Cozy, comfortable accommodations, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is convenient. Our room had a beautiful view of the park and the mountain. It's a quiet neighborhood. Excellent security system in the building and surrounding area.

Far from the beach and shops (20 minutes walk), the return road is uphill, so this accommodation is suitable for physically fit people or tourists with a car.

Отличные апартаменты! Новый современный ремонт, мощный кондиционер ну и конечно же потрясающий вид на горы! В общей зоне есть кухня со всем необходимым, есть даже духовка и стиральная машина! За нее отдельное спасибо! Есть настольные игры, играли с соседями в уну. Отличный опыт проживания, спасибо Джонатан! Единственное немного удалено от океана, где-то 15 минут ходьбы, если планируете поездку с маленькими детьми, то машина обязательна

The home is very modern and clean. We lived with the beautiful view to the mountain. Also there is the rooftop where is beautiful view on the mountain and ocean The kitchen fully equipped with everything you need The owner is very helpful and quick response for anything you need I should mentioned that the property is 15 mins walk from the beach , shops , restaurants. For us it was nice since we like to walk.

2 days no water. No Shower, No toilet flush... The property is above town and apparently sometimes the water works dont supply the higher properties. This I can live with. I just moved out lower down in town. However my offer of accepting a refund of 50% was not agreed to by the property. Worst of all booking.com did not protect my position so the property got away with the treatment. Book at your own risk. Hotel.com or other sites also might be an option if you want a company looking after you better.

Très sécurisé, endroit propre et calme. Chambre très espacieux, et superbe vu sur la montagne qui vous laisse bercé par le lever du soleil du matin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Et je recommande.

- Simple yet modern room with a very comfortable large bed and nice bathroom. - Mountain view is really beautiful - There’s also a well equipped shared kitchen with the appliances needed, including a washing machine. - Had this huge place mostly for myself. Very peaceful and quiet around. I was able to relax - Great communication with Gary, he’s welcoming and ready to sort out anything you need

- Toilet mirror and shower glass were dirty upon check-in. Maybe cleaning person forgot? - For what you pay, would be nice to have some basic shower gel for when you just arrive - Cameras in living room, hall and stairs. Makes it look like there’s big brother watching you all the time - About 15min walk to shops and all. If you like walking, there’s a bit of an uphill when coming. Going down is easier. Still a great place overall!

The place was comfortable and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. It had a warm atmosphere and felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Definetly would recommend this place for anyone looking for a affordable yet excellent stay.

The water wasn’t working on the first night, which was inconvenient.

An sich gute Lage und ein schönes Haus mit modernen ausgestatteten Zimmern. Schlüsselübergabe etc. lief reibungslos und man hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit den Inhaber über whats App zu erreichen.

Hanglage (was für den Ausblick super ist + ruhige Gegend) man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Leider ging bei uns ab dem zweiten Tag das Wasser nicht mehr, allerdings konnte dafür der Inhaber nichts.

The room was clean, location was good, The manager gary and owner jonathan were very kind. Kitchen is good and washing machine is also available. Near to flic en flac. Overall a good stay.

The location is quiet good and serene but without a car, its a bit hectic having to walk up and down the hill to catch the bus which is some distance from the apartment

Due to no fault of the property management, there was few hours shortage of water which the management ensured was promptly resolved for our comfort. Also a fellow occupant eat from my ice-cream in the shared freezer but the management on hearing this magnanimously reimbursed me money worth much more than the cost of the ice-cream.

Die Ausstattung sowie das Ambiente des Appartements. Das Appartement war sehr modern, die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, das Konzept der Wohnungen hat mir außerdem gefallen.

Die Toilettenspülung hatte immer wieder Probleme, aus der Dusche sind nachts kleine Kakerlaken gekommen, die Wohnung ist überall Video überwacht ausgenommen die Schlafräume.

The rooms are big is size with plenty of sunlight coming in from the large windows. Curtains are there to block the early morning sunlight if you are not a morning person. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with hot water available. Common area on the ground floor has all the amenities you would ask for like fridge, microwave and washing machine. There are also utensils at your disposal. There are also a few board games to have fun back in your room. The area is quiet and peaceful. Four cars can be easily parked on the property. The self check in process was easy with keys kept outside in a safe. Would recommend a self drive car to everyone coming here like we did. The beach and restaurants are not within walking distance given the slope and geography of the land.

I would have appreciated if there were a couple of bottle of water provided at least on the 1st day so that guests can sip some water after their tiring trip. Even if it is not a hotel, I think basic Toiletries such as hand soap, shower gel and shampoo should be provided. We had carried our own shower gel and shampoo. Hand soap was also missing which when requested was provided on the third day. The room door keeps making noise because of the air from the corridor window. If you are a light sleeper it might irritate you. Maybe the locks can be made tight. The nearby streets are dimly lit, nothing that the owner can do though.

Просторная двухэтажная вилла со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Хозяин, Гарри, оказался очень приветливым и доброжелательным человеком. На втором этаже расположены 5 отдельных комнат, одну из которых занимали мы. Наша комната была просторной, с собственной душевой и большой новой кроватью. Также нам предоставили чистое постельное белье и два комплекта банных полотенец. Параллельно с нами несколько дней жила гостья из Танзании. Мы пересекались с ней утром и вечером на первом этаже – на кухне и в гостиной. Гостиная очень большая, легко вмещает до 10 человек, так что места хватало всем, и общение было приятным. Расположение и инфраструктура. Вилла находится на окраине одной из новых улиц города, поэтому было очень тихо. Мы отлично высыпались, даже если ложились поздно и вставали рано. До центрального пляжа можно дойти пешком за 15 минут. Рядом есть множество баров, ресторанов, а также лавка со свежими овощами и фруктами.

I liked the amenities it had to offer - kitchen and a washing machine, The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The nearest shopping centre was a half an hour walk and there were buses to the malls.

The restaurants along the beach were a little expensive.

Excellent value for money. comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and BBQ area. A good option for a long stay. The owner of the building arranged a colorful fireworks for the guests for the New Year.

Cleaning doesn't happen often enough.

Value for money, cleanliness, garden well kept, car park very adequate and easily accessible.

A toaster and an electric kettle should be readily available in the kitchen. The J'Vais residence address with its street number does not feature in the Google map.
