Öncelikle konumu çok güzeldi. Manzara inanılmazdı. Odalarda ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Bize araba kiralamamızda ve havalimanı transferi için çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımızın hepsine cevap verdi kendisine teşekkür ediyorum. Odamız her gün temizlendi temiz havlular ve çarşaflar müthişti. Mutfağı olması da ayrı güzeldi mikrodalga tost makinesi mutfak malzemeleri buzdolabı her şey vardı yani kısacası. Balkonu çok güzeldi sabahları manzara eşliğinde kahve içmek çok güzeldi. Prasline bir daha gelirsem eğer tekrar burada kalmak isterim.

Karınca problemi vardı ancak yatakta hiç görmedim rahatsız edici derecede değildi açıkçası.

La struttura è davvero in una posizione ottima, molto bella e curata. Si trova proprio di fronte alla spiaggia di Côte D'or, dispone di parcheggio ed è anche possibile trovarlo nelle immediate vicinanze, è vicino a ristoranti, take away, market e banche per prelevare (tutto a 5 min a piedi) Inoltre, si trova a soli 5 minuti di auto dal porto, a metà strada per le altre spiagge più belle e la Valle de mai. Di facilissimo accesso. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastisk utsikt till havet från balkongen, en av de bästa stränderna, Anse Volbert, precis utanför, smakfullt inredda rum med en härlig och rymlig balkong där man kunde inta sina måltider eller läsa, rent, underbar personal som gjorde vistelsen personlig.

Vi saknade inget, uppfyllde våra förväntningar.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were always beautifully made up, the view was stunning, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Will come back.

The air conditioner is positioned directly above the bed, so it blows straight onto the guests. We experienced some issues with the water pressure. There were insects in the bathroom at night. There was quite a lot of noise from a construction site next door during the day.

La chambre vue mer au 1 er étage était fantastaique, la plage juste à 2 pas, il suffit de traverser la route, l'emplacement central, avec plusieurs boutiques, take away, et restaurant à distance de marche Juliette à l'accueil a été une hôte attentionnée et très disponible répondant à toutes mes questions avant même mon arrivée et également sur place. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés. Inutile de réserver vos activités en ligne, l'hôte propose un catalogue d'activités et même la possibilité de louer une voiture à des prix avantageux directement sur place.

This accommodation was truly a hidden gem. The rooms were spacious and very practically furnished. Coffee, tea, sugar, and even cooking oil were regularly replenished. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for simple cooking. The only small thing I missed was a soup ladle 😀. Overall, everything was excellent and I would happily stay here again. Although check-out was at 10 a.m., we were kindly allowed to stay in the room until 11 a.m. while waiting for our taxi, which we really appreciated.

Weak water pressure in the shower

It is situated on a busy road with construction next door- very noisy and we felt that we could not stay in our room during the construction houts.

Permanent lack of water in that they only switched on the water pump when we requested it.

Great location!!! Next to the most beautiful beach. We had a see view room. Beautiful view. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Car park. Fully equipped kitchen. The only thing what we missed is a washing machine, would be nice to have. Cleaning lady was looking after us so very well. I would highly recommend this property

Wir wurden hier ganz herzlich von dem tollem Personal empfangen. Das Appartement ist t sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und von dem Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den Strand. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür und wenn man diesen nicht nutzen möchte wurden uns Taxen organisiert. Fußläufig gibt es Supermärkte, Take aways und Bankautomaten. Der Fond Ferdinand ist sehr empfehlenswert und man sollte unbedingt die Führung mitmachen. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Appartement mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt. Große Zimmer mit schönem Bad und großer Terrasse. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ließ den Stress der Anreise sofort vergessen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I stay second time in this apartments. And if i go next time, i will come only here. The best beach for rest and swimming (i tried many on the island). Apartments nice, clean. Every day cleaning. Big size bed. Big room. All top. I used internet from the room on the beach 🏖️ under the palm. Very close you can eat Leo food. Nice food for low price. You have Beraya hotel not far, here you can eat buffet dinner, every day different. Seafood buffet is ok. About 40e price. Highly recommended choice.

The hotel ist directly at the beach Cote D’Or. The rezeptionist Juliette was very kind and helped you with everything. The Housekeeping did an exceptional work also. We ordered breakfast and they prepared it directly in your room. All in all we had a perfect time.

The guest house was fantastic and totally exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Right opposite and absolutely gorgeous beach and close to shops and restaurants. I don't think we could have picked anywhere better to stay. Staff were really pleasant and they put a lovely message in our room for celebrating our honeymoon.

