Beautiful, spacious apartment with a great view over Cote Dor. Extremely clean - the apartment is cleaned daily. The hosts are very friendly and live nextdoor, so they are always nearby if needed. We were able to rent a car from them at a very fair price and the hosts were very flexible regarding pick-up / drop-off location and time. The location is great, 5min walk from several restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. We loved Leo’s food bus for cheap food & drinks

One minor thing - there is a very steep hill to climb / drive up to reach the property, which shouldn’t be an issue if you are a bit fit

The Staff was very friendly and helpful! The views from the balcony are stunning, it looks better than on the pictures.

Wir waren 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren total zufrieden. Die beiden Gastgeber sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wirklich gut ausgestattet und zum selbst kochen gut geeignet. Unschlagbar ist natürlich der tolle Blick von dem Balkon. Durch die Lage ist es außerdem total privat und man hat seine Ruhe. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Strand mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen, außerdem ist eine Bushaltestelle sehr nah. Man kann problemlos über die App und mit einem QR Code den lokalen Bus nutzen (8 Rupien pro Fahrt) der die ganze Insel abfährt, weshalb wir auch ohne Auto gut rumgekommen sind. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Amazing location (beautiful sea view, garden, peaceful). The owners Pamela and André are super kind and welcoming and they went the extra mile to help me with my everyday requests and questions. Also they were super reactive when I contacted them via WhatsApp for any query. Kudos to them and to the fantastic guesthouse they have !!

Przepiękny widok z balkonu, mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone i bardzo czyste. Obsługa wspaniała, zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Na miejscu można wypożyczyć samochód w świetnej cenie, dostaliśmy samochód praktycznie z salonu z kilkuset kilometrowym przebiegiem. Obsługa zorganizowała też dla nas taksówkę powrotną na prom. Do plaży jest 5 minut szybkiego marszu.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Für den Anstieg bzw. die Anfahrt benötigt man einen Mietwagen - sonst ist es sehr beschwerlich. Die Klimaanlage kühlt so richtig nur den Schlafbereich, die Küche und den Wohnbereich nur sehr wenig.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w apartamencie. Właściciele obiektu niezwykle mili, pomocni i serdeczni dzięki czemu czuliśmy się od początku zaopiekowani. Największym atutem był przepiękny widok z apartamentu - każdego dnia mogliśmy podziwiać widok na ocean oraz zachody słońca.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Exotic Guest House. Le gîte est spacieux avec une cuisine équipée, une grande salle de bain ainsi qu'un balcon avec une très belle vue sur l'océan (la montée est un peu raide, mais cela est vite oublié quand on apprécie la vue). Le jardin est très joli et entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires ainsi que de leur employé. Nous recommandons fortement ce gîte: 10/10

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, da nicht weit zum schönsten Strand der Insel. Der Blick mit Sonnenaufgang ist wirklich schön. Man sollte hier ein Auto haben, da die Auffahrt steil nach oben geht.

Wie man die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon verbauen kann wird ein Rätsel für mich bleiben. Man muss sich zwischen, auf dem Balkon sitzen und den Blick genießen und kaltem Schlafbereich entscheiden. Wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet ist, kann man nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen (sehr laut).

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt leicht erhöht, sodass man einen wunderschönen Blick zum Meer hat. Außerdem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und wunderschön. Danke wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing view from the balcony to drink your morning coffee. Clean, good privacy, and everything worked flawlessly. I'd say very good value for the money.

The guest house is located on a steep hill and the last steep meters require probably good confidence if you arrive by rental car (we used taxis which obviously had no problems to get all the way up there) but on the otherhand you get the amazing view.

La casa è molto carina, dotata di tutto quello che serve immersa nella giungla e con una bella vista sull’oceano. Una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è la pulizia e la sistemazione dell’alloggio ogni giorno e la cura nei piccoli dettagli (stoviglie lavate da loro, sistemazione dei cavi dei caricabatterie e ci hanno anche lasciato della frutta) Staff sempre disponibili ed educati Lo consigliamo!

Everything - the location, the apartment, the owners and staff. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are all amenities to cook if you like. The wifi is good. The bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. There are birds singing throughout the day and when evening is approaching, fruit bats start to fly. We had a friendly visitor - gecko - the first day :). The owners are also renting cars - I recommend, the car was good and everything went fine. The owners live in the house nearby so if you need them, they are there - for advice, help or anything else. I recommend 100%. Thank you, Pamela and Andre, I wish you all the best.

The first time you see the road to the apartment you think: that''s too steep, especially if you come with car. You just need to get used to it, it goes fine.

The view from our terrace was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped, also the kitchen. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The way up to the house is steep but not long and easily doable. There is fast internet/good wlan also to do video calls.

