The whole place felt unfinished. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, well it did but in reality the bathroom was across the hallway, in an area where other rooms and guests were also located. This was extremely inconvenient and very misleading. In the room itself: • Broken window handle so window wouldn’t close • Only one power outlet • No place to hang towels or clothes - not even a screw in the walls • Towel was never changed during the entire stay (5 nights) The hotel facilities were just as disappointing: • Constant beeping noise from the pool’s water filter • Pool only filled to about 3/4 • Water dripping from the ceiling outside so the entrance area (outside) constantly wet • Breakfast was great. But unfortunately served mostly imported fruits(grapes, oranges and kiwi), though right now its mango and papaya season. Overall it has a very poor price–performance ratio. During my stay, two couples arrived with more or less the same complaints. One couple didn’t even want to stay a night and left immediately — without receiving any refund.

Accueil (aucune explication), pas de rideaux occultants, propreté très très moyenne et surtout pas de climatisation contrairement à l'annonce donc très mauvaise nuit. A éviter absolument

Klimaanlage war defekt. Die Dusche hatte nur kaltes Wasser und es kam zeitweise kaum Wasser. Die Sauberkeit beim Zimmerbezug könnte besser sein.

Le lieu est sublime, authentique et raffiné, la vibration est reposante et apaisante. La propriétaire est très gentille et agréable, sa joie de vivre et son accueil incroyable. Wifi top, petit déjeuner très bon et un p’tit clin d’œil au pain au beurre chocolat martiniquais un pur délice. Merci pour cette parenthèse sereine

Le petit déjeuner excellent, Vanessa est vraiment lumineuse et pleine de joie. C’était agréable d’être reçue avec autant de convivialité. Tout était très bien, Un coup de cœur pour la deco soignée. Propreté ++++ Deco ++++ Confort ++++

Not a Pleasant Stay: No Blankets Breakfast was not fresh - No fresh breads, No fresh milk No water No Iron

No hair shampoo, we needed to ask separately for extra toilet paper

The owner and staff are so friendly and attentive, always willing to chat and help out. The breakfast was a fantastic, multi course, locally sourced meal. Included fruits, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. Prepared when you needed it and definitely filling. The property has been renovated with a beautiful pool and more on the way.

The room I stayed in was separate to the bathroom that was mine, meaning I had to walk across a hall for it. Not a huge issue but I hadn't realized that on booking.

The pool area is lovely

The beds are quite uncomfortable, toilet was broken (running constantly so had to turn water off at night to sleep) fans are old and very loud.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the white sandy beach of Flic en Flac. There are plenty of options to dine nearby and there is also a store (Jumbo Express), a clinic, etc. Vanessa is an exceptional host: kind, attentive, knowledgeable… She works hard to make this place a paradise! Breakfast is included. It’s great to be able to cool down in the pool.

The property was in a very quiet location.

The kitchen was very dirty. Food left by previous tourist were rotting in the fridge. There were cockroaches flying in the kitchen. There was no closed bin to put rubbish in. The property is very badly managed . Toilet tissues were not provided for 4 days. The swimming pool was left to become greenish. The bed sheets were not changed and towels not provided. I was really disappointed by the service provided for the price I paid for the villa.

The location is great.