Niestety zostaliśmy naciągnięci na dodatkowe opłaty przy zameldowaniu. Właścicielka obiektu stwierdziła że 3letnie dziecko śpiące z rodzicami w 1 łóżku musi zostać obciążone dodatkowa opłata która nie została doliczona ani ujęta na booking.com. Wg niej był to BŁĄD booking.com że w rezerwacji widniał wpis „Twoje dziecko może spać w łóżku z rodzicami bez opłat”. Doliczono nam po 30 euro za dobę. Właścicielka była stanowcza i niesympatyczna. Zaznaczę, że nie była to rodowita kreolka lecz starsza biała kobieta

Great location, very nice garden, near the beach, beautiful view from the balcony,close to the shops and restaurants, comfortable beds, very nice host.

The equipment in the kitchen is quite old, the AC could be cleaned since moldy smell coming from it. Beach looks beautiful but we were not comfortable swimming there since stingrays occure there and the visibility of the water at the shore is not good .

We stayed on the top floor in the two-bedroom apartment. Brilliant quality accommodation. Spacious with nice décor and high quality furnishings. Really comfortable. You get a bit of noise from the village but it never seemed to go late and it didn’t bother us. We also didn’t find an issue with the road as I read in a couple of reviews. Welcoming staff and nice friendly security guy. Welcome drinks and cold flannels in the fridge for our arrival which was a nice touch. This is a great place to stay on Praslin. Nowhere on Praslin is very big, that’s its charm, but Anse Volbert has a decent size village with a fair few shops and places to stay. This is just a few mins walk from L’hirondelle. We really liked Les Lauriers for dinner and Le Mer takeaway.

Spacious and well-decorated rooms, with a great view over the beach. Smoothies and 2 bottles of water already in the fridge upon our check-in. Very attentive staff, decorating the room with flowers every day. Very close to the beach and to minimarkets, take-away places etc. Convenient parking space available in front of the hotel. Beach towels provided daily.

Some appliances were a bit rusty. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, but a few ants did manage to find their way in. No elevator (to be expected), but having to carry luggage yourself in upper floors was a little bit tiresome. No shampoo and shower gel provided, which would be expected considering the price and the rest of the amenities.

Very nice and spacious room with an equipped kitchen. I especially liked the close proximity to the beach (just have to cross the street). Staff was helpful and friendly, the night guard even helped us with receiving our delayed baggage that arrived late in the evening. The guesthouse is also close to the bus stop and to many restaurants, supermarkets and an ATM.

This is the best accomodation on the best island. The hotel is almost on the beach. And beach is amazing. For swimming and relax we like it more then Ans Lacio. Wonderful excursion to Curios with dinner and snorkeling. Creol dinner -it must have. Helpful stuff. I highly recommend it is the best where we live on 3 islands.

Low flexibility in the last day for a shower. It was requested to pay an extra to use the "guest shower" after the check out. 😐

Near to a beautiful beach, this place is amazing. It has everything you need (they even provided beach towels and umbrellas) and it’s really close to s/markets , restaurants, bank etc . They would clean our room every day and the staff was really friendly!

Beautiful views from the second floor apartment and everything was very clean. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen. The staff was vey friendly and helpful and they even have a security guard at night who was super nice. The location is perfectly located right in front of Cote D'or Beach with parking right in front of the property and it is in walking distance of a good supermarket and the best Take Away in our opinion from all 3 islands which is Ma's Takeaway.

The location sea front, and Magi the lady at reception was very helpful and professional.

-Our room was in the second floor. We had to handle our heavy luggages alone 2 floors as no staff is there to help, while just arriving from long trip. - The breakfast experience proposed by the hotel at the appartement where staff are coming to prepare for you was not worth it.

Very comfortable apartment.it got cleaned properly everyday.organizing rental cars and so on worked without a problem. Lot of excursions start at the beach in front of L'Hirondelle.

Look, I know the Seychelles aint cheap,but raraely have I ever witnessed a worse case of robbery than what they wanted to charge me for a single use of the laundry service...25 Euros.

We liked the property as each room was a proper apartment with its veranda facing the garden. Plenty of room inside and outside, kitchen had all the necessary needed, the veranda was very comfortable for having meals or just chill on the beach chairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the mosquito net was very clean and useful. The couch and desk were also very useful, toilet was very spacious. Staff incredibly kind and always willing to help. The place is right in front of a very nice beach, just bring mosquito spray and body oil because there are sand bugs everywhere on the beach!!