La struttura è molto accogliente e l'ambiente è fresco. Nella cucina c'è tutto anche per cucinare o fare la colazione. A pochi passi dall'ottimo takeaway e dalla spiaggia. La host fantastica! La salita è ripida ma breve

A little bit difficult to climb up to the house if you don t have a car.

Clean guest house ,close to supermarket. Less than two minutes walk to get the bus.5 minutes walk to the beach and food truck ,very cooperative staff member with its attractive ocean view.

Расположение номера - очень крутой подъем и в описании ничего об этом не сказано. При заселении спросили у хозяина есть ли возможность заказать такси от парома, на что сказали - ловите там на стоянке, мы в этом помочь не можем, хотя админстраторы других апартаментов в этой поездке это делали. При заселении нам не было сказано что оплата на месте возможна только наличными, поскольку хозяина апартаментов нет на месте. У нас было всего 2 дня в этих апартаментах и когда написали хозяину за день до выезда что хотели бы рассчитаться картой - он ответил что на другом острове (Маэ) и спишет со счета booking.com. На booking.com была карта которая не работала на Сейшелах (мы этого точно не знали, деньги на ней были) и поэтому мы хотели рассчитаться в апартаментах. Я написал об этом в поддержку booking.com и попросил чтобы заменили карту оплаты (другая карта была в личном кабинете booking.com). Мы выехали и уже после этого через сутки хозяин апартаментов начал писать что мы уехали не рассчитавшись и начал требовать номер и срок действия другой карты чтобы он смог списать деньги. В ином случае он обратится в полицию и иммиграционную службу заявив что мы уехали не рассчитавшись. Обращаться в поддержку booking.com он отказался.

Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt und ist super sauber. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist das absolute Highlight. Wunderschön... Vielen Dank an Pamela und ihre Mitarbeiter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen...

Красивый вид из окна на океан, шикарная ванная комната, удобная кровать, можно взять машину на прокат у хозяев, рядом есть и магазины и take away несколько мест. Пляж тоже совсем недалеко. Дом находится на возвышенности и для комфортного передвижения нужна машина. Хотя мы и пешком ходили гулять на пляж. Очень дружелюбный хозяин, готовый помочь . На Рождество нам сделали небольшой, но очень приятный подарочек. В общем мы остались довольны.

Piękny widok z tarasu, lubiliśmy tam spędzać wieczory. Właściciele byli mili i przyjaźni, zameldowanie odbyło się szybko i bez problemów. Komunikatywni właściciele, jak coś potrzebowaliśmy to nam pomagali (np. z rezerwacją na Anse Georgette). Podobało nam się, że pokój był duży z przestronną łazienką. Apartament był codziennie sprzątany. Z apartamentu mieliśmy blisko do plaży, punktów gastronomicznych i bankomatów. Chcielibyśmy tutaj wrócić w przyszłości:)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was spacious, the house was very well equipped and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to a beautiful beach and nice restaurants.

The best place we have been to in Seychelles that truly offers everything. The staff were some of the best we met during our entire trip and both the owners and the team were incredibly nice. The view from the room was great. The location is a bit uphill but definitely worth it. The room was very big, clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and if we ever visit Praslin again we will definitely stay here. A really great place. One hundred thousand out of ten.

Very spacious and clean apartment. The owners were incredibly friendly and always happy to answer my questions. The gentleman who cleaned the apartment was also very knowledgeable about the area and offered great local tips. The sea view is absolutely stunning — you can even spot bats flying at night! I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Logement très spacieux, propre et confortable. Pamela est une hôte très prévenante et arrangeante. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins et la vue depuis le logement est fabuleuse ! Nous recommandons une voiture pour accéder au logement car la côte est un peu rude à pied et avec les bagages

Ottima Guest House a Praslin, molto consigliata, bellissima la vista sul mare dalla terrazza. Si può arrivare a piedi alla spiaggia di Anse Volbert, ma è preferibile avere un'auto a noleggio. Noi l'abbiamo noleggiata direttamente con i gestori della Guest House e ci siamo trovati bene.

Einfach ein Traum! Andre und seine Frau sind extrem nett und immer hilfsbereit, geben gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und können u.a. auch ein Mietauto organisieren. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Das Bad ist riesig und das große Bett sehr komfortabel. Wir waren mit unserer Tochter zu dritt da und es hat alles gepasst. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, allerdings ist das natürlich mit einem ordentlichen Aufstieg entweder zu Fuß oder besser mit dem Mietwagen verbunden. Es ist immer jemand da, der sich um das Haus und die Apartments kümmert. Wenn gewünscht, wird sogar täglich sauber gemacht. Es gibt auch einen Wäsche-Service. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Very clean and big room with a/c and ceiling fan. Beautiful sea view from the bedroom. 15 minutes walk to Anse Volbert beach, restaurants, ATM’s and supermarkets. Very comfortable bed. The owner is very kind.

