Was very good the location. Clean modern apartment and very friendly staff.

The single upper bed didn’t make me feel 100% safe with a 5-year-old child. Could it be covered somehow so that it isn’t open and risky for the child?

Lokalita apartmánu bola skvelá, ubytovateľka milá a bonus k ubytovaniu bola terasa, na ktorej sme mohli tráviť skvelý čas. Ubytovanie malo dušu, nadčasový vizuál a jediné, čo chýbalo bola malá kuchynka, ale tú apartmán ani nesľuboval, čiže v poriadku. Určite sa rada vrátim

nič konkrétne mi nenapadá, čistota super, lokalita skvelá nie je nič, čo by som mohla negatívne zhodnotiť

Dopalo mi se sto je uredno i lepo. Lokacija je fenomenalna. Vlasnici su bas divni i srdacni Preporuka

I liked the communication so we got into the property smoothly, any questions were answered almost immediately! The location was great.

Camera accogliente, posizione eccezionale. Fantastico il terrazzino (presente anche un simpatico morbido gattino)

La struttura è in una posizione comodissima, vicina a tutti i servizi e a tutte le mete più famose; la stanza è piccolina ma bene fatta, la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto carina e gentile.

Mi aspettavo che le pulizie fossero tutti i giorni, ma sono avvenute solo un giorno( siamo stati dal lunedì a venerdì), ma comunque la stanza è stata consegnata pulita al check-in e c’era un numero di asciugamani puliti più che sufficiente.

Väldigt smidigt att ta sig till boendet via tunnelbanan (Municipio) från centralstationen. Bekvämt nära hamnen för utflykter via båt till Capri och Ischia. Rummet var rent och snyggt och området lungt trots närheten till allt.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione dalla metro e allo stesso tempo vicina al centro, tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi.

Luogo perfetto per chi si ferma qualche giorno. Per chi si dovesse fermare per più giorni, non ci sono armadi per riporre i vestiti. Bagno leggermente piccolo.

Struttura comoda ed accogliente. Ad un passo da tutti i servizi! Staff eccellente, gentile e disponibile.

열쇠키를 뽑으면 전체전원이 차단된다는 점…그런데 열쇠가 하나뿐이라는 점

Accoglienza fantastica e posto veramente accogliente e sistemato da ritornare

Location accogliente e vicina al centro della città. Antonella ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per poter raggiungere la struttura, molto gentile e professionale. Anna, ci ha seguito durante il nostro soggiorno, una persona fantastica, accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa, simpatica e che ama il suo lavoro. Consiglio vivamente la location. Conto di ritornare molto presto!

Position stratégique même si l’environnement immédiat n’est pas glamour, appartement refait à neuf, propre et confortable. Simple et fonctionnel pour explorer la ville. Bref, parfait comme pied à terre mais pas pour y chiller… Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le bruit ! A partir de 6h du mat’ on est réveillé par les avions et surtout par les travaux dans l’immeuble d’à coté et vu leur ampleur (ils refont tout l’immeuble) ça va durer un certain temps... Bref impossible de dormir paisiblement le matin. Le fait qu’on doive couper l’électricité à chaque fois que l’on quitte la chambre (probablement pour éviter que certains abusent avec la clim’) empêche de garder le frigo allumé. Pas de cafetière mais une simple bouilloire.

All’ultimo piano di una palazzina con terrazza super piacevole.. Metro Municipio vicinissima, si possono raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti della Città, pulizia e servizi igienici funzionali e di design, cortesia e disponibilità di Marianna (host) impeccabile! Lo consiglio vivamente a coppie e famiglie! Io ci tornerei subito..

The location was amazing.

Unfortunately, we had neighbors who were noisy, so we could hear everything.