The location is excellent. The apartment house is located next to the beautiful beach, just a few steps away from the village with shops and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Towels were changed every day. The friendly and helpful staff made sure that our stay was excellent.

Beautiful facility located across the street from the beach

Perfect location and clean house ❤️

The house is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Praslin. From the balcony of our apartment on the first floor, we had a fantastic view of the beach in front of us. Miles of white sandy beach, ideal for swimming and walking. During the monsoon season in July and August, the sea can also be quite turbulent, so that you don't get to see much of the otherwise wonderful underwater world. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with high-quality wooden furniture. The highlight is the large four-poster bed with a mosquito net, on which the room staff set up artistically folded bath towels, decorated with hibiscus blossoms every day. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. On request even an extra-large fish pan. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper were provided. We felt really comfortable all around and would come again at any time.

Street in front of the house can be pretty noisy.

Excellent location. Handy for bus stops, beach activities and all the lovely local restaurants. We felt completely immersed in nature and the vibe was total relaxation. We loved our room with its comfortable bed and quiet air con. It all made for a great sleep. Housekeepers and reception were kind, professional and very friendly.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay is available, The location is wonderful, directly at the most beautiful peaceful stretch of beach. Just a short walk away from restaurants, the fishmarket and supermarkets.

I had a really comfortable stay here, veranda is spacious where the sea view is fantastic (rm 7), apartment is a good size and really clean. There’s a security guard at night. Theres a lot of attention to detail like providing oil, salt and tea/coffee, which many self catering places don't but makes a big difference! Also things like providing wet towels on arrival (to cool yourself in the heat) and an umbrella in the room. There’s parking on the property, they arranged car hire for me. The location is perfect! 5 mins from the jetty, well placed to explore the island, there’s a bus stop just outside and it’s beside one of the best beaches on the island (in that season). Also its a minute from the village but far enough from hubbub of the village. They provide beach towels and there’s plenty of tree cover.

The proprietor wasn't my fav person I met in Seychelles, professional and friendly enough but I found her manner a bit stern. Maggi is awesome, she helped me out with an issue. Their taxi driver Robert charged me just under £20 for the 5 min journey from the jetty, I managed to get a return taxi for cheaper. You can get the bus to and from the jetty but not sure if you can take luggage on it.

The guesthouse is very nice and located in front of the beach and the bus stop. There is everything you need to cook and just the house before is an amazing restaurant.

The breakfast is very expensive compared to what is served and personally i do not like to have someone who cook in my room.

Very close to the beach Anse Coteb Dòr, great for swimming and snorkeling. Nice outdooor area, well eqiuptedd kitchen and helpful and proffesional staff. Extra plus for excellent and reliable Wifi. There´s a variety of restauurants in walking distance and a few grocery stores as well igf you like to self-cater.A really nice place to stay!

Great location, many shops and restaurants around with the best takeaway at Ma's. Beautiful Côte Dor beach is just on your doorstep. As it was our honeymoon we had a beautiful welcome by the hotel with rose petals and delicious drinks and cold towels to cool down on a hot day. The apartment has a great standard and it had everything that you might need. It was also cleaned on a daily basis which was very helpful. In overall we were very happy with our stay. Praslin generally was stunning in everyway.

Maybe little bit too pricey We agreed to habe some flower decoration in the room because my wife and I were celebrating honeymoon and there was nothing on the arrival.

The beach is right across the street and there are nearby restaurants within walking distance. The bus also stops right in front of the property. The room was also clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen.

There were ants crawling around everywhere in the kitchen which made me not want to cook. There were also ants crawling around the bathroom, but they mostly kept to a corner.

Clean and nice rooms with a beautiful ocean view, similair to the photos. There is a road that separates the house from the beach with some traffic, however the bedroom is nice and quiet. The room was made up every day and fresh towels provided, including beach towels at request.

Do not book a taxi trough the hotel - the taxi driver charged us 2-3 x normal rates. In addition, at one point the taxi booked via the reception did not show up, causing us to almost miss our jetty.

It was close to everything. Staff is nice and super helpful. Breakfast on the balcony are delicious. Very spacious and comfortable. Beach in front is one of the best of the island. Very easy to get there from ferry.

The place has amazing central location right next across the beach. They helped us with everything to make our trip enjoyable: car remtal, restaurant bookings, boat tour irganization, taxi deuver and so on. They were very kind and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you need: kitchen appliances, dishes, everything. The view from the balcony was lovely. The apartment was decorated very nicely.

One side of the bed was very soft and a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms were less elegant compared with the rest of the apartment
