Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Bellissima guesthouse su più livelli, con camera e spazi comuni molto ampi. Dotata di una cucina ben attrezzata, con scomparti riservati alle varie camere. Letti molto comodi e il bagno privato, anche se non è in camera, è come se lo fosse, perché è proprio accanto e c'è una porta scorrevole che consente di isolare la camera e il bagno dal resto della guesthouse. Accoglienza super da parte dell'host, molto disponibile e reattivo nelle comunicazioni. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro, con tanti ristoranti e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze e che consente di raggiungere tutto a piedi. Super consigliata!
La presenza di un locale vicino alla guesthouse, dove la sera si può creare un po' di rumore. Noi, comunque, siamo riusciti a dormire benissimo.

Kedže je to v centre, je tu hluk, oproti ubytovaniu z baru hluk až do rána, treba s tým rátať.

The house including kitchen and shared bathroom are spotless, making you feel at home. A lovely gift was left at our door before leaving. There was also the opportunity to leave the luggage after check out.

Les chambres sont spacieux ainsi que la salle de bain partagée, très pratique. Grande cuisine partagée très bien organisé et fonctionnelle. En plus c’est en plein centre ville.

The accommodation was good and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is almost in the city center, with many nice cafes nearby.
The only downside was parking, as it can be quite difficult to find a spot close to the property. However, there is a large free parking area about a 10-minute walk away, which solves the issue.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Daniel is the nicest host that I have encountered staying in air b&bs. He helped me at every opportunity and has an enthusiastic, cheerful personality. I love that they took a lovely old house and turned it into a rooming house. And the house is lovely! It also has a nice outdoor terrace. Plus it's situated in easy walking distance to the many bars and restaurants in downtown Ponta Delgada. I will stay here again any time I return to Sao Miguel.
There was not a thing I didn't like.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The kitchen was spacious, fully furnished, and well-equipped for cooking. There was also a large common area that made the space feel open and welcoming. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Ricardo e Daniel sono stati molto cordiali. Molto utile è anche la possibilità di lasciargli i bagagli dopo l'orario del check out. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
