Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit großem Balkon und komfortablem Moskitonetz. Sehr gutes Frühstück bei toller Aussicht. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Die WIFI-Verbindung funktionierte teilweise nicht.

Mooi uitzicht op Ella rock en een kleine waterval. Via trappen ben je snel in het centrum Of ook via een mooie afdaling met spoorwandelen. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met veel fruit

Gezien het erg warm was in Ella was het met enkel een ventilator toch warm in de kamer.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon und das leckere Frühstück von dort aus. Ab vom Trubel in Ella aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Hilfsbereite nette Gastgeberin. Tolle Unterkunft.

Das Kopfkissen war mir persönlich zu dick.

Pokoj je moc krásný, nový, čistý a skvěle vybavený. Má nádherný výhled na Ella rock a zeleň. Oblast kolem je klidná. Pěšky 10 minut do centra. Paní hostitelka je úžasná, mluví dobře anglicky. Snídaně byla výborná, když jsem ji informovala o bezlepkové dietě, připravila ji pečlivě bezlepku. Také nám domluvila odvoz do naší další destinace. Schody, o kterých lidé píšou, jsou úplně v pořádku a nejsou žádným problémem.

Nic co by se nám nelíbilo, jen v areálu probíhá stavba, to ale nevadí.

Nuits paisibles sur les hauteurs de Ella à 8 min à pied du centre ville. L’hôte était super gentille, disponible à toute heure et parlait bien anglais. Les chambres étaient propres, bien entretenues, et paraissent neuves. Point positif : la chambre est équipée de frigos. Pas besoin de climatisation, les températures sont agréables. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La vue sur Ella Rock et la cascade est magnifique. Je recommande fort !!!

Es ist eine wundervolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. Der Balkon ist ein echtes Highlight - von da lassen sich viele Dinge wie ein Wasserfall, Ella Rock und Tiere beobachten. Morgens gibt es ein leckeres und liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Die Unterkunft war die sauberste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer nett eingerichtet. In die Stadt waren es nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß über die Treppen in den Teeplantagen. Die Lage also traumhaft und ruhig. Die Gastgeber haben sich um alles gekümmert (TukTuks, Essen und co). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können den Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nicht so gutes WLAN und kein hoher Wasserdruck. Beides hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sogar mit Kühlschrank und Föhn. Es scheint alles recht neu zu sein. Das Tollste ist der Balkon mit Blick übers Tal zum Ella Rock und die ländliche Ruhe dort. Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend. In 10min ist man zu Fuß über Treppen am Beginn der Hauptstraße und mitten im Geschehen. Heimwärts haben wir immer ein tuktuk genommen für 500 bis 600 Rps. Wir haben die drei Tage dort sehr genossen.

Ja, es sieht noch ziemlich nach Baustelle aus. Und ja, die Treppe entspricht nicht den deutschen Sicherheitsstandards. Egal, wir würden sofort wieder kommen😀

Matelas sont completement inutilisable, c est comme dormir sur une planche, impossible de dormir, j'ai quitté meme si j'avais payé une deuxieme nuit. Les escaliers a l'entrée sont extrement dangereuse c est tout deterioré. Tres decu

Sandya is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was telkens anders en heel vers. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Fijn dat je iets verder van het centrum van Ella zit. Restaurantjes in de buurt zijn lokaal en sympathiek, heel lekker gegeten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser sehr liebevoll geführten Unterkunft. Das leckere frühstück auf dem balkon mit der fantastischen Aussicht ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Uitzicht was erg mooi, water van de douche had een goede druk en werd warm, ook ontbijt werd geserveerd op het terras op de tijd die jij wilt, erg prettig.

Wifi werkte niet goed, en miste een haardroger.

Quiet place located above the Ella Town with a great view to the mountains. Room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. Breakfast was plentiful , very tasty and served by the table just outside the room with the same view as from the balcony. The owner was super friendly and always helpful. Very good stay.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten in der Natur ca 10 min Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich, sprechen gut englisch, sind sehr hilfsbereit und bereiten jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet aber völlig ausreichend.

