We kwamen laat aan maar Ahmed stond op ons te wachten. Ook dat wij onderweg waren hebben we prettig contact gehad. Ahmed heeft een lijst met adressen met ons gedeeld van leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Het eten is het restaurant is geweldig. Enorme aanrader!

Het enige dat ik kan bedenken is de vloer in de badkamer, deze was wat glad wanneer nat.

Snídaně a večeře byly fajn, jelikož koncept ubytovatele je prostřednictvím kuponu v restauraci a tak si lze vybrat dle chuti. pan domácí velice ochotný a ubytování bylo opravdu perfektní.

možná trochu jsme trpěli kvůli polštáři, byl moc tlustý. Ale stalo se nám to ve více ubytováních a možná je to tady více standard než na co jsem zvyklý.

L'alloggio è nuovo, con camere dotate di bagno. Adatto a gruppi di viaggiatori. Abbiamo chiesto la colazione e con pochi Rial e l'abbiamo fatta sotto il tendone di fianco alla casa, sotto gli alberi.

Well equipped and comfortable, neat and clean . Good hot shower. Kitchen available. Having garden you can chill. Owner is helpful and responding quickly also flexible. I will definitely come back once I visit Hamra.

Clean and comfortable room with a big fridge. There is a shared Kitchen which is well-equipped. The best thing is the hist who gave us a lot of travel advice and excellent recommendations which made our trip even better.

We spent a night in Al Hamra Guest House. Our host Ahmed was very friendly. Receive everything well explained. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend accommodation. Thank you Ahmed for the hospitality.

Our room (nr 5) was facing the garden so it was quiet, dark during the night and we had a fresh, chilli air. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed and bedlinen was gave a good sleep. Lots of parking place

The kitchen is lacking basic equipment to make food (only plates, cups and cutrlery is available). No place for making food. The sitting/eating zone under open air is located outside the house's wall and inconvenient if you want to use it for breakfast or dining. No bedlinen on the blankets.

10/10 amazing stay, the photos don't do it justice. We are backpacking round the world for 6 months now and this was the most clean and hygienic place we have stayed. Super comfy bed and good kitchen facilities too. Ahmed is a great host; provides you with some insightful local tourist info which is a great help.

It is a cery peacful guesthouse, managed by extremely nice and competent owner. Everything is neat and clean - blankets, towels straight out of the dry cleaning, soap, shampoo, shower gel, dental set in the bathroom, large fridge in the room with mineral water in it, big, comfortable bed. There is lovely garden aeria, where you can relax and watch mountains. In the kitchen you will find all supplies you need: coffee, tea, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs, etc. You can buy some souvenirs in the guesthouse, too (kummas, honey, rose water). The owner knows nearby touristic spots very well and id happy to share the list of these. The guesthouse is sittuated in the nice and quiet area, within a walking distance to shops & restaurant

Everything was execeptional about this property. Clean room, clean kitchen, clean toilet with all washroom amenities, and overall amazing hosts. it feels like 3 star property. Value for money. There is a sitting area backside of the property. Rooms smells very nice. Kitchen is very clean. You have tea dust, coffee powder, sugar, toast maker, fridge, microwave and kettle. Room was clean. All linen are clean and new. I surely recomend others to stay in this property.

We loved this place! It smelt so clean and was so clean the moment we stepped foot inside. There js a communal kitchen, but we also had a fridge in our room. There was a beautiful place in the back to sit and relax. Hamed arranged a tour for us to Jabal Shams and it was so convenant and fantastic and well priced. Honestly this place exceeded my expectations.

Spotlessly clean and the fragrance of Arabian incense. Self service kitchen with everything you need. An area outside to sit and relax. Owner gives advice on local attractions and things to do. There is no sign at the house, it is a residential house, the guesthouse is the back part of the house. You need to establish communication with the owner on WhatsApp so that when you arrive he can come and show you in.

Was hotter inside than out so needed air con.

The location was perfect for the outdoor activities that we did. Also, close to Misfah, Bahla, Nizwa. having a kitchen and cooking our own meals with what we like best. Clean and well-stocked kitchen.

Good location to see surrounding area. Ahmed, was great. Readily available for any questions you may have. He provided a list of suggestions of where to go and places to eat.

The size of rooms in this guest house was large enough for family stay. The kitchen had all the required equipment for cooking. The facility did not have restaurant. The Wi-Fi had good speed connection. The host (who also the owner) was very polite and helpful. He offered us the outdoor shaded area.

The bathroom door lock was not working properly, but we did not complain. Since, the facility did not have restaurant, we had to drive 1+ km to find a restaurant.

Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped, the bed is comfortable and there is a safe parking facility.

- Ahmed is the nicest Omani man ever :) - He even send us a lot of tips about what to see in Oman and where to eat, - everything is new, the huge fridge, new AC, - towel and blanket fresh from the laundry, - big kitchen to use by guests

Ahmed was a great host despite our late arrival due to navigation issues to get to Al Hamra. The guest house is easily accessible once you've reached Al Hamra and located in a calm neighbourhood. The room was very clean and well equiped, there's even a shared kitchen you can use.

The bathroom is without shower tray or curtain which is frequent in Oman but it can get a bit messy when you're not used to it. Water pressure was also a bit low but it also seems to be a common issue in some parts of Oman. It was still very clean.

The owner is very nice and friendly. He gave us some useful links to sightseeing we would like to see. The room we got was quiet, cosy and clean. I totally recommend this place.

Not at all central location, but in a very pacefull street, not noisy. Parking is easy. You need a car for this guesthouse. The street with restaurants, supermarkets, fruits&vegetables is very close. The Omanian owner was very kind young man. We were at the 1st floor, view to the garden and rock wall. Room is equiped with brand new furniture, sufficient facilities, cosy kingsize bed, big fridge in the room. On the ground floor it is a well equiped kitchen with microwave and kettle.

The water pression was weak. As guest house it is a little bit overpriced.
