Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Klimaanlage verschafft Abkühlung und die Lage direkt am Bahnhof Termini ist perfekt, daher habe ich die Wohnung für meinen Abreisetag gezielt auch ausgewählt.
Wie zu erwarten war, war es direkt am Bahnhof unglaublich laut, selbst mit Oropax. Es waren Schuhabdrücke auf dem Bettlaken und dem Kopfkissen, woraus sich schließen lässt, dass jemand nach dem Waschen oder Bügeln drauf getreten ist. Damit ist die Bettwäsche in meinen Augen nicht mehr sauber und ich möchte darin nicht schlafen. Leider kein Kühlschrank. Das wusste ich vorher, aber es wäre schön.

The room we were given was not the same as the room in the photos that I booked. There were no toiletries at all left in the room for our use. When I contacted the staff member he said he would bring some at 9pm. We waited until 10pm and still no soap for us to have a shower. It has been 36°C that day and we definitely needed a shower!! He also said he would bring us some the next morning, but it never arrived. Extremely thoughtless and annoying to keep us waiting and not come when he said he would and also to read our messages and not bother to respond. There was also a large hole in the shower where there were exposed electrical wires which could be very unsafe.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La ubicación, es genial para transportarte por todo Roma . Tienes cerca el terminal de trenes donde encuentras cafeterías y lo que puedas necesitar . La persona que nos recibió fue super amable y nos ayudó a despejar algunas dudas que teníamos. Volvería alejarme y recomendaría el hospedaje .
Podrían mejorar un poquito la entrada , la pequeña sala se podría ver mucho mejor . Pero el cuarto estuvo super .

El baño, las sábanas y las cortinas estaban muy sucias, no quería ni que me rozasen. Mi avión se retrasó, no paró de escribirme en toda la tarde, ya causa estrés, pese a haber dicho que le escribiría cuando despegara, aterrizara y esté de camino desde el aeropuerto siguió escribiéndome. Pese a llegar antes de las 10, me cobró 15 euros diciendo que había estado esperando todo el día como han dicho otros usuarios. Por último, no da recibo del pago de impuestos e hizo foto a mi pasaporte, no sé en Italia pero en España es ilegal.

The accommodation is expensive for what it offers, the pillows aren’t very comfortable, and you need to be very careful about the extra charges if you arrive later than the check-in time.

Habían camisas al parecer usadas en el armario. No nos dió buen aspecto. El área de ducha era muy pequeña, algo incómoda. Una parte de la tarifa se paga en el hospedaje en efectivo. Hay cobros extra por hacer check in en horarios de noche, en la descripción del hospedaje está esa información así que hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

Ponadto osoba która przekazywała nam klucze do pokoju i pobierała opłatę na podatek miejski nie zwróciła reszty (pomimo tego że obiecywała że dostarczy ją następnego dnia). Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo słabo. Nie polecam

We had a very strong, horrible smell of cigarettes in our room as the guests next to us were found smoking. We did not receive any compensation for this. I felt like the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly and it would have been nice to have a bar of soap provided.

De to också i kontanter betalt för turistskatt och mina barnbarn betalade fullt pris trots att föra året var jag i Venedig och ett av barnen betalade ingenting för tutistskatt (7 år) och det andra betalade halva priset (9 år). Jag ficka ge alla mina kontanter redan första natten vid ankomsten. Jag undrar hur mycket skulle jag egentligen betala för turistskatt. Mvh Maria Cwenar

Could have done with some shower gel for the shower. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t see the daily housekeeping once so had to reuse towels etc

Though it was a result from searching hotel, it was actually a hostel apartment shared with 3 other rooms. This was deemed an unsafe environment for my family to stay and we booked a different, real hotel for the night instead.
The photos do not match the actual location. This is a hostel, not a hotel.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Labai gera lokacija, prie pat geležinkelio stoties, 3 min kelio nuo autobusų, vežančių į orouostą. Kambarys erdvus, švarus, vandens spaudimas duše normalus :) Vienintelės trūkumas - naktį girdimas triukšmas, todėl jautriai miegantiems gali būti problema. Labai nustebino sodelis.
Ne trūkumas - bet pastebėjimas, jog keli suoleliai sode būtų labai smagu, bent jau peleninė.

Sentí prácticamente acoso por parte de la persona que nos recibía, me escribió en múltiples ocasiones durante el día sobre la hora de llegada, tuvimos un atraso en el tren que fue notificado con tiempo y no hubo cero empatía por parte de esta persona. Adicional el alojamiento estaba un poco descuidado, no se sentía limpio, el baño incómodo, se escuchaba ruido de cuartos aledaños.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026La vicinanza ala Stazione di Roma Termini. Questo è l'unico lato positivo. Camera molto piccola anche se pulita.
Vista brutta e zona non molto sicura, specialmente al calare del sole. Avevo richiesto di effettuare il Check-in in anticipo, mi avevano risposto tramite Booking che sarebbe stato possibile, ma arrivato sul posto non mi hanno fatto entrare. Ho telefonato e nonostante le rimostranze ho dovuto attendere 2 ore per poter accedere alla camera e quindi ho dovuto, a pagamento, depositare in un deposito pubblico le valige. La struttura non offre null'altro della camera. C'è un salotto in comune (trattandosi di un appartamento), con una cucina, dove, però, non c'è nulla.