Civico 50 was the perfect home base for our stay in Naples. Our room was small but very comfortable and well equipped with a tea/coffee station, mini fridge, and a modern bathroom with amenities! The staff was very responsive and Marianna who checked us in was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The location is quiet and close to the port which was very useful for travelling by ferry. We were able to get everywhere we wanted on foot to explore the city! Note: the terrace is not private, but still a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of tea or drink in the evening (neighbours were very friendly).

The property is an old building with the most beautiful arch entrance. A giant foyer with an elevator that takes you up to the apartment you will stay at. The host has done a wonderful job making the outdoor patio absolutely stunning with comfy furniture and beautiful plants. The host lives next door to the rental unit so is available to answer any questions and is super inviting and kind! The apartment has everything we needed and the air condition worked great - a nice change from some other stays in Italy during the heatwave this summer! The shower was fantastic and the added bonus of a bar fridge was great! We all slept well and found the beds comfortable with ample pillows and towels! The apartment has so much charm and character we absolutely loved it! We loved how close the property was to everything! Since we were going on a cruise it was walkable to the port but also walkable to many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and sights to see! We would love to go back if we are in Naples again!

It was clean, nice and close to the city center. Plenty of food and drink options around and right by the marina. Comfy bed and great shower + a nice rooftop terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The AC is a bit noisy, sounds like a tea kettle that doesn’t have enough water in it.

Only small suggestions ,didn’t spoil our stay: More chairs on the Terrasse and the room would be nice. The use of refillable shampoo and body wash would be great (instead of small plastic bottles) to avoid waste. A second set of keys would be great, as also the energy is managed via a key (and then also the fridge turns off, if we didn’t detach the energy key from the others)& lift etc. Only function with the key.

Excellent position. Close to everything but in a super quite street. We didn't get any view as the window was over the internal courtyard, but that's what made it very quite which was great. The room was very nice and clean. We traveled with our 3 year old and it was perfect me and him slept downstairs and my partner took the bed in the mezzanine. Stayed there for 3 nights and I would definitely recommend. We also could leave bags on the check out day as our flight was not until the evening. Can't fault it.

Location is excellent to explore most of Naples. Good transport links as it's next to the subway and port. Local transport is good once you work out how to use it. Bathroom was clean and decently sized.

The accommodation is in a block of residential apartment, no views at all and overlooking some very run down apartments. You can hear the neighbours quite a lot, lots of late night conversations and noisy singing...etc. The room is supposed to sleep 4, however the mezzanine floor with the other 2 sleeping area is approx 3 foot high, and up a steep set of ladders. It would be better for children, but very dangerous when coming down. The room itself was okay, the Aircon is powerful enough to cool the room, but leave the Power key in when you go out, otherwise everything switches off including the fridge. The fridge is VERY noisy most of the night and also very small. There is no storage in the room so you're pretty much living out of your suitcase. We were 2 adults with carry on luggage only and the room was adequate. There are facilities in the room, these are basic and despite the room being attended to on our third day they did not replenish the coffee/sugar.....etc. Shower and bathroom are clean. Bed was okay, a bit rickety and not enough pillows. The room states it has a shared roof top relaxing area, this is shared with a family who live in the block and their children's toys....etc are in the space as well as their washing. However, as the room was only approx €10 per night cheaper than a hotel, I would consider the latter.

Beware scam! Photos on booking.com do not reflect reality. I warn against this place and its dishonest owner. We had to leave the premises due to dirt, humidity and too low a mezzanine, which is not suitable for sleeping for humans. The owner was very rude and refused to refund for unused 4 nights. Dirty, smelly and poor place! We lost money and sympathy for Naples. Booking com sent us an arrogant email refusing to acknowledge the claim.

Small, but cozy. It was enought place to sleep for me ant 2 my sons. A bit noisy fridge, but you can always turn it off. Very nice terasa. Verry good location. But if you are coming by car- it is like 1% of posibilitty to park at the street near apartment. It were always full around and it is chalenging to drive, but i parked in the privat location next street, cose nearest privat parking man shouted at me for no reason.