Da wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter hatten und es 3 Tage lang geregnet hat (dafür kann natürlich niemand was), fühlte sich das Zimmer über Nacht ziemlich feucht an. Unsere Sachen wurden dadurch überhaupt nicht trocken. Ein paar Kleiderhaken zum aufhängen wären ganz gut.

The hostess is really nice. She helped us with questions, arrange stuff (like take-away breakfast) and helped us out when we arrived late.

Breakfast was good, location was at the top of a hill so walking down was easy but going up wasn't. A quick tuk tuk takes care of that. Room was clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised

The property seems to only have one room. While the room is exactly as depicted in the pictures, the property itself was kind of a construction zone. It's clear they are working to expand, but it was a little surprising to see.

Perfect location, a short walk to the center of town and yet quiet, and very close to rewarding hikes in the area. Wonderful breakfast served on your private patio every morning with a beautiful view. Host family were incredibly friendly and super helpful.

The owners are kind and caring with great English. Home made breakfast, different every day. The location is great, quiet and close to Ella town, 15 minutes walk on the train's path also there is a beautiful temple nearby.

The room is a bit small for 5. 24 hr hot water but weak water flow. Pillows can be better. Some parts of the guest house are still under construction so it does not look perfect yet.

Deze stay ligt buiten het drukke centrum wat aangenaam rustiger is. Er was een mooi uitzicht en terras en stoelen buiten. De host was super lief en stond meteen paraat om te helpen bij elke vraag. Het ontbijt was erg verzorgd en lekker. Ik beveel deze stay absoluut aan en zou terug komen op een ander moment.

The views are incredible, the breakfast was delicious and the host was amazing! She gave us some great tips on what to do with our young kids in Ella and also where to eat. Can not recommend this place enough.

The owners were really friendly, attentive, welcoming and the place is very clean. It was perfectly comfortable to sleep even tho there was no air con. The breakfast pancakes were amazing.

Perfect location for visiting Ella. Ten minutes walk from the center but located in a calm place surrounded by nature. Sandya is very kind and welcoming. She cooks delicious breakfasts and speaks very good english.

Everything! Amazing value for money, kids loved the view from the balcony and the yummy breakfast. Sandya was so lovely and made all the necessary arrangements. We didn’t mind the short walk to town and on day two Sandya organised scooters which were so cheap and fun. Highly recommend!

Just fantastic! The room and bathroom are really spacious and comfortable. The private terrace with beautiful view really made our stay! So wonderful to eat breakfast there or just relax. The location is a bit out of Ella centre, but it’s just a 10 min walk and we really enjoyed the calm environment. The host is really friendly and just wonderful.

The best place to stay in Ella, truely. The host is super communicative, helpfull and friendly. The place is clean and neat and very quiet. The view from the terrace is exceptional just like pancakes that we ate for breakfest.

We had the nicest stay at Sandya’ place. She is so nice and welcoming. The room is really clean and comfortable, but the best is the balcony with beautiful views of Ella Rock and a waterfall. Breakfast is served at the balcony and is very delicious. There’s easy access to the town center by steps through tea fields. Be sure to talk to Sandya, she is very friendly and helpful. We and our teenage girls miss her already and will for sure stay with her and her kind husband again, when we return to Ella.

Super sweet and friendly host. We really enjoyed our private breakfast on the terrace.. we couldn’t get tired of the amazing view! You can even spot a waterfall. Accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from downtown Ella (shortcut) and just on the way to hike Ella Rock. Room is comfy and clean. Definitely worth it!

A pleasant accommodation slightly elevated above the town of Ella, away from the hustle and bustle, with a terrace facing palm trees, mountains, and a waterfall. Beautiful views amidst nature. Instead of the noise of cars, you hear the chirping of birds. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is always served at the agreed-upon time, with a different menu every day. Additionally, they provided us with a kettle and utensils for preparing children's meals. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was large. The owner was very friendly and was eager to help us. The breakfast was served to the balcony, it was varied each day and delicious! The location is very quiet and peaceful away from the busy Ella town, which was only a 5-10 minute walk down some steps through a beautiful tea plantation. (make sure you walk through it at night atleast once as there are loads of fireflies!) We also saw lots of Birds (including woodpecks) and large squirrels from the balcony. Overall a brilliant stay!
