Amazing!! We had a wonderful stay at this riad! Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend it. We would happily come back again!

The Staff, the place, the location, everything was a 10/10!! The Riad is so beautiful and our room(s) (we stayed twice in 2 different rooms and they were both so so lovely!! The front desk staff are also amazing!! One of them even gave us a whole history lesson about marrakesh :) Dinner on the roof was definitely also a highlight!! We’d definitely recommend!!

Puntos a favor 1. Calidad -precio EXCELENTE 2. Habitaciones amplias y limpias - Personal amable. 3. El Riad es silencioso y calmado por lo que si buscas calma y dormir bien este es tu lugar.

Puntos a mejorar 1. La ubicacion - No es la mejor comparada con otros RIAD. Estas a 10 o 15 minutos caminando de los Mercados. Si viajas sola existen 2 o 3 calles cercanas que no me "PARECIERON LAS MAS SEGURAS" 2. El wifi - es muy lento y-o no funciona

Good location to town. Beautiful room and property. Only stayed one night. Helpful staff. They even made us a takeaway breakfast since we had to checkout early.

Only minor feedback would be that it was a little tricky to find the riad at first as it’s hidden away down an alley way. The shower temperature and pressure was a bit inconsistent.

WLAN hat leider fast gar nicht funktioniert

Staff was really helpful. We arrived super late and the check in went perfect. Ahmad and Mohammed were always super friendly and helpful. Always provided you a really nice breakfast, and even for trips they made sure a breakfast to go was prepared for us. A perfect experience! Thank you!

Everything about our stay here was perfect, we felt so cared for by the staff they were so so helpful with all of our requests! The property itself is beautiful and such a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the medina. We ordered dinner for our arrival and it was possibly the best meal we had in Marrakesh.

Ahmed ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo, offrendoci dell’ottimo tè alla menta e dandoci tutte le indicazioni utili per la nostra permanenza a Marrakech (inclusa una mappa del centro). La nostra stanza era ben curata nei dettagli e pulita. Il giorno dopo, al rientro, abbiamo trovato il letto rifatto e il cestino svuotato. Il personale è disponibile e sempre sorridente. La colazione è squisita! Consigliamo assolutamente di venire!!!

Nous avons aimé la taille spacieuse des chambres ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel. La propreté du riad également ainsi que la localisation (a cote du Palais de la Bahia). Mention spéciale pour la superbe literie.

De locatie het eten en de mensen waren allemaal super vriendelijk, heel gastvrij en over het algemeen een hele fijne en rustige sfeer. Het eten was erg lekker.

Daar kon ik personeel niet zoveel aan doen, maar er zaten ontzettend veel wespen bij het ontbijt, dus dat was wel een dingetje voor ons.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce Riad ! La chambre est certes petite, mais très fonctionnelle et tout à fait adaptée au rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, serviable et patient. Ils nous ont accompagnés et aidés tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a vraiment rendu l’expérience agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, tout comme les repas que nous avons pu prendre sur place.

La chambre est un peu petite, mais cela reste tout à fait cohérent avec le prix et cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un excellent séjour.

Hem passat una bona estada al Riad Alias, molt bona atenció, tranquil·litat i molt ben situat. El recomanem!

Es war leider nur ein kurzer aber wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Mohamed an der Rezeption ist ein sehr zuvorkommender herzlicher Gastgeber, der sehr um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste bemüht ist😍

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Staff gentile, accogliente e pronto ad aiutare per ogni richiesta. Il Riad è veramente carino, le camere ben arredate e sempre pulite. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro ma senza trovarsi nel caos.

Riad molto carino e curato. Camera molto spaziosa e ben strutturata; bagno grande con vasca e doccia, vasca molto bella. Staff dell'hotel veramente gentile. Abbiamo cenato in struttura e tutto è stato di nostro gradimento. Colazione abbondante e apprezzata.

Repetimos Riad después de pasar unos días en Essaouira y estuvimos igual de encantados. Sin duda sitio para repetir.

La tranquilidad que se respira es un pequeño oasis en medio del caos de Marrakech. La piscina ayudó a refrescarnos con las altas temperaturas que tuvimos. Mohamed y compañía nos hicieron unos maravillosos desayunos para coger fuerzas y descubrir Marrakech. Ubicación segura y al lado del Palacio de la Bahía. Y a 10 minutos andando a la Plaza Jemaa el Fna.

Nous avons passé une très agréable nuit au Riad. L’endroit est propre, calme et très bien organisé. Un grand merci à Mohammed pour son excellent service : il est vraiment bienveillant, attentionné et très professionnel. Nous recommandons vivement ce Riad !

