Our family spent 5 amazing days in Praslin and I must say this accomodation was something really special - spacious apartment, clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, balcony at each room, AC,…But it was by far no all - the greatest benefit was the owner himself and his family. They are extremely kind and helpful people. The owner gave us very warm welcome (incl. refreshments), was always there for a pleasant chat, gave us many valuable advices, arranged the boat trip for us and most importandly we got a lots of insights on the real life on Seychelles. Our boys spent a lot of time with their boys playing together and became friends, literally we became the part of local family for some time. Well, the apartment is not directly at the beach but when having the rental car it is not issue at all. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience something more memorable than at any impersonal hotel resort!

W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba w czasie tygodnia wczasów z 2 dzieci. Gospodarze pomocni, z którymi szybko złapaliśmy kontakt. Przywitali nas świerzymi owocami. Okolica w naszej ocenie była bardzo fajna, a do plaży nie było zbyt daleko (czasami chodziliśmy 3 razy dziennie).

Warm welcome from Rocky and his wife, very comfortable and modern apartment with brand new furniture and equipment. Walking distance to amazing Anse Volbert to swim and affordable take out restaurants and supermarket.

Het appartement was heel schoon. De ruimtes waren royaal. We hadden 3 balkons om op de zitten, alle met fijne stoelen. Op loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven. Via de host hebben we een excursie geboekt. Hij heeft ons op de terugweg naar de boot gebracht. De faciliteiten van het appartement zijn goed. De wasmachine was fijn.

Superbe appartement neuf et très bien équipé. Situé dans un secteur très calme à côté de la montagne dans le coin d’anse volbert. Plage à 10 minutes à pied.

C’est situé dans le fond d’une rue (éclairée et sécuritaire) mais à 15 minutes des restaurants et autres boutiques de la région.

Non ci sta nulla da migliorare . L'unico punto negativo la lontanaza dal mare e dal supermercato per chi non ha la macchina, ma il tutto viene compensato da Rocky (l'host) che ti accompagna con la sua auto (3 minuti di macchina)

Rocky and family were amazing hosts. We were met with a fresh coconut drink. Wow. Amazing, comfortable apartment. Spacious, neat and very comfortable.

Sehr liebenswerte und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Schale mit frischen Früchten. Wir mußten am 1. Abend noch etwas für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag einkaufen. Rocky hat sich angeboten uns zu begleiten. Er ist mit uns mitgefahren und hat uns gleich gezeigt, wo Supermärkte, Restaurants etc. sind - Superservice!! Wir konnten Rocky und Jaleen auch immer alle möglichen Fragen stellen und haben gute Tipps bekommen. Wir hatten das App. mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht, da wir Wert auf das große Doppelbett gelegt haben. Das wurde uns auch gleich von Rocky bestätigt. Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Auch die 2 Balkone waren sehr angenehm. So konnte man ausweichen, falls es mal zu sonnig wurde. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Auch bei einem Problem mit der AC hat sich Rocky sofort darum gekümmert. Besser geht es nicht! Das Haus liegt etwas vom Strand entfernt. Es ist dort angenehm ruhig. Man bekommt dadurch auch einen kleinen Einblick in die Lebensweise der Einwohner. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand sind aber fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, ist ein Mietwagen aber empfehlenswert. Wir haben viele Touristen gesehen, die viel Zeit damit verbracht haben, auf den Bus zu warten.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gab keinerlei Kritikpunkte. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. @ Rocky: we apologize for the late review, but Booking.com hadn't approved it. We had to contact them to fix the problem, and that took some time.

Le séjour était plus que parfait. J'ai rarement rencontré des hôtes aussi gentils, le cœur sur la main. Ils nous ont donné énormément de conseils sur les plages à faire et nous ont rendu énormément de services. L'appartement est encore mieux sur les photos, il est très grand et spacieux, et parfaitement équipé. Encore un grand merci à eux pour ce séjour !

The location is fab, few meters away from a beautiful beach. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was overall very good.

Nous avons eu un vrai coup de coeur pour cet appartement! Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse. L'appartement est au premier étage d'une belle villa, nous avions trois balcons avec des vues différentes. C'est un appartement de bon standing, bien équipé et propre. Il est situé à 5 min à pied de la plage Côte d'Or qui est une longue plage de sable blanc. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

Un super apartemnt 2 chambres deux salles de bain avec la climatisation dans chaque chaque chambre. Le logement est tenu par une super petite famille très accueillante et souriante.. nous avons reçu des fruits à notez arrivée c'était une belle attention.

Les coupures d'eau mais ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, always available for a friendly chat. The garden was lovely, and the layout of the house was very practical, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Everything was well furnished and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was well equipped and perfectly suited for self-catering.

What was a little less convenient was the walking distance to shops and the beach, which felt a bit long, especially in the heat.

We stayed in a brand-new, spacious, bright apartment beautifully furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the large living area was perfectly ventilated. Jaleen and Rocky are exceptional hosts: kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect just a 10-minute walk to one of Praslin’s most stunning beaches, and very convenient if you have a rental car to explore the island. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality!

Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce na Praslin. Jest to nowy obiekt, położony w dogodnej lokalizacji, z dala od zgiełku, ale wciąż blisko przepięknej plaży. Apartamenty są nowoczesne, czyste i w pełni wyposażone. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy podkreślić niezwykłą życzliwość i pomocność gospodarzy, którzy wykazali się ogromnym zaangażowaniem, oferując pomoc w organizacji dodatkowych atracji. Obiekt jest idealny dla osób z własnym transportem. Zdecydowanie jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń noclegowych. Gorące pozdrowienia dla Jaleen i Rocky :)

Exceptional accommodation and a wonderful experience! We stayed in a truly lovely apartment – very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The biggest highlight, however, were the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They made us feel completely at home. We warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming hosts!

A wonderful guest house with three balconies and a comfortable bed. The nearest beautiful beach with soft white sand is just 500 meters from the house. But what we loved the most was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the hosts. We didn’t have a car, but they helped us discover the best beaches on Praslin and the coco de mer palm forest. We definitely recommend this place!

Very spacious modern apartment, it has everything you need, comfortable, also there are nice balconies. The area is quiet. We enjoyed our stay at this place and would definitely recommend it. And the family who owns this house is also very friendly

Perfect accommodation which is very spacious, clean and cosy. Very comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. As a bonus, the balconies are nicely equipped. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.
