helpful staff. The room was very clean so was the bathroom. The shower had lots of pressure and enough hot water. The bed was so comfortable and ample blankets. There was a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast was so tasty and enough. Worth having the breakfast included. Coffee was lovely. The view from the dining room was beautiful.

The cutlery that was in the room was very sparce. Surely it would not cost to much to have 4 knives, forks and spoons. A sharp knife and at least 2 dishing up spoons. A few wine glasses would be great. There was no washing up liquid so I could not was our 2 plates and coffee cups. There was not even a washing up cloth or dish cloth nothing. I could not wipe the counter top clean before bed. Surely with a lovely estate and tasteful rooms a few more rand could be spend for cutlery, plates, glasses and then cleaning aids. We had to go to bed with a dirty countertop and dishes which smelt of food the entire evening and then make coffee with dirty spoons and mugs as we could not wash them and there were only 2.

Surprisingly we got into the guesthouse and waited to be assisted but the front desk had no one. Would have been a warm gesture to have someone at the front desk to welcome us and introduce themselves.Loved everything about the room,just wished the bed had an electric blanket since it’s winter season.

The included breakfast is definitely a winner. Gardens are exquisite.

On arrival we enquired if it was possible for our breakfast to be packed so that we would just collect and go , the staff member(gentleman )indicated that it was okay . The following day after 07h30, when the reception was approached about the same request, a lady employee declined that request and said that they didn’t have containers. Unfortunately we were late for our function in Bloemfontein and we couldn’t sit down and eat breakfast.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The breakfast was top quality — fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. The staff were incredibly considerate, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The level of comfort provided truly made it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone and will definitely be telling everyone I know about it. I look forward to visiting again!

I did not like the idea of the breakfast being pre-prepared. The omelette needs to be removed from the menu, or find someone who knows how to prepare it. If there were at least 4 sets of utensils in the room, it would help; moreover, there was no soap or dishcloth to wash the dishes yourself.

Breakfast was really good, lots of choices and good quality. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very very comfortable. Linen was good quality.

The grounds were very clean and well maintained, the only suggestion I would have is for a small area with some lawn where children can run around.

When we arrived at around 7.00pm, we could not access the property. Although there were 2 cell numbers to call for entrance, no one answered, even after numerous calls to both numbers. Luckily a current resident let us in and gave us a number for a caretaker on the property, who then assisted us with our rooms. If it wasn't for the kindness of others, we would have to continue our journey to Jhb. This did cause a bit of stress at the time.

The air-conditioning needs service from time to time, there was an awful smell coming from it when turning to heat. The towels needs fabric softener, they don't smell nice.

The breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. They do not offer dinner, but you can order from a restaurant menu and they deliver free of charge, including wine and beer. Room has a lovely deck and was spacious and clean. Parking is safe and secure.

I have sent numerous emails asking for an invoice, as I booked this accommodation for a colleague. If you need an invoice post stay to submit as a work trip, maybe think of staying somewhere else.

Honestly there was nothing i did not like about the place. The area is very well taken care of and the privacy was awesome. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Thank you for the awesome service. Next time i will stay for breakfast.

Towels smelled damp. Cannot enter gate without South African mobile phone/ access to international calls. A towel hook next bathroom sink would be appreciated and practical.