Muy buena ubicacion, super vistas al mar, a 5-10 minutos andando de la playa y de zona de restauracion, nos gusto mucho tambien la hospitalidad de los dueños asi como la casa que tenia todo lo necesario de manaje, volveriamos a quedarnos alli sin lugar a dudas!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Appartement ist wunderschön mit einer fantastischen Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Anse Volbert. Es ist alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt auf Praslin benötigt. Der Strand und auch die Restaurants kann man man fussläufig gut erreichen. Wir haben sehr gern am Abend bei Leos Foodbus lecker und preiswert gegessen. Leider waren wir nur für 4 Tage auf Praslin, gerne wären wir noch länger in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft geblieben. Wir hoffen in 2 Jahren wieder Urlaub auf den Seychellen machen zu können und werden dann einige Tage länger auf Praslin bleiben. Auf jeden Fall werden wir dann wieder gerne im Exotic Guesthouse bei Pamela und ihrer Familie buchen. Wir sagen ganz herzlich danke für die schöne Zeit auf Praslin.

Tout simplement incroyable apres 3 semaine aux Seychelles , ce fut notre meilleur logement. La grande classe un 10/10 Standard européen, logement immaculée d'un calme remarquable. Le personnel est serviable et souriant un sans faute. Allez y les yeux fermés !

La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata molto negativa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un grave problema con la sicurezza: un oggetto personale di valore è sparito dalla nostra stanza e non abbiamo ricevuto il supporto o l’attenzione adeguata dal personale con gestione inaccettabile dell’accaduto. Questo ci ha fatto sentire molto a disagio e non tutelati. Sconsiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca affidabilità e serietà.

Exotic guest house ci è piaciuta tantissimo, appartamento pulito e accogliente, fornito di tutti i servizi. Pamela fantastica! Grazie ancora della tua gentilezza. Durante il nostro soggiorno non avevamo preso la macchina, un giorno pioveva, Pamela ci ha incontrati per caso per strada e ci ha accompagnati nelle 2 delle 3 salitone che portano all’appartamento. Una volta però che vedi l’alba li, ti rendi conto che tutte le salite del mondo meritano pur di vedere questa bellezza. L’ultimo giorno dovevamo prendere il traghetto per Mahe nel pomeriggio e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli da loro senza problemi. Grazie! Maria e Andrea

Un service de nettoyage quotidien assure la propreté du logement. Un service de location de voiture est disponible au sein de la propriété.

L’appartamento che ci è stato riservato è un monolocale spazioso e pulito, con la zona notte divisa dalla cucina. La cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire per fare colazione o cenare. Il bagno è enorme, così come la doccia. In camera ci sono sia condizionatore che ventilatore a soffitto, nonché cassetta di sicurezza e asse da stiro. Letto matrimoniale queen. Si trova in una posizione rialzata rispetto alla strada principale della Cote D’Or, dove si trovano tutti i servizi, ma la si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi con una passeggiata. La vera nota positiva sono i padroni di casa, Pamela (che parla anche italiano) e Andre: sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno supportato in varie occasioni.

La struttura ci è piaciuta. Consiglierei soltanto una luce in più in bagno nella zona doccia, che rimane un po’ buia, e uno specchio in camera. Da non sottovalutare anche la salita per arrivare all’appartamento, fattibile ma ripida. Se ci fossero dei gradoni magari sarebbe più facile.

Appartamento ampio, luminoso, pulitissimo, fornito di tutto il necessario e con una vista meravigliosa dal piccolo terrazzino antecedente la porta di ingresso nonché dalla finestra della camera da letto. La bellissima spiaggia di Anse Volbert è vicinissima e nei pressi si possono trovare diversi servizi (take away, supermarket...). Il nostro host, Andrè, è una persona squisita e ci ha aiutato a noleggiare una piccola auto in loco, che ci è stata fatta trovare direttamente alla guesthouse. Torneremo di certo!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Called to put us on the allowed guest list for Anse Georgette. Also offered us her bus card to use and her husband offered of take us to a nearby restaurant and to give us a ride back afterward free of change. Extremely kind people.

The apartment is very spacious, with a large kitchen, a generous bathroom, and a big terrace offering a stunning view of the sea and sunrises. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. The person in charge of cleaning came every morning and did a flawless job—he even washed our dishes! I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life.

The apartment is located on a bit of a hill with a steep incline, but since we had a rental car, it wasn’t an issue for us. The bed was a little too soft for my wife’s preference, though I personally found it comfortable.

Large apartment, had everything we needed, was clean and had a very comfortable bed.