Soy bastante alérgica y había bastante polvo en el cabecero de la cama que era de tela, por lo que pasé algunas noches regular.

Everything is perfect as the price is not too high compared with the others hotels in Rome. Also they have AC even not in summer but the the hotels don’t provide.

It was dirty with broken doors not hot water and overall it was a waste of money. We literally went to another hotel the same night dont visit this apartment at all cost. Aman ullah was responsible for all of this so make sure to avoid him.last but not least the location is terrible with mice running around like its some kind of dump. I know that this is not the apartments fault but the money is really expensive considering all of these.

Don’t book this hotel if you have a late flight. I had serious doubts until the very last minute whether we would be able to check in, even though I immediately agreed to pay the additional €35 fee. He kept pressuring me, saying that if I didn’t hurry from the airport, he wouldn’t be able to wait for us. They were aware that I was traveling with my elderly parents, which made the situation even more stressful. Overall, if you want to avoid unnecessary stress—especially if you have a late flight—I would not recommend staying here.

Bettlaken und Handtücher waren fleckig, die Oberfläche in der Unterkunft waren schmutzig und enorm viel Schimmel in der Dusche auch die Umgebung der Unterkunft war ziemlich heruntergekommen

V kuchyni není prakticky žádné použitelné nádobí, takže jsme ji v podstatě neměli jak využít.

La ubicación, el barrio no es el mejor, esta lleno de gente sin hogar y lo que eso conlleva... Nosotros un día volvimos a las 00.00 de la noche y daba un poco de miedo. Si llegas entorno a las 10-11 mucho mejor.

Bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia molto gradita. Bagno sufficiente con doccia e flusso d'acqua abbondante. Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante. TV con grande scelta di canali. Possibilità di utilizzo della cucina con posate, tazze, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè e cialde a disposizione degli ospiti, oltre a frigorifero e fornetto. Posizione vicinissima alla stazione Termini e a molti luoghi di visita di interesse turistico.
Finestra che affaccia su strada molto trafficata, con fermata del bus e semaforo.

Shared kitchen - no kettle in room. Shared kitchen was poorly equipped and more like a storage area. Shame it spoilt a very good place otherwise

Minusy: potwornie zimno i wilgotno, woda się skraplała na oknie i lała na podłogę, bardzo mały pokój - zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciach (na zdjęciach przestronny, słoneczny pokój a w rzeczywistości mała, wilgotna nora), zawilgocona i zagrzybiona łazienka, omijać to miejsce szerokim łukiem!!!

La cocina dejaba que desear, el baño olía fuerte y la calefacción no iva.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026A localização é muito boa, perto de metrô, trem e ônibus. O quarto é primeiro andar, barulhento, a limpeza não é satisfatória. Não condiz com as fotos. Quem precisa de uma hospedagem econômica eu recomendo, mas não indico para quem tem um padrão um pouco acima de qualidade.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Buena ubicación, muy cerca a la estación Termini y por su puesto al mercado central donde se puede comer muy bien. Sin embargo aunque la habitación en términos generales es cómoda le falta un buen aseo al piso del baño y si bien ofrece el servicio de cocina comunal (para 3 habitaciones), la llave del lavaplatos estaba descompuesta lo que no facilitaba su uso tampoco cuenta con una mesa auxiliar y sillas para mayor comodidad, pero hay que decir que pudimos disfrutar de un café en la mañana. Algo que agradecemos es la amabilidad de Aman quien nos entregó las llaves y nos permitió guardar las maletas antes de la hora prevista para el check-in.
Un aspecto bastante desagradable la acumulación de basuras en un cuarto que se ubica a la entrada del edificio y consecuentemente los malos olores por fortuna no se encontraba cerca de la habitación.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Obiekt był schludny i bardzo blisko dworca Termini – lokalizacja super. Wiele miejsc można było osiągnąć pieszo w około 20–30 minut. Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma i za każdym razem, gdy o coś prosiłam, reakcja była szybka. Dużym plusem była kawa na miejscu oraz zaplecze kuchenne (mikrofalówka i lodówka). Doceniam też jednorazowe żele oraz brak depozytu, co było wygodne, bo nie musiałam zamrażać dodatkowych pieniędzy. Pokój jednak był zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciach.
W pokoju było dość zimno, choć trafiłam na chłodny weekend w Rzymie. Spłuczka w toalecie ciężko chodziła, co powodowało nieprzyjemny zapach. Najgorszy był jednak zapychający się odpływ w prysznicu, co było bardzo niekomfortowe. Przydałoby się też więcej sztućców oraz czysta gąbka do ich mycia.Widziałam tańsze miejsca, więc raczej już nie wrócę, ale dzięki uprzejmości obsługi obiekt zasługuje na ocenę 8/10.