Szuper volt a lokáció, a személyzet kedves és figyelmes volt mindig interaktáltak velünk. A lakosztály tágas és nagyon tiszta volt. A fürdőszoba szintúgy. Tetszett hogy nagy volt mégsem voltak annyira sokan hogy nem lehet használni a medencét vagy leülni nyugodtan. Nagyon nyugalmas és csendes volt lehetett elvonulni és pihenni! Az ételek finomak voltak, a reggeli bőséges és változatos volt, mindennap volt valami más különlegesség benne!

A fürdőszobában a csapok nehezen nyithatók és nehéz beállítani a megfelelő hőmérsékletet. A wifi használhatatlan volt.

We got a surprise upgrade, which was lovely. The Riad is 3min walking distance to one of the mayor attractions in Marrakesh: Bahia Palace. The staff was really respectful and friendly. Thank you for all Mohammed!

It’s not the property per se, but the street to get to it was really smelly. So, it was not pleasant to walk that path. Thankfully, it’s only like 2mins and once inside, everything changes.

It’s interior was both beautiful and comfortable, with an extremely welcoming and homey feel.

There was nothing about the property that stood out negatively to us during our stay.

Good breakfast. If leaving early, the staff prepared a simple breakfast pack. Location is very close to Palace Bahia. At first it was a bit hard to find the lane to get there. May be a signpost with the Riad's name or telling clients to follow the sign to Sinagogoe woud help. Room I had was a bit compact, but comfortable. Opening to the courtyard with a pool was nice.

Le personnel a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : accueillant, souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le riad est très propre, parfaitement entretenu et offre un cadre agréable et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance chaleureuse ainsi que la qualité du service. C’était une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Het personeel was mega vriendelijk en stond op elk moment klaar voor ons. Wij waren aangekomen op het verblijf en merkten een lekkende airco op dit werd direct opgelost en we werden verplaatst naar een nieuwe kamer.

Enige nadeel is dat de wifi hier niet werkt. Enkel in de living werkte dit.

This is a beautiful Riad, nice and central in Marrakesh. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is delicious - we loved having breakfast out in the courtyard everyday. The room has aircon which was necessary in July with the 40 degree heat, but the communal areas don’t. Would love to come back at some point!

The shower in our room sprays in every direction - the head might need to be replaced. The pool also might need more regular cleaning as there was a dirty film on top.

Fue increíble; todo el equipo del hotel fue muy amable, el desayuno delicioso, y la ubicación excelente.

La struttura è bellissima, sembra un riad luxury sia per il primo piano dove fare colazione dove c’è la piscina sia per il rooftop. La camera era in stile marocchino ma molto internazionale, con vasca e sopratutto anche un bidet. Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno stampato le carte di imbarco e sono pronti anche a colazioni gluten free.

La struttura è top, consiglierei solo un frigo e sistemare un po’ il wi-fi che non prendeva benissimo , ma null’altro da aggiungere.

O espaço é incrivel, extremamente limpo e arrumado, os funcionários são imensamente simpáticos de encher o coração, dão dicas de tudo, opiniões e sugestões, muito pacientes e disponíveis para tudo durante toda a estadia. Super flexíveis no que toca aos pagamentos, tanto é possível pagar em dinheiro como em cartão e em € ou em MAD. Assim que chegamos foi-nos dado chá, biscoitos e uma explicação da história da medina, assim como algumas sugestões.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo riad e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La struttura è davvero bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e ricca di fascino.La nostra camera era enorme, spaziosa, pulitissima e molto confortevole. Anche gli spazi comuni del riad sono molto eleganti e ben tenuti. La posizione è ottima: il riad si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Jemaa el-Fna, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente il cuore della città e le principali attrazioni, pur godendo della tranquillità e del relax lontano dal caos della piazza. Ci è piaciuta anche la colazione ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di richiedere la colazione da portar via quando avevamo programmi mattutini o partenze anticipate, un servizio davvero comodo e molto apprezzato. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato lo staff. Tutte le persone che lavorano nel riad sono state estremamente disponibili, gentili e attente a ogni nostra esigenza. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità: ci hanno offerto un delizioso tè di benvenuto accompagnato da due biscotti. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

J'ai passé une nuit dans le riad Alia... et j'aurais tellement apprécié y séjourner plus longtemps ! Il s'agit d'un magnifique établissement constituant un vrai havre de calme au cœur de Marrakech. Le riad est bien situé, équipé, entretenu, décoré... et ça sent si bon la fleur d'oranger à l'intérieur :) Et comme souvent au Maroc, mention spéciale pour la grande gentillesse du personnel.

