You will literally be locked inside between 10pm-7am! We were told to check-in between 1pm and 2pm. Our fan was not working properly and there were cockroaches in the room. Only cold water in the shower and no towels provided.

Cet hostel a vraiment besoin d’un rafraîchissement ! Les équipements sont moyens, pas beaucoup de vaisselle a disposition dans la cuisine, le linge paraît sale quand on arrive dans la chambre, pas d’eau chambre ni de clim dans les chambres privées, les matelas ne sont pas super conforts.

El lugar cumple con todas las condiciones para tener una estadía tranquila y cómoda. Sin dudas volvería a alojarme !

Reviewed May 23, 2026Good for the price for Palenque. Great location close to ADO bus station, collectivos, shops and restaurants. Nice roof top terrace. Basic kitchen (could use a few more things) is handy. Owner was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with aircon.
Needs some maintenance but, you get what you pay for here.

Fue horrible, después de viajar tanto llegar a descansar y que se pusieran a trabajar aas 7 am, no pude dormir bien y además no dejaron dormir.. las reglas de comodidad muy mal la verdad.. Creo que les hace falta empatía, una chica llegó a dormir por 3 hr y no la dejaron...

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The staff here were really kind and gave us lots of recommendations for places to go in the area. If you're taking an overnight bus, it's convenient because you can use the lobby, kitchen, and showers for the rest of the day after check-out for just 50 pesos.
There's nothing particularly noteworthy, but you have to keep in mind that in addition to the accommodation fee, there's a accommodation tax. The number of electrical outlets in dormitory rooms is limited.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Trotz der Kommentare hatte ich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich habe vier Nächte im Schlafsaal verbracht; nachts war es schön kühl. Das Zimmer verfügt über Schließfächer und jedes Bett hat Vorhänge. Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt und alles war sauber. Ich habe gesehen, dass die Badezimmer und die Küche regelmäßig gereinigt wurden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Check-out wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein später Check-out nach 10:00 Uhr 50 Pesos pro Person kostet. Mein Bus fuhr um 11:00 Uhr, daher habe ich den Service nicht in Anspruch genommen und an der Bushaltestelle gewartet. Alles war ausgezeichnet.

все сделано по простому, без капитальных затрат, нуждается в ремонте.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The rooftop is really beautiful, and if you stay in a shared bedroom, you get one private bathroom for the roo. They have a mattress cover, which makes the bed really comfortable.
There is no AC available, and with the Palenque heath and humidity could be an issue. Overall I think it is good value for your money.

It was fairly dirty and the shower in my room didn't work. There was one downstairs that supposedly had hot water but that didn't seem to work either. Cockroaches, etc.

A lot in the hostel looks like it is falling apart. The tap in the sink is unbelievable, it is difficult to get anything seriously clean in the sink and pretty much all the pots and pans looks exactly like that. The water from the dorm shower runs nearly against the wall.. The hostel is in need of a deep cleaning.

There is no key to the entrance, so you always have to rely on staff to open the door for you, but they are always there.

La dame qui gère l’établissement est super gentille est très arrangeante et a l’écoute. Cuisine pratique, chambre et draps propres. Les toilettes un peu moins mais je recommande sincèrement pour le rapport qualité prix.

C'est très sale que ce soit cuisine, salle de bain et salle communes, les prises électriques sont arrachés du mur dans notre chambre, il y a un dortoir sans salle de bain ni toilette ni prise au mur, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, une chambre double sans fenêtre avec ventilateur donc l'humidité crée des champignons, toilettes qui n'evacuent pas et la porte est fermée a clé après 22h impossible de sortir ou rentrer. Heureusement la dame est très gentille et serviable, je ne sais pas si elle est la propriétaire. Un homme vi là bas dans un des dortoirs, il ne nettoie jamais après lui, ce qui fait qu aucune poêle n'étais utilisable quand nous sommes arriver obliger de tour relaver, le reste pour ceux qui réservent je vous le laisse découvrir mais ils devraient sincèrement penser à ne pas prendre ce genre de personnes qui ne sais pas vivre en communauté.

The kitchen could be a little better equipped even though you have mostly everything needed for cooking. One of the beds had a very soft mattress, not that comfortable for me.

The room was OK although a little more paint could've been used. There was a nice terrace up above. There wasn't a toilet seat, and I don't love that. There was Wi-Fi, but the fan above the bed would go off when the electricity went on and off at night. People, great. Place, only so so.
There was no toilet seat and no towels, and no soap. There was toilet paper.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Sa proximité avec le terminal de bus ! Le matin nous sommes arrivés très tôt, vers 8h à l'hostel à cause de notre bus de nuit et une chambre nous a été donné tout de suite et nous avons pu nous reposer ! La terrasse en haut est très agréable.
Chambre très simple. La cuisine n'était pas très pratique pour cuisiner.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025They say their place is rustic but it’s just not well taken care of. There is potential but you can tell they make no effort whatsoever. Bed shits are stained, the matress of my bed has to be changed, and they should have done so a while ago! There is not a lot of furnitures but still we found breadcrumbs and dust on them. Toilets door needs to be fixed. Not mentionning that there is only two showers for the entire hostel. Kitchen is not usable. AC is broken. (Although they dont advertise it but it could be an easy fix…) They have a pool table, which is nice. But it’s not even flat. You remove the triangles and all the balls starts to roll. Again, just small things that can be easily fixed.

部屋の扇風機のコンセントがない。自分のスマホ充電を犠牲にすれば扇風機は回る。夜は扇風機を回さないと寝れない気温と湿度にもなる。 ベッドに座っていたらマットレスが凹み、その凹みがずっと治らなかった。 ウォーターサーバーはない。
