Otel gibi bir yer beklıyorsum ama bir iş merkezi gibi bir yerdeydı.

Il bagno non aveva nessuna privacy ed era piccolissimo. Amenities di scarsa qualità. La tv era quasi sul soffitto, piuttosto scomoda da vedere anche dal letto.

Also, they were doing construction in the hotell room next to us, causing a lot of discomfort. This was not informed to us when we did our booking. The overall hygiene and cleanliness of the facilities were dissapointing compared to the descriptions.

The property is far too expensive for what it offers. It is priced like a 4-5 star hotel, but its maintenance and facilities are that of a 2 star at best. We had 3 rooms for a medium stay (8 days). My room had one shelf and no drawers. There was a small semicircular desk that held almost nothing. There was nowhere to put my things. The bathroom was poorly designed and wouldn't accommodate any personal items. My shower door was missing (not a decorative choice - the sliding door was literally gone) and meant each shower resulted in a lake on the floor. Thoughout my room, and that of my party, the economical furnishings were battered and falling apart (drawer fronts, frayed plugs in walls, refrigerators that didn't work - all was in bad shape). The working staff was very kind, but the owner was extremely insensitive to guests. Each time he came into the space he would leave the main door open to the stairwell, while we were in our pajamas eating breakfast! It was like we didn't exist. Another morning he scheduled a parade of job interviews - strangers coming into the space while we were, again, sitting in our pajamas. No one ever asked us how we were enjoying our stay. There was a general state of uncleanliness. The drawers around the eating are were dirty, and the kitchen area seemed wholly unsanitary. Decor can be a matter of taste, but this B&B has been done so cheaply it was really shocking to me. The lighting was extremely unpleasant. Apart from rainbow LED strips everywhere that required the patience of prometheus to turn off, main lighting was cold and dark. I regret to say that I really didn't want to spend any time in that place. For the prices that were asked, it was wholly unsatisfactory. For me, It represents everything that is wrong with tourism in Rome. I do NOT recommend.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026De vriendelijkheid van Andrea, zijn gastvrijheid. Gewoon voor hem zou ik wel hervormen maar dan zien of er een andere kamer beschikbaar is. Lekkere resto in de straat, supermarkt heel dichtbij. Wandelafstand tot Colosseum en andere bezienswaardigheden.
Het bed, de afwerking aan het bad. De stroefing van de raam, vuil onder het bed. Beesten aanwezig. Toilet 1ste dag kapot, konden niet meer doorspoelen, mijn partner heeft deze moeten maken. Geen douche deur aanwezig in de douche. Het ontbijt dat pas redelijk laat starte. Als je ‘s morgens optijd door moest was er geen voorziening.

Es el peor sitio en el que me he alojado con diferencia. Las fotos que tienen publicadas no son con lo que te encuentras al llegar. Para empezar es un mini hotel dentro de un piso, cuando en booking parecía un hotel. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación que estaba en muy malas condiciones y al decirle a andrea a ver si nos podían cambiar de habitación porque no habíamos pagado por eso nos pidió 20€ mas la noche, cuando esa era la habitación que habíamos pagado. Nos tuvimos que ir del alojamiento y buscarnos un hotel porque no nos daban ninguna solución y solo nos pedían dinero. No recomiendo ir a este lugar. Nunca me había pasado nada de este estilo y ahora estoy con reclamaciones a booking para que me devuelvan el dinero, ya que no han conseguido llegar a un acuerdo con los del alojamiento. Una vergüenza.

I came for a simple stay — I left with a newfound appreciation for hydromassage bathtubs and a mild emotional attachment to Andrea, the receptionist / handyman / breakfast chef / possible wizard. The room was spotless — seriously, I’ve seen hospital operating rooms that could take notes. The air conditioning was so effective I considered wearing a sweater indoors in August. The jacuzzi tub was a life-changer. I now expect all future baths to involve bubbles, jets, and questionable life choices. Now, Andrea. This man deserves his own reality show. When the toilet started acting like it wanted attention, he fixed it within minutes. Then the sink tried to join the rebellion, and Andrea sorted that too — with the calm of a man who’s seen it all and still makes a mean scrambled egg the next morning. Also, the coffee? Chef’s kiss. The only downside? The mini-fridge gave up on life. Just sat there, mocking my warm drinks. But honestly, he probably could’ve fixed the fridge too — but I didn’t want to give the man a full-time job. Highly recommend. Just please replace the cooler. 🙂

Poca pulizia letto in ecopelle praticamente consumato si sbriciolava tra le mani sulla testata del letto per camuffare hanno messo una copertura ,copri cuscino penso mai lavato visto che era giallo, mobile del bagno rovinato ,pareti macchiate,finestre che non chiudono,ho usato il microonde per scaldare il latte alla bambina puzzava di bruciato poca pulizia in generale.

Ci sono però alcune piccole attenzioni che, a mio avviso, farebbero davvero la differenza. Ad esempio, nella mia camera la guarnizione dello sportello della doccia andrebbe sostituita, così da evitare che l’acqua fuoriesca. Inoltre, ho trovato soltanto un rotolo di carta igienica: basterebbe fornirne uno in più, soprattutto quando la stanza è occupata da una coppia. Dettagli di facile soluzione che, se curati, renderebbero il soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. Per il resto, tutto davvero eccezionale!