Je n'ai vraiment pas grand chose à signaler, si ce n'est quelques difficultés à régler la température de l'eau dans la douche.

la localisation du riad est plus que parfaite, nous sommes dans le centre tout en maintenant un calme dans le riad. la rue ne craint pas peu importe l’heure. le personnel était très agréable et attentifs à nos besoins, nous remercions spécialement la femme présente les mardi et mercredi :). la chambre était très bien et propre. les espaces communs sont très agréables et calmes, le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment top ! enfin, les petits déjeuners étaient très copieux, et variés, ce qui est très agréable lorsque l’on fait un séjour long.

Le seul petit point faible : la douche qui n’était pas pratique et qui fuyait beaucoup.

Todo el riad es precioso, un remanso de paz en cuanto entras. Una pena no poder haber pasado más tiempo allí por los compromisos que teníamos. El personal fue encantador. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, especialmente la tortilla. La habitación era enorme y muy cómoda, con un baño con una ducha y bañera separados. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Marrakech.

Precioso riad con piscina y zonas de relax en el patio central y en la terraza. Decorado muy cuidado y limpieza tanto en la habitacion como en todas las zonas. Desayuno completo. Muy buena atencion; el personal fue muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarnos. Sin duda, volveria y lo recomendaria a quien viaje a Marrakech. Cerca de la plaza Mellah, con servicios de taxi cerca, restaurantes y tiendas. Plaza Jamaa el Fna y medina a 10 min andando.

Erg leuk dat deze riad zo dicht bij de medina ligt. Je bereikt de riad via een klein straatje, wat meteen een authentieke sfeer geeft. Van binnen is de riad erg mooi. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met een prima bed. Ik was erg blij met de communicatie, zowel vooraf als tijdens ons verblijf. Voor de verjaardag van mijn partner had ik vooraf een verzoek gedaan, en daar werd iets liefs mee gedaan. Via de riad hebben we ook een hammam met massage geboekt. Deze vond plaats bij een andere riad, op loopafstand (15-20 minuten), maar dat was goed geregeld en zeker de moeite waard. Al met al een fijne ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

De badkamer was in orde, al liep het water niet altijd even goed weg.

Situato nel quartiere ebraico Riad Alia è una piccola oasi nel centro di Marrakesh. Situato a due minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Bahia è in una posizione perfetta per girare a piedi tutta la cittá! Essendo arrivati in serata, abbiamo usufruito del servizio di transfer dall’aeroporto. Comodissimo e puntuale! Abbiamo cenato più volte nel Riad. Pochi piatti ma buonissimi! Nulla da invidiare agli altri ristoranti della città! Consigliamo di provarlo. Camera spaziosissima, con affaccio sulla piccola piscina presente in struttura. Colazione eccezionale!

The breakfast is amazing, the staff is very friendly, they even made a small breakfast bag when we went out before the real breakfast time.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Riad Alia. The staff were lovely, accomodating to our late check and provided us with traditional moroccan tea. The breakfast each morning was lovely and we enjoyed the Riad's pool in the late Marrakesh afternoon heat. The room was lovely and spacious. The location is near Bahia palace and in a safe neighbourhood. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the markets and souks, with shops and restaurants along the way.

Amazing value for money. Our room was enormous, had a full bath and shower, huge bed, loads of space. We were really shocked at how beautiful it was. The courtyard was beautiful too. The staff were all great. Abdelhafid was so helpful from the minute we arrived. Arranged transfers, gave us recommendations and we had a great chat with him before we left. Really pleasant person and a fantastic asset to the riad. Lovely place and would highly recommend.

Nothing!!

Rustige en propere accommodatie dichtbij de trekpleisters van de stad. De werknemers zijn heel erg vriendelijk en helpen je met vragen. Er wordt een Hammam aangeboden en nog andere activiteiten vanuit de riad. Kamers worden Ella dag proper gemaakt.

Helaas zijn de kamers niet erg geluidsdicht en hoor je bijvoorbeeld de wekkers van andere kamers of mensen praten op de binnenplaats. De luchthavenshuttle die werd aangeboden vanuit de accomodatie is niet aan te raden. We betaalden €15 maar het was wat een chaos en we stapten uiteindelijk 30min later in een heel warme taxi (al der airco) waar de zetels losstonden. Hiervoor hadden we ook zelf een officiële taxi kunnen nemen.

Posizione buona per visitare la Medina, struttura carina, utile la colazione da asporto

Camera molto essenziale (asciugamano viso/mani non presente, doccia scomoda e difficile da usare, bagno poco illuminato). Il primo impatto con lo staff non è stato dei migliori, accoglienza, educazione ed empatia verso gli ospiti (a mio avviso parte fondamentale dell’ospitalità) da rivedere.

Localisation très proche du palais de la Bahia. Très beau riad, bon accueil, la chambre était confortable et le dîner très bon et copieux!
